In practical situations, there may be a case where the image capturing apparatus fails to take a picture or a case where the image capturing apparatus fails to transmit a picture taken by the image capturing apparatus due to a network failure. If the situations occur in the process that the vehicle enters the parking space and/or exits the parking space, but the situations do not occur when the vehicle stays in the parking space, the central platform can only acquire the complete or partial stay information of the vehicle, but cannot acquire the entering information and/or the exiting information of the vehicle. In this case, the central platform may determine the parking time of the vehicle based on the parking information, thereby determining the parking duration of the vehicle in the parking space. Specifically, the central platform may use the collection time of the earliest collected stay image in the stay information, the time duration from the collection time of the latest collected stay image in the stay information as the stay time, and the stay time as the parking time duration of the vehicle in the parking space.
After the parking time of the vehicle in the parking space is determined, further, the central platform can judge whether the parking time exceeds the free parking time, if so, whether a parking fee payment record aiming at the parking of the vehicle exists can be determined, and if the parking fee payment record exists, the central platform can delete the parking information of the vehicle after the preset time. The predetermined time period may be set by itself, such as a week. If the parking fee-paying record does not exist, the central platform can calculate the parking fee of the vehicle for parking at this time and send prompt information to prompt the vehicle owner to pay the parking fee. The following describes a process of detecting that a vehicle enters a parking space from a predetermined analysis area by using an image acquisition device, and the process may include the following steps:

And step 12, if N continuous first pictures meeting a first preset condition exist in the currently captured first pictures, determining that the vehicle enters the parking space from the preset analysis area.
Wherein the first predetermined condition comprises: in any one of the N continuous first pictures, the proportion of the vehicle in the parking space is greater than a first proportion threshold value.
Where N can be set empirically, for example, setting N to 10, and for example, setting N to 5. The first proportional threshold may also be set according to experience or actual needs, for example, the first proportional threshold is set as: 96%, for another example, the first proportional threshold is set as: 98 percent.
It can be understood that, if the vehicle enters the parking space, the proportion of the vehicle in the parking space reaches certain data, so that if N consecutive first pictures meeting the first predetermined condition exist in the currently captured first pictures, it can be determined that the vehicle enters the parking space from the predetermined analysis area.
If the vehicle is not detected to enter the parking space within the field of view, the first captured pictures can be deleted, namely the data are discarded.
Of course, in practical applications, the process of detecting that the vehicle enters the parking space from the predetermined analysis area can also be realized by judging each currently obtained surveillance video frame. And if continuous N frames of monitoring video frames meeting the first preset condition exist in all the currently obtained monitoring video frames, determining that the vehicle detected by the vehicle enters the parking space from the preset analysis area.
The following describes a process of detecting that a vehicle is parked in a parking space by using an image acquisition device, and the process may include the following steps:

The following describes a process of detecting that a vehicle enters a predetermined analysis area from a parking space by using an image acquisition device, and the process may include the following steps:
if N continuous stay pictures meeting a second preset condition exist in the currently shot stay pictures, determining that the vehicle enters a preset analysis area from the parking space;

Of course, in practical applications, the process of detecting that the vehicle enters the predetermined analysis area from the parking space can also be realized by judging each currently obtained surveillance video frame. And if the continuous N frames of monitoring video frames meeting the second preset condition exist in the currently obtained monitoring video frames, determining the process that the vehicle enters the preset analysis area from the parking space.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the method may further include:
when the image acquisition equipment detects that the vehicle enters a preset analysis area within the field of view, vehicle identity information is recognized, target tracking is carried out on the vehicle to obtain tracking information, and the recognized vehicle identity information is associated with the tracking information.
When the image acquisition equipment detects that the vehicle enters the preset analysis area, the current monitoring video frame can be identified to obtain the identification information of the identified vehicle. And the image acquisition equipment can track the target of the vehicle to obtain tracking information. Accordingly, the manner in which the image capture device determines the vehicle identity information in the incoming picture may include:
identifying the identity information of the vehicle in the driving picture;
if the identification is successful, determining the identification result as the vehicle identity information;
and if the identification fails, vehicle identity information associated with the tracking information of the vehicle is acquired.
When the identity information of the vehicle in the driving picture is determined, the vehicle information of the vehicle in the driving picture can be firstly identified, and if the vehicle identity information is identified, the identified vehicle identity information is determined as the vehicle identity information. In practical applications, there are situations where the identity information of the vehicle is not recognized, for example, when a plurality of vehicles are parked adjacent to each other in a parking space, the identity information of the vehicle in the incoming picture may not be recognized. when the fact that the vehicle is lost in tracking and the identification of the identity information of the vehicle in the driving picture fails is detected, if the current parking space state of the parking space is the presence of the vehicle, the identity information of the vehicle is marked as unknown, and if the current parking space state of the parking space is the absence of the vehicle, the identity information of the vehicle is marked as absent.
In an actual scene, due to various reasons, such as the influence of a large vehicle passing by a parking space, leaves of the parking space, restarting of the image acquisition device, and the like, the image acquisition device may not always keep tracking the target of the vehicle. When the vehicle tracking loss is detected and the identification of the identity information of the vehicle in the driving picture fails, the identity information of the vehicle can be marked according to the current parking space state of the parking space. If the current parking space state of the parking space is that a vehicle is available, the identity information of the vehicle can be marked as unknown; if the current parking space state of the parking space is no vehicle, the vehicle identity information can be marked as no. When the vehicle identity information is marked as unknown, the central platform can send prompt information to prompt people to check the vehicle identity information in a parking site, and then the vehicle identity information is reported to the central platform. In another mode, the central platform can also control intelligent equipment such as an intelligent robot and the like to recognize vehicle identity information on a parking site and then report the vehicle identity information to the central platform. The central platform can update the driving-in information of the vehicle according to the received vehicle identity information. If the vehicle identity information included in the vehicle entrance information is unknown when the parking fee of the vehicle for parking is calculated, it can be determined that part of the information of the vehicle entrance information is missing, it is determined that the vehicle entrance information is empty information, the parking time of the vehicle in the parking space can be determined according to the staying time of the vehicle, and the parking fee of the vehicle for parking is calculated based on the parking time.
In this embodiment, the manner in which the image acquisition device determines the vehicle identity information based on the stay picture and the exit picture may also refer to the manner in which the image acquisition device determines the vehicle identity information in the entry picture, which is not described herein again.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a parking information acquisition apparatus, which is applied to a central platform in a parking information acquisition system, where the parking information acquisition system further includes an image acquisition device, and as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes:

In the embodiment of the invention, because the entering information representing that the vehicle enters the parking space, the stopping information representing that the vehicle stops at the parking space and the exiting information representing that the vehicle exits the parking space are obtained, the parking information of the vehicle in the processes of entering the parking space, stopping the parking space and exiting the parking space can be completely collected, namely the parking information of the vehicle can be completely collected.
Optionally, the parking information comprises a chain of parking evidence;
the first determining module 301 is specifically configured to associate an incoming picture, at least one parking picture and an outgoing picture of the same vehicle identity information, where the vehicle is parked in a parking space, to obtain a parking evidence chain where the vehicle is parked in the parking space.

the image acquisition equipment 401 is used for shooting an entrance picture of a vehicle when the vehicle is detected to enter a parking space from a preset analysis area, and sending the entrance picture to the central platform 402; the predetermined analysis area is adjacent to the parking space area; when the vehicle is detected to be parked on the parking space, at least one parking picture of the vehicle parked on the parking space is shot regularly, and the at least one parking picture is sent to the central platform 402; when it is detected that the vehicle enters the predetermined analysis area from the parking space, an exit picture of the vehicle is taken, and the exit picture is sent to the central platform 402.
The central platform 402 is configured to acquire entry information of a vehicle, where the entry information includes vehicle identity information, parking space information of a parking space of the vehicle, entry time, and an entry picture taken by the image acquisition device 401 when it is detected that the vehicle enters the parking space from a predetermined analysis area; the predetermined analysis area is adjacent to the parking space area; the method comprises the steps of obtaining parking information of a vehicle, wherein the parking information comprises vehicle identity information, parking space information of a parking space of the vehicle and at least one parking picture of the vehicle parked on the parking space, and the parking picture is a picture periodically shot by an image acquisition device 401 when the vehicle is detected to be parked on the parking space; acquiring the outgoing information of the vehicle, wherein the outgoing information comprises vehicle identity information, parking space information of a parking space of the vehicle, outgoing time and an outgoing picture shot by the image acquisition device 401 when detecting that the vehicle enters a preset analysis area from the parking space; and determining parking information of the vehicle according to the entrance information, the stop information and the exit information of the vehicle.
In the embodiment of the invention, because the entering information representing that the vehicle enters the parking space, the stopping information representing that the vehicle stops at the parking space and the exiting information representing that the vehicle exits the parking space are obtained, the parking information of the vehicle in the processes of entering the parking space, stopping the parking space and exiting the parking space can be completely collected, namely the parking information of the vehicle can be completely collected.
Optionally, the parking information comprises a chain of parking evidence;

the method comprises the steps of obtaining parking information of the vehicle, wherein the parking information comprises vehicle identity information, parking space information of a parking space of the vehicle and at least one parking picture of the vehicle parked on the parking space, and the parking picture is a picture shot by image acquisition equipment periodically when the vehicle is detected to be parked on the parking space;
acquiring the outgoing information of the vehicle, wherein the outgoing information comprises vehicle identity information, parking space information of a parking space of the vehicle, outgoing time and an outgoing picture shot by an image acquisition device when the vehicle is detected to enter the preset analysis area from the parking space;
and determining the parking information of the vehicle according to the entrance information, the stop information and the exit information of the vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the parking information comprises a chain of parking evidence;
the determining the parking information of the vehicle according to the entrance information, the stop information and the exit information of the vehicle comprises the following steps:
and associating the incoming picture, the at least one stopping picture and the outgoing picture of the same vehicle identity information when the vehicle is parked on the parking space to obtain a parking evidence chain when the vehicle is parked on the parking space.

determining the parking time of the vehicle in the parking space by using the entrance time and the exit time;
