本发明公开了一种腔镜吻合器,其特征在于:包括吻合钉、钉仓、推钉滑块与推钉片;所述的钉仓设有若干个吻合钉,钉仓、推钉滑块与推钉片依次连接;所述的推钉片位于吻合钉之间;所述的推钉滑块外部设有有镍特氟龙层。相比现有技术,本发明提供一种击发力小、不易磨损、无油自润滑的腔镜吻合器。

一种腔镜吻合器
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种腔镜吻合器。
背景技术
目前微创手术占据了外科手术中的重要地位,其中,将病灶进行切除是外科手术的重要的一个组成部分,目前所通用的方法是外科的手术器械具有一个长的轴或杆状结构,在内窥镜的配合之下将轴或杆探入病灶,并将病灶切除。
腔镜吻合器作为手术器械的一种,是医学上使用的替代手工缝合的设备;吻合器的工作原理是将吻合器夹持在病灶部位,进行切除,切除的同时将病灶利用钛钉对组织进行离断或吻合,类似于订书机。
目前市场上腔镜吻合器采用斜楔结构出钉,详细的讲是通过推钉滑块按直线方向运动的同时,通过其斜楔结构将推钉片顶出,而推钉滑块均为塑胶件,在推进时的效果不理想。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术的不足与缺陷,本发明提供一种击发力小、不易磨损、无油自润滑的腔镜吻合器。
技术方案:本发明的一种腔镜吻合器,其特征在于:包括吻合钉、钉仓、推钉滑块与推钉片;所述的钉仓设有若干个吻合钉,钉仓、推钉滑块与推钉片依次连接;所述的推钉片位于吻合钉之间;所述的推钉滑块外部设有有镍特氟龙层。
其中,所述的推钉滑块由05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢通过粉末冶金注射成型法制成。
其中,所述的推钉滑块在表面镀镍特氟龙层。
其中,所述的推钉滑块通过镍特氟龙层与钉仓刀槽壁连接。
其中,所述的推钉滑块通过镍特氟龙层与斜楔顶出的推钉片表壁连接。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下显著优点:本发明的推钉滑块为无油自润滑推钉滑块,相比现有产品击发力更小,且不易磨损;推钉滑块使用05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb材料,采用粉末冶金注射成型,需要在表面镀镍特氟龙,不管是与钉仓刀槽壁还是斜楔顶出的推钉片表壁,此镀层都起到自润滑作用,相比现有产品击发力可以减小1/3。此推钉滑块硬度有了很大的提升,击发过程中可以接近无磨损,解决了滑块降低带来的吻合钉高度不足的风险;击发力有了明显改善,此工艺可以突破此类产品的击发力瓶颈。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案做进一步的描述。
本发明的一种腔镜吻合器,包括吻合钉1、钉仓2、推钉滑块3与推钉片4;钉仓2设有若干个吻合钉1,钉仓2、推钉滑块3与推钉片4依次连接;推钉片4位于吻合钉1之间;推钉滑块3外部设有有镍特氟龙层。推钉滑块3由05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢通过粉末冶金注射成型法制成。推钉滑块3在表面镀镍特氟龙层。推钉滑块3通过镍特氟龙层与钉仓2刀槽壁,及与斜楔顶出的推钉片4表壁连接连接。
目前市场上腔镜吻合器采用斜楔结构出钉,详细的讲是通过推钉滑块3按直线方向运动的同时,通过其斜楔结构将推钉片4顶出,而推钉滑块3均为塑胶件,在这种情况下就容易出现以下问题:1、塑胶件由于其硬度相比金属件偏低,在运动过程中容易出现磨损,这就会导致后排出钉高度不足,吻合口不耐压,出现组织渗血;2、由于钉仓2结构的特殊性,在运动过程中与之产生摩擦的配合面很难进行润滑,而一般塑胶件也难以实现自润滑,这就导致了整个击发过程中击发力偏大,严重时会出现组件切割到一半打不动,不得进行撤回。
本发明的推钉滑块3为无油自润滑推钉滑块3,相比现有产品击发力更小,且不易磨损;推钉滑块3使用05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb材料,采用粉末冶金注射成型,需要在表面镀镍特氟龙,不管是与钉仓2刀槽壁还是斜楔顶出的推钉片4表壁,此镀层都起到自润滑作用,相比现有产品击发力可以减小1/3。此推钉滑块3硬度有了很大的提升,击发过程中可以接近无磨损,解决了滑块降低带来的吻合钉1高度不足的风险;击发力有了明显改善,此工艺可以突破此类产品的击发力瓶颈。

1.一种腔镜吻合器,其特征在于:包括吻合钉(1)、钉仓(2)、推钉滑块(3)与推钉片(4);所述的钉仓(2)设有若干个吻合钉(1),钉仓(2)、推钉滑块(3)与推钉片(4)依次连接;所述的推钉片(4)位于吻合钉(1)之间;所述的推钉滑块(3)外部设有有镍特氟龙层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种腔镜吻合器,其特征在于:所述的推钉滑块(3)由05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢通过粉末冶金注射成型法制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种腔镜吻合器,其特征在于:所述的推钉滑块(3)在表面镀镍特氟龙层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种腔镜吻合器,其特征在于:所述的推钉滑块(3)通过镍特氟龙层与钉仓(2)刀槽壁连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种腔镜吻合器,其特征在于:所述的推钉滑块(3)通过镍特氟龙层与斜楔顶出的推钉片(4)表壁连接。
