本发明涉及到水泥生产技术领域,尤其涉及到一种水泥熟料。
背景技术
电石水解获取乙炔气后的以氢氧化钙为主要成分的废渣。乙炔(C2H2)是基本有机合成工业的重要原料之一,以电石(CaC2)为原料,加水(湿法)生产乙炔的工艺简单成熟,至今已有60余年工业史,目前在我国仍占较大北重。1t电石加水可生成300多kg乙炔气,同时生成10t含固量约12%的工业废液,俗称电石渣浆。它的处置一直令生产厂头痛。并且现在已公开的专利并没有很好的利用电石渣,稳定性和粘结力不够。
本发明涉及到的水泥熟料,其特征在于:所述水泥熟料包含石灰石100份;电石渣20-25份;硫酸渣0.4-0.5份;废弃碎石混凝土0.2-0.5份;粘土2.5-4.5份;稳定剂0.5-0.6份;硫酸渣1.5-2.0份。本发明能将电石渣变废为宝;很好的提高了水泥熟料整体的稳定性;另外也增强了水泥熟料的粘结力,提高了水泥熟料整体的性能。

本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种水泥熟料,其特征在于:所述水泥熟料包含石灰石100份;电石渣20-25份;硫酸渣0.4-0.5份;废弃碎石混凝土0.2-0.5份;粘土2.5-4.5份;稳定剂0.5-0.6份;硫酸渣1.5-2.0份。
本发明的优点是:本发明能将电石渣变废为宝;很好的提高了水泥熟料整体的稳定性;另外也增强了水泥熟料的粘结力,提高了水泥熟料整体的性能。
