Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用光能警示的防护栏装置,它涉及建筑用具技术领域;底架上端的两侧均安装有侧边框,侧边框的前后侧壁上均安装有反光板,且两个侧边框之间连接有栅栏架,栅栏架的上端安装有数个减震式支撑柱,减震式支撑柱的上端安装有光伏电池板,光伏电池板的上表面设置有到V形集尘槽,所述光伏电池板的底部安装有警示灯,警示灯通过导线、开关与光伏电池板的电源端连接,所述底架的两侧壁上均安装有连接扣,且底架的中部设置有限位槽,且限位槽内设置有调节螺母,且调节螺母内安装有螺杆,且螺杆的底部安装有配重块;本发明能实现固定与移动,且能实现光伏集能与警示,其使用方便,操作简便,效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用光能警示的防护栏装置,属于建筑用具技术领域。
背景技术
建筑从广义上来说,建筑学是研究建筑及其环境的学科。建筑学是一门横跨工程技术和人文艺术的学科。建筑学所涉及的建筑艺术和建筑技术、以及作为实用艺术的建筑艺术所包括的美学的一面和实用的一面,它们虽有明确的不同但又密切联系,并且其分量随具体情况和建筑物的不同而大不相同。
建筑施工是指工程建设实施阶段的生产活动,是各类建筑物的建造过程,也可以说是把设计图纸上的各种线条,在指定的地点,变成实物的过程。它包括基础工程施工、主体结构施工、屋面工程施工、装饰工程施工等。施工作业的场所称为“建筑施工现场”或叫“施工现场”,也叫工地。
现有的防护栏为固定或者移动时,其固定式在移动时浪费时间,且移动式在固定时其稳定性差,同时防护栏只具备防护不能实现警示,效率低。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种利用光能警示的防护栏装置。
本发明的一种利用光能警示的防护栏装置,它包含侧边框、栅栏架、底架、连接扣、调节螺母、螺杆、配重块、反光板、光伏电池板、减震式支撑柱、警示灯、行走轮;底架上端的两侧均安装有侧边框,侧边框的前后侧壁上均安装有反光板,且两个侧边框之间连接有栅栏架,栅栏架的上端安装有数个减震式支撑柱,减震式支撑柱的上端安装有光伏电池板,光伏电池板的上表面设置有到V形集尘槽,所述光伏电池板的底部安装有警示灯,警示灯通过导线、开关与光伏电池板的电源端连接,所述底架的两侧壁上均安装有连接扣,且底架的中部设置有限位槽,且限位槽内设置有调节螺母,且调节螺母内安装有螺杆,且螺杆的底部安装有配重块。
作为优选,所述减震式支撑柱由主体与减震弹簧组成,且主体的下端安装有减震弹簧。
作为优选,所述栅栏架由横杆与纵杆组成。
作为优选,所述警示灯为闪烁式警示灯。
作为优选,所述配重块的底部安装有防滑垫。
作为优选,所述连接扣的外侧设置有防滑层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:能实现固定与移动,且能实现光伏集能与警示,其使用方便,操作简便,效率高。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过附图中示出的具体实施例来描述本发明。但是应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
如图1、图2所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含侧边框1、栅栏架2、底架3、连接扣4、调节螺母5、螺杆6、配重块7、反光板8、光伏电池板9、减震式支撑柱10、警示灯11、行走轮12;底架3上端的两侧均安装有侧边框1,侧边框1的前后侧壁上均安装有反光板8,且两个侧边框1之间连接有栅栏架2,栅栏架2的上端安装有数个减震式支撑柱10,减震式支撑柱10的上端安装有光伏电池板9,光伏电池板9的上表面设置有到V形集尘槽91,所述光伏电池板9的底部安装有警示灯11,警示灯11通过导线、开关与光伏电池板的电源端连接,所述底架3的两侧壁上均安装有连接扣4,且底架3的中部设置有限位槽,且限位槽内设置有调节螺母5,且调节螺母5内安装有螺杆6,且螺杆6的底部安装有配重块7。
进一步的,所述减震式支撑柱10由主体与减震弹簧组成,且主体的下端安装有减震弹簧。
进一步的,所述栅栏架2由横杆与纵杆组成。
进一步的,所述警示灯11为闪烁式警示灯。
进一步的,所述配重块7的底部安装有防滑垫。
进一步的,所述连接扣4的外侧设置有防滑层。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:在使用时,通过行走轮12实现行走,能实现快速移动,且在固定时,通过旋转调节螺母5,使得螺杆6实现上升与下降,当固定时,使得配重块7的底部与地面接触,其通过配重块7来实现配重与固定,能提高稳定性,且在使用时,通过光伏电池板实现能源的收集,并为警示灯11实现供电,由警示灯11实现警示,而光伏电池板通过减震支撑柱10实现安装,其减震支撑柱10在连接与支撑的同时能实现减震,有效的保护光伏电池板,能延长使用寿命,效率高,光伏电池板上的集尘槽能实现灰尘的收集与导向,且能实现导水。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。

1.一种利用光能警示的防护栏装置,其特征在于:它包含侧边框、栅栏架、底架、连接扣、调节螺母、螺杆、配重块、反光板、光伏电池板、减震式支撑柱、警示灯、行走轮;底架上端的两侧均安装有侧边框,侧边框的前后侧壁上均安装有反光板,且两个侧边框之间连接有栅栏架,栅栏架的上端安装有数个减震式支撑柱,减震式支撑柱的上端安装有光伏电池板,光伏电池板的上表面设置有到V形集尘槽,所述光伏电池板的底部安装有警示灯,警示灯通过导线、开关与光伏电池板的电源端连接,所述底架的两侧壁上均安装有连接扣,且底架的中部设置有限位槽,且限位槽内设置有调节螺母,且调节螺母内安装有螺杆,且螺杆的底部安装有配重块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用光能警示的防护栏装置,其特征在于:所述减震式支撑柱由主体与减震弹簧组成,且主体的下端安装有减震弹簧。
