本发明属于电子元件安全保护领域,尤其涉及一种电子元件缓冲防护壳。
背景技术
随着现代技术的迅速发展,电子设备也越来越多样化,已经成为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分,如手机、平板、电脑、打印机和传真机等,这些电子设备由集成电路、晶体管、电子管等电子元器件组成,功能强,成本高,在运输过程中经常会因剧烈振动而造成一定的损坏,稍有损害,就可能对这些电子元件的功能产生影响,因此需要改进。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种电子元件缓冲防护壳,内部限位消震,避免其受到外界作用力时损坏,其结构简单,使用方便。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种电子元件缓冲防护壳,包括方形结构的壳体,所述壳体表面为不锈钢外壳,外壳背面设有橡胶层,壳体内壁及底面设有弹性条,壳体内部设有隔板,所述隔板外边缘设置在槽轨内,所述隔板为可充气的封闭结构,隔板内部中间设有竖直的支撑板,所述支撑板上设有小孔,隔板上方设有充气口,壳体上方设有封盖,封盖内部设有监测器,封盖表面设有警示灯珠。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述壳体与封盖结合处设有密封圈。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述隔板数量为1-3个。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述不锈钢外壳表面设有防静电膜。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述的一种电子元件缓冲防护壳,结构简单,使用方便,通过隔板充气对电子元件进行限位消震,避免其受到外界作用力时损坏,保证其完好率。

如图所示,本发明所述的一种电子元件缓冲防护壳,包括方形结构的壳体1,所述壳体1表面为不锈钢外壳2,外壳背面设有橡胶层3,壳体1内壁及底面设有弹性条4,壳体1内部设有隔板5,所述隔板5外边缘设置在槽轨6内,所述隔板5为可充气的封闭结构,隔板5内部中间设有竖直的支撑板7,所述支撑板7上设有小孔8,隔板5上方设有充气口9,壳体上方设有封盖10,封盖10内部设有监测器11,封盖10表面设有警示灯珠12。
本发明所述的一种电子元件缓冲防护壳,结构简单,使用方便,放置时电子元件分为两组,整齐平放在壳体内,侧边以及底部设有弹性条用于减震,将中间的隔板充气,使隔板紧压住电子元件的侧面,对电子元件进行限位,同时起到消震作用,避免其受到外界作用力时损坏,保证其完好率,一旦隔板漏气,警示灯珠12亮起报警,确保产品的完好率。
本发明在所述壳体1与封盖10结合处设有密封圈13,防潮,减震。
本发明所述隔板5数量为1-3个,根据电子元件的大小进行布置。
本发明所述不锈钢外壳2表面设有防静电膜。
