Abstract

本发明公开了一种中草药织物染料的制造方法，包括选取含天然色素的中草药，粉碎后用水浸泡提取色素；将提取的色素沉淀，并去除水份，得色素体；将色素体粉碎成粉末，得色素粉末。本发明具有无毒、无害、无污染的优点，染色后的织物由于含有一定的中草药成份，因此也具有一定的保健作用，特别是给对某些合成化学染料有过敏反应的消费者带来了福音，对染色操作工人的身体无伤害。

中草药织物染料的制造方法
本发明涉及一种织物染料，是一种从天然植物中提取的染料。
现有的织物染料一般为合成化学染料，其对环境污染大，对操作工人的身体有较大伤害，且染色后的织物不具有保健功能。
本发明的目的在于提供一种对操作工人身体无伤害，环境污染小的中草药织物染料的制造方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是：
一种中草药织物染料的制造方法，依次包括下列步骤：
①选取含天然色素的中草药，粉碎后用水浸泡提取色素；
②将提取的色素沉淀，并去除水份，得色素体；
③将色素体粉碎成粉末，得色素粉末。
用水浸泡提取色素的温度是15～100℃。用水浸泡提取色素的时间为2～12小时。色素沉淀后，采取过滤和/或蒸发方法去除水份。所述含天然色素的中草药是黄柏或栀子、茜草、红花、槐米、木槿花、黄连。在得到的色素粉末中还加入媒染剂。媒染剂是金属离子。金属离子是铝或铜、铁、锡的离子。
本发明具有无毒、无害、无污染的优点，染色后的织物由于含有一定的中草药成份，因此也具有一定的保健作用，特别是给对某些合成化学染料有过敏反应的消费者带来了福音，对染色操作工人的身体无伤害。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1：
一种中草药织物染料的制造方法，依次包括下列步骤：
①选取含天然色素的中草药，中草药可以是黄柏或栀子、茜草、红花、槐米、木槿花、黄连、苏枋、五倍子、地黄等。粉碎后用水浸泡提取色素，用水浸泡提取色素的温度是15～100℃(例15、30、50、70、90、100℃)，用水浸泡提取色素的时间为2～12小时(例2、4、6、8、10、12小时)。
②将提取的色素沉淀，即将浸泡液静置沉淀，并过滤和或蒸发去除水份，得色素体；
③将色素体粉碎成粉末，得包素粉末。
实施例2：
在得到色素粉末后，还加入媒染剂金属离子，金属离子是铝或铜、铁、锡的离子。其余均同实施例1。

1、一种中草药织物染料的制造方法，其特征在于：依次包括下列步骤：
①选取含天然色素的中草药，粉碎后用水浸泡提取色素；
②将提取的色素沉淀，并除去水份，得色素体；
③将色素体粉碎成粉末，得色素粉末；
④在色素粉末中加入金属离子媒染剂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的中草药织物染料的制造方法，其特征在于：用水浸泡提取色素的温度是15～100℃。
3、根据权利要求1所述的中草药织物染料的制造方法，其特征在于：用水浸泡提取色素的时间是2～12小时。
4、根据权利要求1所述的中草药织物染料的制造方法，其特征在于：金属离子媒染剂是铝或铜、铁、锡离子。
5、根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的中草药织物染料的制造方法，其特征在于：色素沉淀后采取过滤和/或蒸发方法去除水分。
6、根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的中草药织物染料的制造方法，其特征在于：所述含天然色素的中草药是黄柏或栀子、茜草、红花、槐米、木槿花、黄连。
