The water supply system comprises a fixed sediment filter tank 19, a grease purifying tank 20 and a water supply tank 21, wherein a communication pipeline 12 between the fixed sediment filter tank 19 and the grease purifying tank 20 is arranged at a position 40mm-50mm higher than the bottom of the fixed sediment filter tank 19; the upper end of the grease purifying tank 20 is provided with a grease outlet 6 which is communicated with a municipal rainwater well 22, the grease outlet 6 is arranged at a position 30mm-40mm lower than the top of the grease purifying tank 20, and a communicating pipeline 12 which is communicated with a water supply tank 21 is also arranged at the tank bottom of the grease purifying tank 20; the water supply tank 21 is connected with an external water supplementing source 8 through a water supplementing pipeline, a pressure pump is arranged in the water supply tank 21, the output end of the pressure pump is connected with the main water supply pipeline 13, and a high-point liquid level meter 9 and a low-point liquid level meter 10 are also arranged in the water supply tank 21 and are connected with a spraying control system.

The oil passing net is made of steel plates, holes are punched in the steel plates and used for filtering gravel combined with the template oil, and meanwhile personnel falling and waste entering the grease purifying tank 20 can be prevented.
The water supply system consists of three connected underground water tanks which are sequentially provided with a solid sediment filter tank 19, a grease purifying tank 20 and a water supply tank 21 from the direction of the spraying system. The health water in the pedestal drainage ditch 2 automatically flows into the solid sediment filter tank 19 from a high position, and the filter screen 4 is placed at the top of the tank to prevent solid waste from entering, so that the communication pipeline 12 between the solid sediment filter tank 19 and the grease purifying tank 20 is blocked.
The water in the water supply tank 21 is composed of the recovered water and the make-up water of the water source 8. The invention adopts an underground water well as a water supplementing water source 8, and a water suction pump 23 is arranged in the underground water well to supply water to a water supply tank 21. The pressure pump in the water supply tank 21 employs a horizontal pipe pump 11, and the horizontal pipe pump 11 is used to input water in the water supply tank 21 into the main water supply pipe 13.
The grease purifying tank 20 is connected with the municipal rainwater well 22 through the grease discharging port 6, the grease discharging port 6 is 40cm lower than the top of the tank, a water discharging ramp is formed, grease generated during construction can be discharged into the municipal rainwater well 6, and pollution to the environment and air caused by disordered discharge is avoided.
The spraying system comprises a spraying pipeline 17 and spray heads, wherein the spraying pipeline 17 is placed in the pedestal drainage ditch 2, a plurality of spray heads are uniformly arranged on the spraying pipeline 17, the spray heads adopt butterfly-shaped spray heads 1, and a spraying switch 18 is arranged on the spraying pipeline 17 in a segmented mode.
The spray head adopts 360-degree rotary butterfly type spray heads 1, and a spray switch 18 is arranged on a spray pipeline 17 of each pedestal.
A spraying method of an automatic spraying health preserving system comprises the following specific steps:
1) The spraying control system adopts a plurality of switch controllers 15 to respectively and independently control the spraying switches 18 on the spraying pipelines 17, the pedestals are numbered, the switch controllers 15 in the spraying control system correspond to the pedestal numbers, and the on time of the spraying switches 18 corresponding to the pedestal numbers is set through the switch controllers 15 to automatically spray.
2) The spray control system receives alarm signals of the high-point liquid level meter 9 and the low-point liquid level meter 10 and automatically controls water supply tank 21 to supplement water.
The spraying control system controls the on and off of the water suction pump 23 in the water source 8 according to the received alarm signals of the high-point liquid level meter 9 and the low-point liquid level meter 10, thereby automatically controlling the water supplementing amount of the underground water well water source 8 to the water supply tank 21.
The spray control system simultaneously controls the bedroom pipeline pump 11 in the water supply tank 21 to convey spray water to the spray system according to the water storage amount in the water supply tank 21.
3) The water in the water supply tank 21 is conveyed to the spraying pipeline 17 through the pressure pump (the bedroom pipeline pump 11), the prefabricated part 3 is sprayed and cured through the butterfly-shaped spray head 18, the curing water is discharged into the fixed sediment filter tank 19 from the pedestal drainage ditch 2, solid sediment in the curing water is deposited to the bottom of the tank, the deposited clean water enters the grease purifying tank 20, grease floating on the water surface is discharged into the municipal rainwater well 22 through the grease discharge port 6, and the rest of clean water enters the water supply tank 21 for recycling.
In consideration of not affecting the operation area required by other processes and better recycling water resources when prefabricating concrete members, the spray pipelines 17 are all placed in the drainage ditch 2, and when the prefabricating members are oversized pieces, a spray pipeline can be temporarily placed at the top of the T beam, so that the spray area is ensured. The spraying pipeline 17 of each pedestal is provided with an automatically controlled spraying switch 18, and the automatically controlled spraying switch 18 corresponds to a switch controller 15 in a spraying control system, the switch controller 15 is a time relay switch, the spraying switch 18 is an electromagnetic valve switch, and the automatic spraying maintenance can be implemented by only regulating and controlling the spraying switch 18 of the corresponding pedestal in a pump room. The spray pipes 17 were 1 inch hot melt pipes, and the nozzle spacing was 1 every 1.5 m.
