In the invention, the server takes the matching relation of the mobile communication identifiers registered by the base station in the preset observation time period and the preset action time period as the judgment basis for judging whether the alarm information is output or not. Due to the fact that the preset observation time period and the preset action time period accord with the time period characteristics of the point-stepping crime (namely, the observation time period and the action time period exist), and the mobile communication identification of the held mobile equipment can be used as the effective identification of the personnel object, the scheme can be used for timely alarming the crime behavior in the point-stepping mode.

In the invention, the grouping which does not contain the attribution of the second mobile communication identification as the target area is screened out by grouping the second mobile communication identification, so as to alarm the criminal behavior in a point treading mode.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 7, the present invention also provides an alarm system, including: a server 70 and a base station 80 in communication connection with the server 70, wherein the signal range of the base station 80 covers a target area;
the server 70 is configured to continuously obtain a first mobile communication identifier currently registered in the base station 80 during a preset action time period; determining a second mobile communication identifier which is recorded by the base station 80 and meets a first preset condition; determining whether alarm information is output or not based on the acquired matching relation between the first mobile communication identifier and the second mobile communication identifier;
the base station 80 is configured to record a second mobile communication identifier meeting a first predetermined condition, where the first predetermined condition at least includes: the registration time is within a preset observation time period, and the time end point of the preset observation time period is earlier than the time starting point of the preset action time period.

the server 70 is further configured to continuously obtain the first image acquired by the camera device 90 during a preset action time period; determining a second image which is acquired by the camera device 90 in advance and meets a second preset condition; detecting whether the acquired first mobile communication identifier is the same as the second mobile communication identifier, and detecting whether the acquired first image is matched with the second image; when the acquired first mobile communication identifier is the same as the second mobile communication identifier and/or the acquired first image is matched with the second image, outputting alarm information;
the camera device 90 is configured to capture a second image meeting a second predetermined condition, where the second predetermined condition at least includes: the acquisition time is within a preset observation time period.
Specifically, the second predetermined condition may further include:
the face information is contained, and the contained face information is not the face information of the local personnel in the target area;
the server 70 is specifically configured to detect whether the face similarity of the acquired first image and the second image reaches a preset similarity threshold, and if so, it indicates that the first image matches the second image.
Specifically, the second predetermined condition may further include:
the license plate information is contained, and the contained license plate information is not the license plate information of the license plate of the target area;
the server 70 is specifically configured to detect whether the acquired first image includes license plate information in the second image, and if so, indicate that the first image is matched with the second image.
In the invention, the server takes the matching relation of mobile communication identifiers registered in the base station in the preset observation time period and the preset action time period and the matching relation of images collected by the camera device in the preset observation time period and the preset action time period as the judgment basis for judging whether the alarm information is output or not. The camera device is additionally arranged to collect images, the images are matched, and the criminal behavior in a point stepping mode is alarmed.

determining a second mobile communication identifier which is recorded by the base station and meets a first predetermined condition, wherein the first predetermined condition at least comprises the following steps: the registration time is within a preset observation time period, and the time end point of the preset observation time period is earlier than the time starting point of the preset action time period;
dividing the second mobile communication identifier into at least one group according to the registration time of the second mobile communication identifier, wherein the registration time corresponding to the second mobile communication identifier in each group is the same;
screening out a target group from the at least one group, wherein the target group is as follows: the attribution of the contained second mobile communication identification is not the target area;
and determining whether to output alarm information based on the matching relation between the acquired first mobile communication identifier and a second mobile communication identifier in the target group.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether to output alarm information based on the acquired matching relationship between the first mobile communication identifier and the second mobile communication identifier comprises:
and detecting whether the acquired first mobile communication identifier is the same as the second mobile communication identifier, and if so, outputting alarm information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the warning system further comprises a plurality of cameras, an image capture range of the cameras including a path of vehicle movement in the target area, the method further comprising:
continuously acquiring a first image acquired by the camera device in a preset action time period;
determining a second image which is acquired by the camera device in advance and meets a second preset condition, wherein the second preset condition at least comprises the following steps: the acquisition time is within a preset observation time period;
the determining whether to output alarm information based on the acquired matching relationship between the first mobile communication identifier and the second mobile communication identifier includes:
detecting whether the acquired first mobile communication identifier is the same as the second mobile communication identifier, and detecting whether the acquired first image is matched with the second image;
and when the acquired first mobile communication identifier is the same as the second mobile communication identifier and/or the acquired first image is matched with the second image, outputting alarm information.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the first predetermined condition further comprises: and the communication connection duration with the base station exceeds a preset threshold value.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the first predetermined condition further comprises: the attribution is not a target attribution, and the target attribution is an attribution matched with the target area.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the second predetermined condition further comprises:
the face information is contained, and the contained face information is not the face information of the local personnel in the target area;
the detecting whether the acquired first image matches with the second image comprises:
whether the face similarity of the acquired first image and the second image reaches a preset similarity threshold value is detected, and if yes, the first image is matched with the second image.
7. The method of claim 3, wherein the second predetermined condition further comprises:
the license plate information is contained, and the contained license plate information is not the license plate information of the license plate of the target area;
the detecting whether the acquired first image matches with the second image comprises:
and detecting whether the acquired first image contains license plate information in the second image, if so, indicating that the first image is matched with the second image.
8. An alarm device, applied to a server in an alarm system, the alarm system further comprising a base station, a signal range of the base station covering a target area, the device comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for continuously acquiring a first mobile communication identifier which is currently registered in the base station during a preset action time period;
a first determining module, configured to determine a second mobile communication identifier, which is recorded by the base station and meets a first predetermined condition, where the first predetermined condition at least includes: the registration time is within a preset observation time period, and the time end point of the preset observation time period is earlier than the time starting point of the preset action time period;
the dividing module is used for dividing the second mobile communication identifier into at least one group according to the registration time of the second mobile communication identifier, wherein the registration time corresponding to the second mobile communication identifier in each group is the same;
a screening module, configured to screen out a target packet from the at least one packet, where the target packet is: the attribution of the contained second mobile communication identification is not the target area;
and the alarm module is used for determining whether alarm information is output or not based on the matching relation between the acquired first mobile communication identifier and a second mobile communication identifier in the target group.
9. The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the alarm module is specifically configured to:
