Abstract

本发明公开了一种带阻燃涂层的防水面料扇面,包括基布层,基布层的两面均涂覆有防水层,防水层的表面涂覆有阻燃层,防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:1,6‑二异氰酸己烷10‑15份、丁酮1‑4份、甲苯5‑10份、聚氨酯树脂40‑60份、水20‑50份、N‑甲基乙醇胺1‑5份,阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:水性聚氨酯乳液30‑50份、溴系阻燃剂20‑30份、多羟基化合物10‑30份、磷系阻燃剂5‑10份、阻燃协效剂10‑20份、增稠剂4‑10份、水性封端异氰酸酯0.1‑0.5份、手感剂0.3‑0.5份。在基布层的两面涂覆防水层,使扇面具备了优异的防水性能,防止产品吸潮现象,提高扇子的收藏质量;因涂覆防水层后使基布表面更加光滑,使后续上色或绘制图案效果更好;加设阻燃层,使扇面具备阻燃效果,提高产品的使用安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及扇面材料技术领域,特别涉及一种带阻燃涂层的防水面料扇面。
背景技术
中国汉族扇文化有着深厚的文化底蕴,是汉民族文化的一个集成部分,已经有千年的历史。扇子的材料有很多,面料扇面因容易收藏,造型丰富且具备使用寿命长的优点而被人们所喜爱,但是在收藏过程中,面料会因吸潮而破损,同时在遇到火源时极易引燃,存在一定的安全风险。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种带阻燃涂层的防水面料扇面,解决现有技术中存在的面料易吸潮破损、易引燃烧毁、存在安全隐患的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种带阻燃涂层的防水面料扇面,包括基布层,基布层的两面均涂覆有防水层,所述防水层的表面涂覆有阻燃层,所述防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:1,6-二异氰酸己烷10-15份、丁酮1-4份、甲苯5-10份、聚氨酯树脂40-60份、水20-50份、N-甲基乙醇胺1-5份,所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:水性聚氨酯乳液30-50份、溴系阻燃剂20-30份、多羟基化合物10-30份、磷系阻燃剂5-10份、阻燃协效剂10-20份、增稠剂4-10份、水性封端异氰酸酯0.1-0.5份、手感剂0.3-0.5份。
作为优选,上述所述防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:1,6-二异氰酸己烷12份、丁酮2份、甲苯8份、聚氨酯树脂50份、水25份、N-甲基乙醇胺3份。
作为优选,上述所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:水性聚氨酯乳液35份、溴系阻燃剂25份、多羟基化合物15份、磷系阻燃剂6.3份、阻燃协效剂12份、增稠剂6份、水性封端异氰酸酯0.3份、手感剂0.4份。
作为优选,上述所述溴系阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷、八溴醚、五溴甲苯、六溴苯、四溴双酚A中的一种或多种组合。
作为优选,上述所述磷系阻燃剂为磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三(2-丁氧乙基)酯、双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯)、间亚苯基四苯基双磷酸酯中的一种或多种组合。
作为优选,上述所述阻燃协效剂为三氧化二锑、硼酸锌、氧化锌中的一种或多种组合。
本发明的有益效果是:在基布层的两面涂覆防水层,一方面使扇面具备了优异的防水性能,防止产品吸潮现象,提高扇子的收藏质量;另一方面因涂覆防水层后使基布表面更加光滑,使后续上色或绘制图案效果更好;加设阻燃层,使扇面具备阻燃效果,提高产品的使用安全性。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
实施例1
一种带阻燃涂层的防水面料扇面,包括基布层,基布层的两面均涂覆有防水层,防水层的表面涂覆有阻燃层,防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:1,6-二异氰酸己烷10份、丁酮1份、甲苯5份、聚氨酯树脂60份、水20份、N-甲基乙醇胺4份,阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:水性聚氨酯乳液50份、溴系阻燃剂20份、多羟基化合物10份、磷系阻燃剂5份、阻燃协效剂10份、增稠剂4份、水性封端异氰酸酯0.5份、手感剂0.5份。
实施例2
一种带阻燃涂层的防水面料扇面,包括基布层,基布层的两面均涂覆有防水层,防水层的表面涂覆有阻燃层,防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:1,6-二异氰酸己烷15份、丁酮4份、甲苯10份、聚氨酯树脂40份、水30份、N-甲基乙醇胺1份,所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:水性聚氨酯乳液30份、溴系阻燃剂35份、多羟基化合物12份、磷系阻燃剂6份、阻燃协效剂11份、增稠剂5.6份、水性封端异氰酸酯0.1份、手感剂0.3份。
实施例3
一种带阻燃涂层的防水面料扇面,包括基布层,基布层的两面均涂覆有防水层,防水层的表面涂覆有阻燃层,防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:1,6-二异氰酸己烷12份、丁酮2份、甲苯8份、聚氨酯树脂50份、水25份、N-甲基乙醇胺3份,阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:水性聚氨酯乳液35份、溴系阻燃剂25份、多羟基化合物15份、磷系阻燃剂6.3份、阻燃协效剂12份、增稠剂6份、水性封端异氰酸酯0.3份、手感剂0.4份。
作为优选,上述实施例1-3中,溴系阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷、八溴醚、五溴甲苯、六溴苯、四溴双酚A中的一种或多种组合;磷系阻燃剂为磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三(2-丁氧乙基)酯、双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯)、间亚苯基四苯基双磷酸酯中的一种或多种组合;阻燃协效剂为三氧化二锑、硼酸锌、氧化锌中的一种或多种组合。

1.一种带阻燃涂层的防水面料扇面,包括基布层,其特征在于:所述基布层的两面均涂覆有防水层,所述防水层的表面涂覆有阻燃层,所述防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:1,6-二异氰酸己烷10-15份、丁酮1-4份、甲苯5-10份、聚氨酯树脂40-60份、水20-50份、N-甲基乙醇胺1-5份,所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:水性聚氨酯乳液30-50份、溴系阻燃剂20-30份、多羟基化合物10-30份、磷系阻燃剂5-10份、阻燃协效剂10-20份、增稠剂4-10份、水性封端异氰酸酯0.1-0.5份、手感剂0.3-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带阻燃涂层的防水面料扇面,其特征在于:所述防水层由以下重量份的原料制成:1,6-二异氰酸己烷12份、丁酮2份、甲苯8份、聚氨酯树脂50份、水25份、N-甲基乙醇胺3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带阻燃涂层的防水面料扇面,其特征在于:所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:水性聚氨酯乳液35份、溴系阻燃剂25份、多羟基化合物15份、磷系阻燃剂6.3份、阻燃协效剂12份、增稠剂6份、水性封端异氰酸酯0.3份、手感剂0.4份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带阻燃涂层的防水面料扇面,其特征在于:所述溴系阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷、八溴醚、五溴甲苯、六溴苯、四溴双酚A中的一种或多种组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带阻燃涂层的防水面料扇面,其特征在于:所述磷系阻燃剂为磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三(2-丁氧乙基)酯、双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯)、间亚苯基四苯基双磷酸酯中的一种或多种组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种带阻燃涂层的防水面料扇面,其特征在于:所述阻燃协效剂为三氧化二锑、硼酸锌、氧化锌中的一种或多种组合。
