Abstract

本发明公开了一种车桥管Φ220管坯双倍尺生产工艺,重新设计穿孔轧辊孔型后,实现了Φ200和Φ220管坯共用,只更换穿孔导板,可满足坯型的转换。本发明可同时满足Φ200和Φ220管坯生产需要,使用Φ220mm管坯可满足Φ178×12×11100车桥管双倍尺生产要求,生产过程中电流并未超过额定值,成品管质量稳定,壁厚极差较小,成材率为93.3%,较Φ200管坯提高7%,机时产量增加94%。

车桥管Φ220管坯双倍尺生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于钢管轧制技术领域,具体来说涉及一种车桥管Φ220管坯双倍尺生产工艺 。
背景技术
车桥管是159TCM连轧管厂主要的品种钢管,采用Φ200mm管坯,受坯料长度的限制(≤4500mm)只能生产单倍尺,无法实现Φ178×12×11100规格双倍尺的生产,造成成材率≤86%,机时产量低,生产成本高等问题。目前连轧钢管厂只能使用Φ200mm管坯,若使用Φ220mm管坯,不仅可提高特钢公司的生产效率,而且可增加部分规格倍尺,提高本厂的机时产量和成材率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的缺点,提供一种车桥管Φ220管坯双倍尺生产工艺 。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种车桥管Φ220管坯双倍尺生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
(1)重新设计穿孔机轧辊孔型,更换穿孔导板和顶头,实现Φ200和Φ220管坯共用;
(2)穿孔机坯料采用Φ220管坯,核实前台受料槽和入口导筒的高度,试轧管坯采用磨损后前台受料槽和入库导筒,磨损量≥8mm;
(3)采用Φ220管坯穿孔,密切注意穿孔电流的变化,通过提高轧制环炉加热温度和降低上下辊穿孔送进角方式降低穿孔电流,待核实后逐步按正常参数生产;
(4)提前核实顶伸量调整机构的实际行程能否调整到位,与现有顶头比较,顶伸量调整向前多调整50~60mm。
所述步骤(1)中穿孔轧辊主要设计参数:入口工作锥角:3.0°,出口工作锥角:3.0°;穿孔导板:导板宽度190mm;顶头参数:直径:172mm,长度365mm,反锥:30mm,顶杆规格:Φ160mm。
所述步骤(2)中前台受料槽和入口导筒磨损10mm,入口导筒直径242mm。
所述步骤(3)中Φ220管坯穿孔轧制环炉温度:加热段 1210~1250℃, 均热段1240~1280℃,穿孔后毛管温度1180~1210℃;上下辊穿孔送进角都为10°。
所述穿孔机轧辊距离194mm,入口开张为225mm,主电机转速:咬钢转速330rpm,轧制转速530rpm,抛钢转速340rpm;导板距216mm,椭圆度1.093,总压下率11.8%,顶伸量90~100mm,顶前压下率7.0%~7.5%。
本发明可同时满足Φ200和Φ220管坯生产需要,使用Φ220mm管坯可满足Φ178×12 ×11100车桥管双倍尺生产要求,生产过程中电流并未超过额定值,成品管质量稳定,壁厚极差较小,成材率为93.3%,较Φ200管坯提高7%,机时产量增加94%。
具体实施方式
一种车桥管Φ220管坯双倍尺生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
(1)重新设计穿孔机轧辊孔型,更换穿孔导板和顶头,实现Φ200和Φ220管坯共用;
(2)穿孔机坯料采用Φ220管坯,核实前台受料槽和入口导筒的高度,试轧管坯采用磨损后前台受料槽和入库导筒,磨损量≥8mm;
(3)采用Φ220管坯穿孔,密切注意穿孔电流的变化,通过提高轧制环炉加热温度和降低上下辊穿孔送进角方式降低穿孔电流,待核实后逐步按正常参数生产;
(4)提前核实顶伸量调整机构的实际行程能否调整到位,与现有顶头比较,顶伸量调整向前多调整50~60mm。

穿孔机轧制Φ200管坯和Φ220管坯时,轧制过程中两种坯型的上下辊电机电流峰值为2600~2700A,正常轧制时在2500A左右,负荷并未增加。159TCM连轧管厂在后续生产过程中,轧制37Mn5、27SiMn、Q345B、20#等材质的Φ220管坯时毛管壁厚可达16.5~25.5mm,穿孔机负荷均未发生明显增加。
表1为Φ178×12成品管头端壁厚测量,从表中可见头端切损400~600mm,尾端切损500mm,头尾端壁厚都在要求范围内,头端极差最大1.2mm,尾端极差最大0.6mm。
轧制后成品管长23.1~23.3m,实际定尺11.1米,切头长度500mm,切尾长度400 ~600mm,计算得成材率93.3%,较Φ200管坯提高7%,机时产量增加94%,较Φ200管坯单倍尺工艺明显提高。

Claims (3)

1.一种车桥管Φ220管坯双倍尺生产工艺,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)重新设计穿孔机轧辊孔型,更换穿孔导板和顶头,实现Φ200和Φ220管坯共用;
(2)穿孔机坯料采用Φ220管坯,核实前台受料槽和入口导筒的高度,试轧管坯采用磨损后前台受料槽和入口导筒,磨损量≥8mm;
(3)采用Φ220管坯穿孔,密切注意穿孔电流的变化,通过提高轧制环炉加热温度和降低上下辊穿孔送进角方式降低穿孔电流,待核实后逐步按正常穿孔电流2500A生产;
(4)提前核实顶伸量调整机构的实际行程能否调整到位,与现有顶头比较,顶伸量调整向前多调整50~60mm;
所述步骤(1)中穿孔轧辊主要设计参数:入口工作锥角:3.0°,出口工作锥角:3.0°,穿孔机轧辊距离194mm,入口开张为225mm;穿孔导板:导板宽度190mm,导板距216mm,椭圆度1.093;顶头参数:直径:172mm,长度365mm,反锥:30mm,顶杆规格:Φ160mm,总压下率11.8%,顶伸量90~100mm,顶前压下率7.0%~7.5%;主电机转速:咬钢转速330rpm,轧制转速530rpm,抛钢转速340rpm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车桥管Φ220管坯双倍尺生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中前台受料槽和入口导筒磨损10mm,入口导筒直径242mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车桥管Φ220管坯双倍尺生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中Φ220管坯穿孔轧制环炉温度:加热段 1210~1250℃, 均热段1240~1280℃,穿孔后毛管温度1180~1210℃;上下辊穿孔送进角都为10°。
