本发明涉及金属热处理技术领域,具体涉及一种金属热处理用旋片式真空泵。
背景技术
目前,现有的金属热处理用真空泵存在结构设计不合理,结构复杂,不符合工业化大生产,工作效率低,亟需本领域技术人员研究出一种新的金属热处理用真空泵。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种金属热处理用旋片式真空泵。
其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种金属热处理用旋片式真空泵,它包括进气口、滤网、挡油板、O型密封圈、旋片弹簧、旋片、转子、泵体、油箱、真空泵油和排气阀片,所述油箱内腔中设有真空泵油,所述油箱内设有泵体,所述泵体内设有旋片弹簧,所述旋片弹簧外侧设有旋片和转子,所述泵体上端设有进气口和排气阀片,所述进气口上设有滤网,所述进气口一侧设有挡油板,所述进气口与泵体连接处设有O型密封圈。
作为本发明更进一步的技术改进,所述O型密封圈为弹性橡胶密封圈。
作为本发明更进一步的技术改进,所述油箱为铸造尼龙材料制成。
本发明的有益效果为:采用金属热处理用旋片式真空泵,油箱内腔中设有真空泵油,油箱内设有泵体,泵体内设有旋片弹簧,旋片弹簧外侧设有旋片和转子,泵体上端设有进气口和排气阀片,进气口上设有滤网,进气口一侧设有挡油板,进气口与泵体连接处设有O型密封圈,结构设计合理,结构紧凑简单,符合工业化大生产,工作效率高;O型密封圈为弹性橡胶密封圈,密封效果好;油箱为铸造尼龙材料制成,成本低,铸造简单,强度大。

如图1所示,一种金属热处理用旋片式真空泵,它包括进气口1、滤网2、挡油板3、O型密封圈4、旋片弹簧5、旋片6、转子7、泵体8、油箱9、真空泵油10和排气阀片11,所述油箱9内腔中设有真空泵油10,所述油箱9内设有泵体8,所述泵体8内设有旋片弹簧5,所述旋片弹簧5外侧设有旋片6和转子7,所述泵体8上端设有进气口1和排气阀片11,所述进气口1上设有滤网2,所述进气口1一侧设有挡油板3,所述进气口1与泵体8连接处设有O型密封圈4。
所述O型密封圈4为弹性橡胶密封圈。所述油箱9为铸造尼龙材料制成。
