本发明涉及一种织物，尤其涉及一种绒触感卫生织物，属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
一次性卫生用品如卫生巾、尿不湿、卫生垫布等产品是由多种卫生基材复合而成，由于该类产品与使用者的肌肤直接接触，因此该类产品对于卫生基材的选用有着严格的要求，即要考虑其具有优异的吸收性能，还要兼顾它的使用舒适性和美观性。卫生用品与使用者直接接触的是面层，现在市售卫生用品的面层多选用平整的亲水无纺布材料，在该材料的下方再配合导流材料一般满足了吸收性的要求。但是普通平片的无纺布作为织物不仅外观太过单调，而且触感不适，绒布织物的触感非常舒适，但是作为一次性使用产品造成浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种绒布触感的卫生织物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种整体布面圆润绒触感卫生织物，包括基布层，所述基布层外依次设有吸收层、导流层和植绒层；各层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起，并采用棉纱线间隔距离后缝合压紧；所述基布层采用氨纶纤维织成；所述吸收层填充SEE生态棉；所述导流层采用棉纤维和麻纤维混纺织成；所述植绒层为长绒喷涂层。所述基布层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层的组织结构由从左往右的七十一条纬面组织或者经面组织构成。
优选的，所述棉纱线间隔距离为5-10mm。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
绒触感卫生织物，喷绒表层制造成本低廉，内部的导流、吸收能力强，能够满足用户卫生使用需求的同时，触肤有绒布的感觉。
本织物采用经纱纬纱相互交错编织的设计，使得布料整体紧实，牢靠，按照花型的弧度提花，整体布面看上去比较圆润，在市场竞争中具有比较强的竞争力。

优选的，所述棉纱线间隔距离为5-10mm。

1.一种整体布面圆润绒触感卫生织物，其特征在于：包括基布层（1），所述基布层（1）外依次设有吸收层（2）、导流层（3）和植绒层（4）；各层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起，并采用棉纱线（5）间隔距离后缝合压紧；所述基布层（1）采用氨纶纤维织成；所述吸收层（2）填充SEE生态棉；所述导流层（3）采用棉纤维和麻纤维混纺织成；所述植绒层（4）为长绒喷涂层；所述基布层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层的组织结构由从左往右的七十一条纬面组织或者经面组织构成。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种整体布面圆润绒触感卫生织物，其特征在于：所述棉纱线（5）间隔距离为5-10mm。
