Abstract
本发明公开了一种用树脂砂制型芯的铸造工艺方法,包括以下:1)铁水熔化;2)将型砂送入烘干炉内进行烘干,烘干后放入混砂机内,并将酚基树脂、固化剂同时加入到混砂处理机内进行混合,固化剂由酚基聚异氰酸酯和三乙胺组成,酚基树脂的重量为三乙胺的15~25倍,将混合砂放入铸造模型机内,进行造型制芯工序;3)对经过造型制芯后的型芯进行喷涂处理,涂料主要为水基涂料,后在烘干机内进行烘干处理。本发明的固化剂是由酚基聚异氰酸酯和三乙胺组成,制芯工艺中无需外部加热,在三乙胺的催化作用下树脂砂得以迅速固化,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明属于铸造技术领域,具体涉及一种用树脂砂制型芯的铸造工艺方法。
背景技术
铸造车间造型制芯过程大部分采用呋喃树脂砂工艺,呋喃树脂砂工艺中粘结剂为呋喃树脂,固化剂为对甲苯磺酸,是通过在型砂、砂芯中加入一定量的粘结剂和固化剂并烘干硬化成型的一种造型工艺。但这种工艺需要及时加热,而且固化速度慢。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种用树脂砂制型芯的铸造工艺方法,提高固化速度,提高生产效率。
本发明提供的一种用树脂砂制型芯的铸造工艺方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、铁水熔化,将计量好的原料投入工频感应电炉内,加热使之熔化成铁水;
2)、将型砂送入烘干炉内进行烘干,烘干后放入混砂机内,并将酚基树脂、固化剂同时加入到混砂处理机内进行混合,固化剂由酚基聚异氰酸酯和三乙胺组成,酚基树脂的重量为三乙胺的15~25倍,将混合砂放入铸造模型机内,进行造型制芯工序;
3)、对经过造型制芯后的型芯进行喷涂处理,涂料主要为水基涂料,后在烘干机内进行烘干处理;
4)、将铁水注入铸造型芯内浇注,并进行自然冷却,铸件再经落砂处理后,进行抛丸处理、表面清理及切割焊补工作。
本发明提供的一种用树脂砂制型芯的铸造工艺方法,其有益效果在于,制芯工艺中无需外部加热,树脂砂固化迅速,提高生产效率。

下面结合一个实施例,对本发明提供的一种用树脂砂制型芯的铸造工艺方法进行详细的说明。
实施例
1)、铁水熔化,将计量好的原料投入工频感应电炉内,加热使之熔化成铁水;
2)、将型砂送入烘干炉内进行烘干,烘干后放入混砂机内,并将酚基树脂、 固化剂同时加入到混砂处理机内进行混合,固化剂由酚基聚异氰酸酯和三乙胺组成,酚基树脂的重量为三乙胺的19倍,将混合砂放入铸造模型机内,进行造型制芯工序;
3)、对经过造型制芯后的型芯进行喷涂处理,涂料主要为水基涂料,后在烘干机内进行烘干处理;
4)、将铁水注入铸造型芯内浇注,并进行自然冷却,铸件再经落砂处理后,进行抛丸处理、表面清理及切割焊补工作。

1.一种用树脂砂制型芯的铸造工艺方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)、铁水熔化,将计量好的原料投入工频感应电炉内,加热使之熔化成铁水;
2)、将型砂送入烘干炉内进行烘干,烘干后放入混砂机内,并将酚基树脂、固
化剂同时加入到混砂处理机内进行混合,固化剂由酚基聚异氰酸酯和三乙胺组成,酚基树脂的重量为三乙胺的15~25倍,将混合砂放入铸造模型机内,进行造型制芯工序;
3)、对经过造型制芯后的型芯进行喷涂处理,涂料主要为水基涂料,后在烘干机
内进行烘干处理;
4)、将铁水注入铸造型芯内浇注,并进行自然冷却,铸件再经落砂处理后,进行抛丸处理、表面清理及切割焊补工作。
