一种经济型脱硫脱销的催化剂组件
技术领域
本发明属于过滤化工污染物尾气的环保设备领域,具体涉及一种同时除硫的SCR脱硝催化剂组件。
背景技术
我国主要大气污染物排放量巨大,2010年二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放总量分别为2267.8万吨、2273.6万吨,位居世界第一,烟粉尘排放量为1446.1万吨,均远超出环境承载能力。重点区域占全国14%的国土面积,集中了全国近48%的人口,产生了71%的经济总量,消费了52%的煤炭,排放了48%的二氧化硫、51%的氮氧化物、42%的烟粉尘和约50%的挥发性有机物,单位面积污染物排放强度是全国平均水平的2.9至.6倍,已严重的大气污染已经成为制约区域社会经济发展的瓶颈。
现有脱硝催化剂只能去除烟气中的氮氧化物,而无法同时去除二氧化硫,为解决上述问题,申请人研发了一种能够同时脱硫的脱硝催化剂组件,能同时净化烟气中的硫基和硝基污染物,保护和净化大气环境。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种经济型脱硫脱销的催化剂组件,能同时净化烟气中的硫基和硝基污染物,保护和净化大气环境。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种经济型脱硫脱销的催化剂组件,其特征在于包括多孔基材、脱硝催化剂液料和脱硫喷淋系统;其中多孔基材和脱硝催化剂液料分别占90%和10%,脱硝催化剂液料浸润在多孔基材表面;其中,所述的多孔基材为开放式通孔结构,其中孔径为1-2mm;
优选的,脱硫喷淋系统包括喷淋架,喷淋架设置在出烟口处,喷淋架通过管路连接储液仓,在储液仓内储放脱硫喷剂。
优选的,脱硝催化剂液料的主要成分及各种成分所占质量分数如下:
氧化铈 30%;
五氧化二钒 61%;
三氧化铝 5%;
氧化铁 3%;
乳酸 1%。
优选的,多孔基材为合成莫来石颗粒或火山石颗粒或粗孔陶粒。
优选的,脱硫喷剂为石灰石水溶液。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明不但能够去除烟气中的氮氧化物,而且还能通过喷淋系统去除烟气中的二氧化硫,起到完全净化烟气的作用,减轻大气污染状况,对环境保护具有积极的意义。

本发明所述的一种经济型脱硫脱销的催化剂组件,包括多孔基材、脱硝催化剂液料和脱硫喷淋系统;其中多孔基材和脱硝催化剂液料分别占90%和10%,脱硝催化剂液料浸润在多孔基材表面。
脱硫喷淋系统包括喷淋架,喷淋架设置在出烟口处,喷淋架通过管路连接储液仓,在储液仓内储放脱硫喷剂。脱硫喷剂为石灰石水溶液。
所述的多孔基材为开放式通孔结构,其中孔径为1-2mm;
其中,脱硝催化剂液料的主要成分及各种成分所占质量分数如下:
氧化铈 30%;
五氧化二钒 61%;
三氧化铝 5%;
氧化铁 3%;
乳酸 1%。
其中,多孔基材为合成莫来石颗粒或火山石颗粒或粗孔陶粒。
本发明不但能够去除烟气中的氮氧化物,而且还能通过喷淋系统去除烟气中的二氧化硫,起到完全净化烟气的作用,减轻大气污染状况,对环境保护具有积极的意义。

1.一种经济型脱硫脱销的催化剂组件,其特征在于包括多孔基材、脱硝催化剂液料和脱硫喷淋系统;其中多孔基材和脱硝催化剂液料分别占90%和10%,脱硝催化剂液料浸润在多孔基材表面;其中,所述的多孔基材为开放式通孔结构,其中孔径为1-2mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种经济型脱硫脱销的催化剂组件,其特征在于脱硫喷淋系统包括喷淋架,喷淋架设置在出烟口处,喷淋架通过管路连接储液仓,在储液仓内储放脱硫喷剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种经济型脱硫脱销的催化剂组件,其特征在于脱硝催化剂液料的主要成分及各种成分所占质量分数如下:
氧化铈 30%;
五氧化二钒 61%;
三氧化铝 5%;
氧化铁 3%;
乳酸 1%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种经济型脱硫脱销的催化剂组件,其特征在于多孔基材为合成莫来石颗粒或火山石颗粒或粗孔陶粒。
