Abstract

一种伺服马达及其电路板,伺服马达包括一壳体、一定子、一转子以及一电路板。壳体具有一中空本体、一第一轴承以及一第二轴承,中空本体套接于第一轴承与第二轴承之间。定子设置于中空本体内,且定子围绕在一轴心中空部的周围。转子设置于定子内并轴向穿设有一转轴,转轴的两端分别套设在第一轴承与第二轴承上。电路板设置于中空本体内,且位于定子与第一轴承之间,电路板的外周缘具有多个焊接点,此些焊接点与定子电性连接,电路板的外表面设有一保护层,保护层覆盖此些焊接点靠近外周缘外侧的区域。

伺服马达及其电路板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种马达,且特别涉及一种伺服马达及其电路板。
背景技术
马达被广泛应用于车床、传动装置或机器人的控制,如:直流马达、伺服马达、感应马达、步进马达及同步马达等。马达的定子缠绕漆包铜线圈,并通过电流流过线圈产生磁场以驱动马达的转子运动。现有的定子线圈连接至一电路板,电路板用以提供时序电压至不同分割块的定子线圈上,以对转子进行控制。一旦电路板上的焊锡与马达壳体过于接近,在高压测试时容易导致短路而未达到安全标准。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种伺服马达及其电路板,可增加电路板上的焊接点与壳体之间的安全距离,以符合安全标准。
根据本发明的一方面,提出一种伺服马达,包括一壳体、一定子、一转子、一电路板。壳体具有一中空本体、一第一轴承以及一第二轴承,中空本体套接于第一轴承与第二轴承之间。定子设置于中空本体内,定子围绕在一轴心中空部的周围。转子设置于定子内并轴向穿设有一转轴,转轴的两端分别套设在第一轴承与第二轴承上。电路板设置于中空本体内,且位于定子与第一轴承之间,电路板的外周缘具有多个焊接点,此些焊接点与定子电性连接,电路板的外表面设有一保护层,保护层覆盖此些焊接点靠近外周缘外侧的区域。
根据本发明的一方面,提出一种电路板,电路板的外周缘具有多个焊接点,电路板的外表面设有一保护层,保护层覆盖此些焊接点靠近外周缘外侧的区域。
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。

具体实施方式
以下提出实施例进行详细说明,实施例仅用以作为范例说明,并非用以限缩本发明欲保护的范围。
请参照图1及图2,依照本发明一实施例的电路板110可由多个电路层111以及绝缘层112堆叠而成,电路层111例如是四层或六层,每一电路层111连接于不同焊接点113之间,以传递信号。电路板110的外周缘116具有多个贯穿绝缘层112并与至少一电路层111电性连接的焊接点113,例如是铜接点。在图1中,焊接点113为一中空圆形,且每一个焊接点113具有裸露的环状外表面114,以供焊锡能覆盖在环状外表面114上并聚结成一球体。焊接点113的形状亦可为非圆形,例如为椭圆形、正方形、长方形、其他多边形或不规则形。
然而,为了避免焊锡与马达壳体(图3的中空本体101)过于接近的情形,在图2中,电路板110的外表面115具有一保护层117,此保护层117例如是绿漆,其覆盖各个焊接点113靠近外周缘116外侧的区域,保护层117具有绝缘效果,以避免环状外表面114上的焊锡在高压测试时容易导致短路而未达到安全标准。
请参照图2,此些焊接点113被保护层117覆盖的区域113b约为环状外表面114的面积的1/4~1/2,当被保护层117覆盖的面积达到1/4时,裸露的区域113a相对于电路板110最外缘的最小距离D约为环状外表面114的直径的1/4左右。当被保护层117覆盖的面积达到1/2时,裸露的区域113a相对于电路板110最外缘的最小距离D约为环状外表面114的直径的1/2左右,但以不超过直径的1/2以上为宜,以避免焊锡可沾附的面积变小。因此,可藉由调整焊接点113裸露的区域113a相对于电路板110最外侧的最小距离D来设置安全距离,例如1mm~3mm,以符合高压测试时的安全标准。
请参照图3,依照本发明一实施例的伺服马达100,包括一中空本体101、一第一轴承102、一第二轴承103、一定子106、一转子107、一控制器109以及一电路板110。第一轴承固定件104及第二轴承固定件105设置在中空本体101的两端,以使伺服马达100藉由第一轴承固定件104及第二轴承固定件105固定在车床、传动装置或机器人等装置上。中空本体101套接于第一轴承102与第二轴承103之间,以形成一封闭的壳体。定子106设置于中空本体101内,定子106围绕在一轴心中空部的周围。转子107设置于定子106的轴心中空部内并轴向穿设有一转轴108,且转轴108的两端分别套设在第一轴承102与第二轴承103上。
定子线圈缠绕在不同定子分割块上,以产生驱动转子107旋转的磁场。此外,控制器109设置在第一轴承固定件104上,并与电路板110电性连接,以产生时序控制信号。因此,电路板110可通过焊接点113提供时序电压至不同区块的定子线圈上,以对转子107的转速进行控制。
当然,本实施例的电路板110可适用在各种类型的马达上,例如直流马达、伺服马达、感应马达、步进马达及同步马达等,不限定在伺服马达上。
请同时参照图2及图3,电路板110设置于中空本体101内,且位于定子106与第一轴承固定件104之间。电路板110的外周缘116具有多个焊接点113,此些焊接点113与定子与与定子106的接脚106a电性连接,其中定子106的接脚106a穿过焊接点113并以焊锡固定在焊接点113上。电路板110的外表面115设有一保护层117,此保护层117覆盖此些焊接点113靠近外周缘116外侧的区域,如图2所示。此外,电路板110的中心处具有一开口118,以使电路板110套设在第一轴承102上。
如上所述,由于保护层117覆盖焊接点113靠近外周缘116外侧的区域,因此能避免焊接点113上的焊锡与马达壳体(中空本体101)过于接近,导致在高压测试时容易短路而未达到安全标准,故本实施例的伺服马达100的绝缘特性及高压测试特性明显提升。
当然,本发明还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种伺服马达,其特征在于,包括:
一壳体,具有一中空本体、一第一轴承以及一第二轴承,该中空本体套接于该第一轴承与该第二轴承之间;
一定子,设置于该中空本体内,该定子围绕在一轴心中空部的周围;
一转子,设置于该定子内并轴向穿设有一转轴,该转轴的两端分别套设在该第一轴承与该第二轴承上;以及
一电路板,设置于该中空本体内,且位于该定子与该第一轴承之间,该电路板的外周缘具有多个焊接点,该些焊接点与该定子电性连接,该电路板的外表面设有一保护层,该保护层覆盖该些焊接点靠近该外周缘外侧的区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述的伺服马达,其特征在于,该电路板的中心处具有一开口,以使该电路板套设在该第一轴承上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的伺服马达,其特征在于,该些焊接点为一中空圆形,且各个焊接点具有环状外表面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的伺服马达,其特征在于,该些焊接点被该保护层覆盖的区域为该环状外表面的面积的1/4~1/2。
5.根据权利要求3所述的伺服马达,其特征在于,该些焊接点未被该保护层覆盖的裸露区域相对于该电路板最外缘的最小距离为该环状外表面的直径的1/4~1/2。
6.一种电路板,该电路板的外周缘具有多个焊接点,其特征在于,该电路板的外表面设有一保护层,该保护层覆盖该些焊接点靠近该外周缘外侧的区域。
7.根据权利要求5所述的电路板,其特征在于,该电路板的中心处具有一开口。
8.根据权利要求6所述的电路板,其特征在于,该些焊接点为一中空圆形,且各个焊接点具有环状外表面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的电路板,其特征在于,该些焊接点被该保护层覆盖的区域为该环状外表面的面积的1/4~1/2。
10.根据权利要求8所述的电路板,其特征在于,该些焊接点未被该保护层覆盖的裸露区域相对于该电路板最外缘的最小距离为该环状外表面的直径的1/4~1/2。
