本发明公开了一种具有阻燃功能的扇面面料，包括上基布层和下基布层，上基布层和下基布层之间还设有防静电层，该防静电层由包芯丝纤维制成，上基布层和下基布层的外表面上均涂覆有阻燃层，所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成：铝酸钴30‑50份、氢氧化镁20‑30份、多羟基化合物10‑30份、十二烷基硫酸钠5‑10份、阻燃协效剂10‑20份、硼砂4‑10份、水性封端异氰酸酯0.1‑0.5份、手感剂0.3‑0.5份，加设阻燃层，使扇面具备阻燃效果，提高产品的使用安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及扇面材料技术领域，特别涉及一种具有阻燃功能的扇面面料。
背景技术
中国汉族扇文化有着深厚的文化底蕴，是汉民族文化的一个集成部分，已经有千年的历史。扇子的材料有很多，面料扇面因容易收藏，造型丰富且具备使用寿命长的优点而被人们所喜爱，但是在收藏过程中，面料在遇到火源时极易引燃，存在一定的安全风险。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有阻燃功能的扇面面料，解决现有技术中存在的面料易引燃烧毁、存在安全隐患的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种具有阻燃功能的扇面面料，包括上基布层和下基布层，上基布层和下基布层之间还设有防静电层，该防静电层由包芯丝纤维制成，上基布层和下基布层的外表面上均涂覆有阻燃层，所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成：铝酸钴30-50份、氢氧化镁20-30份、多羟基化合物10-30份、十二烷基硫酸钠5-10份、阻燃协效剂10-20份、硼砂4-10份、水性封端异氰酸酯0.1-0.5份、手感剂0.3-0.5份。
作为优选，上述所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成：铝酸钴35份、氢氧化镁25份、多羟基化合物15份、十二烷基硫酸钠6.3份、阻燃协效剂12份、硼砂6份、水性封端异氰酸酯0.3份、手感剂0.4份。
作为优选，上述所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成：铝酸钴30份、氢氧化镁30份、多羟基化合物13份、十二烷基硫酸钠8.3份、阻燃协效剂10份、硼砂8份、水性封端异氰酸酯0.3份、手感剂0.4份。
作为优选，上述所述阻燃协效剂为三氧化二锑、硼酸锌、氧化锌中的一种或多种组合。
本发明的有益效果是：在基布层的两面涂覆阻燃层，使扇面具备阻燃效果，提高产品的使用安全性。

实施例2

作为优选，上述实施例1-2中，阻燃协效剂为三氧化二锑、硼酸锌、氧化锌中的一种或多种组合。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有阻燃功能的扇面面料，其特征在于：所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成：铝酸钴35份、氢氧化镁25份、多羟基化合物15份、十二烷基硫酸钠6.3份、阻燃协效剂12份、硼砂6份、水性封端异氰酸酯0.3份、手感剂0.4份。
