本发明公开了一种保暖高吸湿排汗涤纶面料的制备工艺,包括下列步骤:S1,选纱线;S2,制作坯布;S3,染料;S4,脱水;S5,面料展开;S6,定型。将现有技术中的织布机中的钢筘装置改造,使得在工艺步骤初期中的,纱线之间的空隙大大降低,从而,人体使用该涤纶面料作为衣服时候,由于涤纶面料的空隙经该钢筘装置调整,从而使得内部的人体热量不宜散出到外界,从而达到高效的保温性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织相关技术领域,具体为一种保暖高吸湿排汗涤纶面料制备工艺。
背景技术
涤纶面料是日常生活中用的非常多的一种化纤服装面料。其最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,因此,适合做外套服装、各类箱包和帐篷等户外用品。涤纶的用途很广,大量用于制造衣着和工业中制品。 阻燃涤纶因具有永久阻燃性,应用范围很广,除了产业用纺织品、建筑内装饰、交通工具内装饰等发挥无可替代的作用外,还在防护服领域内发挥着不少的作用。根据阻燃防护服国家标准规定,冶金、林业、化工、石油、消防等部门应使用阻燃防护服。中国应使用阻燃防护服的人数在百万以上,阻燃防护服市场潜力巨大。除了纯阻燃涤纶外,可根据用户的特殊要求,生产阻燃、防水、拒油、抗静电等多功能系列产品。如对阻燃涤纶织物进行防水、拒油整理,可提高阻燃服的功能性;采用阻燃涤纶与导电纤维交织以生产抗静电的阻燃织物;利用阻燃纤维与高性能纤维进行混纺交织,可生产高性能阻燃织物;采用阻燃纤维与棉、粘胶等纤维混纺,以改善防护服的舒适性,同时减少二次烧伤。然后,现有的设备制造出来的涤纶面料保暖效果差,吸汗差,为此,提出一种保暖高吸湿排汗涤纶面料制备设备及其制备工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保暖高吸湿排汗涤纶面料制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种保暖高吸湿排汗涤纶面料的制备工艺,包括下列步骤:
S1,选纱线:将 75D/36F 的涤纶作为平针线圈层原料,将 75D/144F 的涤纶作为毛圈线圈层的原料 ;
S2,制作坯布:使用权利要求1中的纺织机中的钢筘装置将平针线圈层和毛圈线圈层依次串套成为坯布,操纵纺织机,使得平针线圈层和毛圈线圈层之间的间隙小,每次转动钢筘边框同时,再转动L型转动把手,使得钢筘丝之间的紧缩,减小纱线之间的缝隙;
S3,染料:将坯布浸入方有染料的染池,在染池中加入吸汗速干剂,将温度升至 140℃并保温 60分钟后,取出坯布进行清洗和烘干,反复重复2次;
S4,脱水:使用脱水机,脱水次数2-4次,然后将脱水后的面料,再放置在有电风扇吹风的干燥处,吹风5-8小时,直至风干为止;
S5,面料展开:使用开幅机将脱水后的面料全部打开,平摊后,将面料进行平铺无褶皱;
S6,定型:将开幅以后全部打开的面料上定型机上定型,将毛圈线圈层所形成的毛圈线圈进行拉毛、刷毛、剪毛和摇粒处理,最后将面料定型。
优选的,S3中所述吸汗速干剂主要成份包括水分散性聚酯、环氧树脂和有机硅三元共聚物。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:此保暖高吸湿排汗涤纶面料制备设备及其制备工艺,将现有技术中的织布机中的钢筘装置改造,使得在工艺步骤初期中的,纱线之间的空隙大大降低,从而,人体使用该涤纶面料作为衣服时候,由于涤纶面料的空隙经该钢筘装置调整,从而使得内部的人体热量不宜散出到外界,从而达到高效的保温性能,又通过吸汗速干剂对面料进行处理,从而使得面料吸湿排汗效果更佳,具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种保暖高吸湿排汗涤纶面料的制备设备,包括纺织机、脱水机、染料机、开幅机、定型机和纺织机中的钢筘装置,所述钢筘装置包括上、下两个平行设置的钢筘边框1、第一限位块2、第二限位块3、第一弹簧4和钢筘丝5,上、下两个平行设置的钢筘边框1之间穿插有多个平行设置的钢筘丝5,且钢筘丝5的下端通过与其连接有的第二限位块3限位于下钢筘边框1,所述钢筘丝5的上端通过与其连接有的第一限位块2限位于上钢筘边框1,每个钢筘丝5外侧均套接有套环7,且钢筘丝5外侧还固定连接有球体6,所述球体6的一侧匹配触及有楔劈10的斜面,楔劈10的上端通过活动穿插于钢筘边框1中的伸缩杆9连接有限位挡板,所述伸缩杆9中套接有第三弹簧21,第三弹簧21的上端与限位挡板相互抵触,第三弹簧21的下端与钢筘边框1的上端面相互抵触;
所述套环7连接有拉绳8,拉绳8缠绕于卷筒12的周围,所述卷筒12的上端面中心固定连接芯轴13的下端,芯轴13转动贯穿插接于T型支撑架14上,且芯轴13的上端固定连接有直齿轮15,T型支撑架14垂直固定连接在钢筘边框1的一端,所述直齿轮15啮合有半齿轮16,半齿轮16的一端通过第二弹簧19连接在T型支撑架14上,所述半齿轮16的中心固定插接有L型转动把手18,L型转动把手18的下端转动插接有轴承17,轴承17连接在T型支撑架14上。
楔劈10的下端开设有压孔11,每个压孔11中均穿有纱线,压孔11的表面设有半圆形橡皮圈,半圆形橡皮圈将纱线压住,防止纱线损坏。钢筘丝5和球体6的数目相同,且钢筘丝5之间等间距分布。每两个钢筘丝5之间夹持有纱线。伸缩杆9的侧壁开设有条形槽,且条形槽中供拉绳8穿过,套环7之间均通过拉伸8相连接。

S3中吸汗速干剂主要成份包括水分散性聚酯、环氧树脂和有机硅三元共聚物。

此种工艺主要是通过改变纱线之间间隙的大小,缩小了间隙的原理,从而使得涤纶面料达到保温的效果,同时,使用水分散性聚酯、环氧树脂和有机硅三元共聚物为主要原料组成成分的吸汗速干剂对面料进行处理,从而使得面料吸湿排汗效果更佳。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (2)

1.一种保暖高吸湿排汗涤纶面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
S1,选纱线:将 75D/36F 的涤纶作为平针线圈层原料,将 75D/144F 的涤纶作为毛圈线圈层的原料 ;
S2,制作坯布:使用纺织机中的钢筘装置将平针线圈层和毛圈线圈层依次串套成为坯布,操纵纺织机,使得平针线圈层和毛圈线圈层之间的间隙小,每次转动钢筘边框(1)同时,再转动L型转动把手(18),使得钢筘丝(5)之间的紧缩,减小纱线之间的缝隙;
S3,染料:将坯布浸入方有染料的染池,在染池中加入吸汗速干剂,将温度升至 140℃并保温 60分钟后,取出坯布进行清洗和烘干,反复重复2次;
S4,脱水:使用脱水机,脱水次数2-4次,然后将脱水后的面料,再放置在有电风扇吹风的干燥处,吹风5-8小时,直至风干为止;
S5,面料展开:使用开幅机将脱水后的面料全部打开,平摊后,将面料进行平铺无褶皱;
S6,定型:将开幅以后全部打开的面料上定型机上定型,将毛圈线圈层所形成的毛圈线圈进行拉毛、刷毛、剪毛和摇粒处理,最后将面料定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保暖高吸湿排汗涤纶面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:S3中所述吸汗速干剂主要成份包括水分散性聚酯、环氧树脂和有机硅三元共聚物。
