本发明涉及一种无需印染绒触感卫生织物，包括基布层（1），基布层外依次设有吸收层（2）、导流层（3）和植绒层（4）；吸收层（2）填充SEE生态棉。所述基布层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由织物结构体组成，该织物结构体包括平纹组织区和提花组织区，平纹组织区是由经纱和纬纱交织而成，平纹组织上编织有三组提花组织区，第二组提花组织区与第一组提花组织区相距二十个组织点，第三组提花组织区与第二组提花组织区相距二十个组织点。本发明内部的导流、吸收能力强。本发明无需印染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物，尤其涉及一种绒触感卫生织物，属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
一次性卫生用品如卫生巾、尿不湿、卫生垫布等产品是由多种卫生基材复合而成，由于该类产品与使用者的肌肤直接接触，因此该类产品对于卫生基材的选用有着严格的要求，即要考虑其具有优异的吸收性能，还要兼顾它的使用舒适性和美观性。卫生用品与使用者直接接触的是面层，现在市售卫生用品的面层多选用平整的亲水无纺布材料，在该材料的下方再配合导流材料一般满足了吸收性的要求。但是普通平片的无纺布作为织物不仅外观太过单调，而且触感不适，绒布织物的触感非常舒适，但是作为一次性使用产品造成浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种绒布触感的卫生织物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种无需印染绒触感卫生织物，包括基布层，所述基布层外依次设有吸收层、导流层和植绒层；各层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起，并采用棉纱线间隔距离后缝合压紧；所述基布层采用氨纶纤维织成；所述吸收层填充SEE生态棉；所述导流层采用棉纤维和麻纤维混纺织成；所述植绒层为长绒喷涂层。所述基布层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由织物结构体组成，该织物结构体包括平纹组织区和提花组织区，平纹组织区是由经纱和纬纱交织而成，平纹组织上编织有三组提花组织区，第二组提花组织区与第一组提花组织区相距二十个组织点，第三组提花组织区与第二组提花组织区相距二十个组织点。
优选的，所述棉纱线间隔距离为5-10mm。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
绒触感卫生织物，喷绒表层制造成本低廉，内部的导流、吸收能力强，能够满足用户卫生使用需求的同时，触肤有绒布的感觉。
本发明解决了现有织物大多需要印染，浪费能源且较不环保的缺点，而且该织物利用组织结构使得整块织物层次感强，舒适轻便，满足美观度及舒适度。

参见图1，一种无需印染绒触感卫生织物，包括基布层，所述基布层外依次设有吸收层、导流层和植绒层；各层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起，并采用棉纱线间隔距离后缝合压紧；所述基布层采用氨纶纤维织成；所述吸收层填充SEE生态棉；所述导流层采用棉纤维和麻纤维混纺织成；所述植绒层为长绒喷涂层。
优选的，所述棉纱线间隔距离为5-10mm。
所述基布层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由织物结构体组成，该织物结构体包括平纹组织区和提花组织区，平纹组织区是由经纱和纬纱交织而成，平纹组织上编织有三组提花组织区，第二组提花组织区与第一组提花组织区相距二十个组织点，第三组提花组织区与第二组提花组织区相距二十个组织点。

1.一种无需印染绒触感卫生织物，其特征在于：包括基布层（1），所述基布层（1）外依次设有吸收层（2）、导流层（3）和植绒层（4）；各层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起，并采用棉纱线（5）间隔距离后缝合压紧；所述基布层（1）采用氨纶纤维织成；所述吸收层（2）填充SEE生态棉；所述导流层（3）采用棉纤维和麻纤维混纺织成；所述植绒层（4）为长绒喷涂层；所述基布层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由织物结构体组成，该织物结构体包括平纹组织区和提花组织区，平纹组织区是由经纱和纬纱交织而成，平纹组织上编织有三组提花组织区，第二组提花组织区与第一组提花组织区相距二十个组织点，第三组提花组织区与第二组提花组织区相距二十个组织点。
