本发明属于电子元件安全保护领域，尤其涉及一种电子元件缓冲防护壳。
背景技术
随着现代技术的迅速发展，电子设备也越来越多样化，已经成为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分，如手机、平板、电脑、打印机和传真机等，这些电子设备由集成电路、晶体管、电子管等电子元器件组成，功能强，成本高，在运输过程中经常会因剧烈振动而造成一定的损坏，稍有损害，就可能对这些电子元件的功能产生影响，因此需要改进。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明公开了一种电子元件缓冲防护壳，内部限位消震，避免其受到外界作用力时损坏，其结构简单，使用方便。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下：
一种电子元件缓冲防护壳，包括方形结构的壳体，所述壳体表面为不锈钢外壳，外壳背面设有橡胶层，壳体内壁及底面设有弹性条，壳体内部设有隔板，所述隔板外边缘设置在槽轨内，所述隔板为可充气的封闭结构，隔板内部中间设有竖直的支撑板，所述支撑板上设有小孔，隔板上方设有充气口，壳体上方设有封盖，封盖内部设有监测器，封盖表面设有警示灯珠。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述壳体与封盖结合处设有密封圈。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述隔板数量为1-3个。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述不锈钢外壳表面设有防静电膜。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明所述的一种电子元件缓冲防护壳，结构简单，使用方便，通过隔板充气对电子元件进行限位消震，避免其受到外界作用力时损坏，保证其完好率。

如图所示，本发明所述的一种电子元件缓冲防护壳，包括方形结构的壳体1，所述壳体1表面为不锈钢外壳2，外壳背面设有橡胶层3，壳体1内壁及底面设有弹性条4，壳体1内部设有隔板5，所述隔板5外边缘设置在槽轨6内，所述隔板5为可充气的封闭结构，隔板5内部中间设有竖直的支撑板7，所述支撑板7上设有小孔8，隔板5上方设有充气口9，壳体上方设有封盖10，封盖10内部设有监测器11，封盖10表面设有警示灯珠12。
本发明所述的一种电子元件缓冲防护壳，结构简单，使用方便，放置时电子元件分为两组，整齐平放在壳体内，侧边以及底部设有弹性条用于减震，将中间的隔板充气，使隔板紧压住电子元件的侧面，对电子元件进行限位，同时起到消震作用，避免其受到外界作用力时损坏，保证其完好率，一旦隔板漏气，警示灯珠12亮起报警，确保产品的完好率。
本发明在所述壳体1与封盖10结合处设有密封圈13，防潮，减震。
本发明所述隔板5数量为1-3个，根据电子元件的大小进行布置。
本发明所述不锈钢外壳2表面设有防静电膜。
