Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to cable processing equipment, in particular to a device for painting wires, and belongs to the field of cable processing equipment.
Background
The wire or cable comprises a bare metal conductor and an insulating layer wrapped outside the bare conductor, and the wrapping of the insulating layer mainly comprises an extrusion method of wrapping an insulating material such as PVC, PTFE outside the bare conductor by heating and pressurizing the insulating material through a die and a winding method of spirally winding a strip made of the insulating material outside the bare conductor.

The traditional polyimide film wrapping insulated wire processing equipment can not completely overcome the defects of uneven appearance and poor hand feeling of the film wrapping insulated wire even though the wire is processed by high-temperature fusion and heating and pressurizing.

In order to make the technical means, creation characteristics, achievement purposes and effects achieved by the invention easy to understand, the following embodiments specifically describe the specific structure, connection position relationship, working principle and use method of the polyimide film wrapping insulated wire painting device according to the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The polyimide film wrapping insulated wire painting apparatus 100 includes a pay-off heating section 10, a cleaning section 20, a drying section 30, a painting section 40, a baking section 50, and a take-up section 60, which are disposed in this order along the wire movement direction.
The pay-off heating unit 10 includes a heating box 11, a pay-off wheel assembly 12 provided in the heating box, and a first heater. The first heater is an electric heater and is provided in the heating box 11. The payout wheel assembly 12 includes a spindle 121 for mounting a spool and a payout wheel 122. The drying wheel assembly 31 is used to guide the polyimide film wrapping insulated wire into the housing of the second heater 32. The heated housing of the second heater 32 heats and dries the washed polyimide film wrapped insulated wire wound through in the dry wheel assembly 31.
The paint section 40 has a paint cylinder 41 for containing paint liquid, a paint wheel 42 provided in the paint cylinder, and a stirrer 43.
The paint cylinder 41 is inclined at the bottom, and a blow-off valve is connected to the lower side of the bottom for discharging the paint cylinder.
The painting wheel 42 has a rotating shaft and 6-9 integrally formed rotating wheels sleeved on the rotating shaft, grooves for accommodating polyimide film wrapping insulated wires are formed in the rims of the rotating wheels, and the polyimide film wrapping insulated wires are wound on the rim grooves of the 6-9 rotating wheels back and forth.
The stirrer 43 is provided on the peripheral wall of the paint cylinder 41 for stirring the paint liquid contained in the paint cylinder 41.
The polyimide film-wrapped insulated wire passes through the paint liquid in the paint cylinder 41 a plurality of times while bypassing the paint wheel 42, i.e., is painted with the paint liquid.
The baking section 50 has a baking oven 51, a cooling/air exhausting unit 52, and a wire expander 53.
The baking oven 51 includes a vertically arranged long and narrow heat-insulating housing and a top portion provided in the housing and provided on the paint cylinder 41, and the polyimide film wrapping insulated wire coated with the paint liquid led out from the paint wheel 42 is baked in the high-temperature baking oven to be heated, so that a paint film adhered on the polyimide film wrapping insulated wire is cured.
The cooling exhaust unit 52 is provided at an open upper end of the oven, and has a housing 521, a cooling wheel assembly 522 provided in the housing, and an exhaust fan.

The wire expander 53, which is disposed on the outer wall of the oven 51, is used for tensioning the polyimide film wrapping insulated wire wound between the painting wheel and the cooling wheel assembly 522, and comprises a bracket 531 fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the oven 51, a wire wheel 532 mounted on the bracket 531, and a spring 533 sleeved on the bracket 531, one end of which is connected with the bracket 531, and the other end of which is connected with the wire wheel 532. Similarly, the spool 532 is similar to the paint roller 42, and also has a spindle and an integrally formed 6-9 rim grooved rotating wheel fitted over the spindle.
Application method

a cleaning part having a cleaning tank and a cleaning wheel assembly, wherein the polyimide film wrapping insulated wire led out from the pay-off heating part is guided by the cleaning wheel assembly to pass through the cleaning tank to be cleaned by cleaning liquid;
the drying part is provided with a drying wheel assembly and a second heater, and the second heater is used for heating and drying the cleaned polyimide film wrapping insulated wire which is wound in the drying wheel assembly;
a painting part having a paint cylinder for holding a paint liquid and a paint wheel provided in the paint cylinder, the paint wheel being for winding the polyimide film-wrapped insulated wire after being dried; and
a baking part provided with a baking box for baking the polyimide film wrapping insulated wire passing through the painting part,
wherein the baking part is also provided with a cooling exhaust unit for cooling the polyimide film wrapping insulated wire passing through the baking box,
the painting part is also provided with a stirrer for stirring the paint liquid in the paint cylinder.
