本发明创造公开了一种新型纸张裁剪装置,包括机架、纸张和裁切机构,所述机架的上方架设有支架,支架的右侧设有导板,导板的左侧设有第一导纸辊,第一导纸辊的左侧设有裁切机构,第一导纸辊与裁切机构之间设有导向块,导向块的上端面为左侧低右侧高的倾斜面;所述裁切机构内设有送纸辊,送纸辊的外侧设有若干个圆柱形套筒,送纸辊的左上方外侧设有切割刀架,切割刀架上设有若干环形切刀片,切刀片之间的间距能够调节,切刀片与圆柱形套筒的一侧相切。本发明创造的结构简单、制作方便成本低,能够随意调节切刀片之间的间距,从而充分利用纸张;设置的吸尘装置能够吸走裁切过程中产生的灰尘,减少粉尘对操作人员身体的危害。

本发明创造涉及印刷领域,具体是一种新型纸张裁剪装置。
背景技术
目前,切纸机在印刷行业普遍使用,主要用于对各种不同规格的纸张进行裁切,使之满足各种不同的使用需求,现有的切纸机大都机构复杂、占用空间大,搬运比较困难;同时切纸机在工作中会产生较多的碎屑、灰尘,长期吸入对人体健康有影响。
发明创造内容
本发明创造的目的在于提供一种结构简单、使用方便且能够除尘的印刷用切纸机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明创造提供如下技术方案:
一种新型纸张裁剪装置,包括机架、纸张和裁切机构,所述机架的上方架设有支架,支架的右侧设有导板,导板的左侧设有第一导纸辊,第一导纸辊的左侧设有裁切机构,第一导纸辊与裁切机构之间设有导向块,导向块的上端面为左侧低右侧高的倾斜面;所述裁切机构内设有送纸辊,送纸辊的外侧设有若干个圆柱形套筒,送纸辊的左上方外侧设有切割刀架,切割刀架上设有若干环形切刀片,切刀片之间的间距能够调节,切刀片与圆柱形套筒的一侧相切;此外,所述裁切机构的上方设有吸尘口,吸尘口的上端固定在支架上,吸尘口连接集尘管,集尘管连接除尘器,在裁切机构的左侧设有第二导纸辊。
作为本发明创造进一步的方案:所述导向块的倾斜面边缘倒圆角处理。
作为本发明创造进一步的方案:所述切割刀架与送纸辊之间设有1-8毫米的间隙。
与现有技术相比,本发明创造的结构简单、制作方便成本低,能够随意调节切刀片之间的间距,从而充分利用纸张;设置的吸尘装置能够吸走裁切过程中产生的灰尘,使工作环境质量提高,减少粉尘对操作人员身体的危害。

请参阅图1-2,一种新型纸张裁剪装置,包括机架1、纸张8和裁切机构,所述机架1的上方架设有支架2,支架2的右侧设有导板5,导板5的左侧设有第一导纸辊6,第一导纸辊6的左侧设有裁切机构,第一导纸辊6与裁切机构之间设有导向块7,导向块7能够将纸张8从第一导纸辊6导向裁切机构,导向块7的上端面为左侧低右侧高的倾斜面,导向块7的倾斜面边缘倒圆角处理;所述裁切机构内设有送纸辊9,送纸辊9的外侧设有若干个圆柱形套筒13,送纸辊9的左上方外侧设有切割刀架10,切割刀架10与送纸辊9之间设有1-8毫米的间隙,间隙能够供纸张8从其中穿过,切割刀架10上设有若干环形切刀片11,切刀片11之间的间距能够调节,切刀片11与圆柱形套筒13的一侧相切;此外,所述裁切机构的上方设有吸尘口4,吸尘口4的上端固定在支架2上,吸尘口4连接集尘管3,集尘管3连接除尘器,除尘器通过吸尘口4能够将切纸时产的灰尘收集,在裁切机构的左侧设有第二导纸辊12;工作中,纸张8从导板5进入第一导纸辊6,然后到达送纸辊9,纸张在裁切机构中被裁切,裁切过程中产生的会从被除尘器收集,裁切后的纸张从第二导纸辊12输出,从而完成裁切工作。

1.一种新型纸张裁剪装置,包括机架(1)、纸张(8)和裁切机构,其特征在于,所述机架(1)的上方架设有支架(2),支架(2)的右侧设有导板(5),导板(5)的左侧设有第一导纸辊(6),第一导纸辊(6)的左侧设有裁切机构,第一导纸辊(6)与裁切机构之间设有导向块(7),导向块(7)的上端面为左侧低右侧高的倾斜面;所述裁切机构内设有送纸辊(9),送纸辊(9)的外侧设有若干个圆柱形套筒(13),送纸辊(9)的左上方外侧设有切割刀架(10),切割刀架(10)上设有若干环形切刀片(11),切刀片(11)之间的间距能够调节,切刀片(11)与圆柱形套筒(13)的一侧相切;此外,所述裁切机构的上方设有吸尘口(4),吸尘口(4)的上端固定在支架(2)上,吸尘口(4)连接集尘管(3),集尘管(3)连接除尘器,在裁切机构的左侧设有第二导纸辊(12)。
