本发明提供一种气门座圈铰削修复方法,应用于气门座密封锥面宽度超过3.5mm的严重磨损,具体步骤如下:步骤一、用45°粗刃铰刀对气门座进行粗铰;步骤二、用15°或75°铰刀铰削气门座来调整密封锥面宽度及位置;步骤三、用45°细刃铰刀对气门座密封锥面进行精铰。采用45°粗刃铰刀、15°或75°铰刀铰和45°细刃铰刀的分步配合使用,研磨精度高,方便快捷,成本低。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种气门座圈铰削修复方法。
背景技术
气门的作用是专门负责向发动机内输入空气并排出燃烧后的废气。从发动机结构上,分为进气门(intake valve)和排气门(exhaust valve)。进气门的作用是将空气吸入发动机内,与燃料混合燃烧;排气门的作用是将燃烧后的废气排出并散热。
近年来,工程发动机朝着大功率、低能耗、长寿命的方向发展,发动机的这些新变化,对其各个关键部件也提出了新的要求,气门座圈是一种通过和气门相配合来保证发动机燃烧室密封的器件,随着汽车发动机技术的不断发展,汽车发动机气门座圈工况更加恶劣,加上无铅汽油和替代燃料的普及,气门与气门座圈之间由于没有铅的润滑,原来普遍使用的高铬铸造合金常因过早磨损而无法满足其正常工作,导致气门漏气,进而产生发动机抖动、冷启动不良等故障现象,所以需要开发高强度气门座圈来满足新燃料发动机使用。
气门座使用一定时间后,常常会出现不同程度的磨损失效。在维修气门座的过程中,应根据气门座不同的磨损情况选择不同的维修方法,以降低维修成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种气门座圈铰削修复方法,采用45°粗刃铰刀、15°或75°铰刀铰和45°细刃铰刀的分步配合使用,研磨精度高,方便快捷,成本低。
本发明的技术方案是:一种气门座圈铰削修复方法,应用于气门座密封锥面宽度超过3.5mm的严重磨损,具体步骤如下:
步骤一、用45°粗刃铰刀对气门座进行粗铰;
步骤二、用15°或75°铰刀铰削气门座来调整密封锥面宽度及位置;
步骤三、用45°细刃铰刀对气门座密封锥面进行精铰。
进一步的,由于气门座存在硬层,在铰削时铰刀可能会打滑。此时步骤一中采用粗砂布垫在铰刀下面对密封锥面砂磨后再铰。
进一步的,为改善密封锥面的质量和光洁度,步骤三中在铰刀下垫抛光砂布光磨密封锥面。
进一步的,铰削时铰刀刀杆与气缸盖底平面垂直,不得倒退,直到将烧蚀、斑点缺陷铰去为止。
进一步的,气门座铰削到气门装入气门座内后,密封锥面位于气门工作面的的中下部且宽度在1.2—2.5mm。
进一步的,所述气门座圈是由粉末金属材料制成,所述粉末金属材料元素组成及质量百分比为:C含量0.8%-1.2%,Si含量0.8%-1.2%,Mn含量0.4%-0.7%,S含量0.7%-0.9%,Ni含量4%-6%,Cr含量4%-6%,Mo含量11%-14%,Co含量25%-27%,Zn含量1.0%-2.0%,余量为Fe。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种气门座圈铰削修复方法,采用45°粗刃铰刀、15°或75°铰刀铰和45°细刃铰刀的分步配合使用,研磨精度高,方便快捷,成本低。

一种气门座圈铰削修复方法,应用于气门座密封锥面宽度超过3.5mm的严重磨损,具体步骤如下:
步骤一、用45°粗刃铰刀对气门座进行粗铰;
步骤二、用15°或75°铰刀铰削气门座来调整密封锥面宽度及位置;
步骤三、用45°细刃铰刀对气门座密封锥面进行精铰。
由于气门座存在硬层,在铰削时铰刀可能会打滑。此时步骤一中采用粗砂布垫在铰刀下面对密封锥面砂磨后再铰。

步骤一、用45°粗刃铰刀对气门座进行粗铰;
步骤二、用15°或75°铰刀铰削气门座来调整密封锥面宽度及位置;
步骤三、用45°细刃铰刀对气门座密封锥面进行精铰。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气门座圈铰削修复方法,其特征在于:步骤一中采用粗砂布垫在铰刀下面对密封锥面砂磨后再铰。
