技术领域
本发明属于沼气工程领域,特别涉及一种耐腐蚀性不锈钢复合板。
背景技术
目前钢混池施工工艺复杂、周期长、结构设计烦琐、造价高;而钢结构焊接罐体现场焊接,施工质量难以保证,并且防腐性能差、使用寿命短、池容小;经改良的不锈钢炊具,是在锅底涂上一层防粘胶,虽改善了受热不均,易于焦底的缺点,但其前处理工艺复杂,成本增高,且耐用性不够。发明内容
本发明提供一种耐腐蚀性不锈钢复合板,不但具有耐腐蚀性、耐磨性,又具有良好的机械性能和经济性。
一种耐腐蚀性不锈钢复合板,其特征在于:所述上盖板的外表面下端与底座上表面的外边缘为凹凸间隙配合,中间板、橡胶支座、底板之间采用连接构件穿接连接为一整体;所述复合板由基层和覆层组成,基层为碳钢,覆层为不锈钢;复合板为矩形,复合板四边设有螺栓孔;所述芯料金属板的双层型、不锈钢板中夹一片芯料金属板的三层型。
本发明的优点:
本发明结构简单、功能实用,具有不锈钢的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性,又具有碳钢良好的机械性能和经济性,降低生产成本,宜于广泛采用。
