本发明涉及一种液体过滤器的空心圆柱形滤芯。
背景技术
EP 1 307 274 B1提出了一种内燃机润滑油用的液体过滤器,该过滤器的滤壳中有一个空心圆柱形滤芯,待净化的油径向由外向内流过该滤芯。在净化侧的圆柱形内腔中嵌入一根支撑管或中心管,净化了的油轴向从该内腔向下流出。
在内燃机启动时必须尽快供给润滑用的净化油。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,改进这种液体过滤器的空心圆柱形滤芯,使之在过滤器投入运行后立刻提供足够量的净化油。
根据本发明,这个目的是以按本发明的液体过滤器的空心圆柱形滤芯来实现的。各项优选实施例提出了诸多实用的改进。
本发明的滤芯用在液体过滤器例如内燃机的油过滤器中,但原则上这种滤芯亦可例如用于燃油过滤器。
待过滤的流体径向由外向内流过液体过滤器的空心圆柱形滤芯,该滤芯具有一个在轴纵向内延伸的内腔,该内腔表示滤芯的净化侧,净化了的流体从该处轴向流出。该滤芯被嵌入流体过滤器的外壳中呈装配完好的状态,外壳带有流体流入和流出用的进出接口。
在滤芯的内腔中嵌入一根密封管,其外径小于内腔的直径,从而在内腔的侧侧和密封管的外侧之间形成一个缓冲环形室。密封管具有密封流体的管壁,所以缓冲环形室内的流体不可能通过该密封管的管壁流出。更确切地说,只有当缓冲环形室中收集的净化过的流体轴向达到该密封管的流出口时才可能流出,这里的流出口最好是该密封管的端面孔。密封管最好具有一个比滤芯或滤芯内腔短的轴向长度。通过滤芯的径向通流,缓冲室内的流体首先积聚在净化侧,在这种情况下,缓冲室内的液位轴向上升直至达到密封管的流出口为止。一旦缓冲室内净化过的流体液位达到流出口,流体便通过密封管轴向流出。
这种结构的优点是,在一个过滤过程结束后,缓冲室中剩余的净化过的流体在重新投入运行时在很短时间后即可供继续使用。
根据一种有利的结构,在滤芯的内腔中嵌入一根支撑管或中心管,该管具有一个比密封管大的直径并包围着密封管。缓冲环形室位于中心管的内侧和密封管的外侧之间。为了避免净化过的流体从缓冲环形室径向向外回流,该中心管也可在轴向的部分长度具有密封流体的壁,这样,该缓冲环形室不论径向向外通过该中心管还是径向向内通过该密封管都是对流体密封的,并只有当缓冲环形室内的净化过的流体的液位达到密封管的流出口时才有可能流出。中心管和密封管至少在接近相同的轴向长度具有密封流体的管壁,其中,中心管的密封流体的壁可突出于密封管的密封流体的壁。根据另一种实用的结构,密封管和中心管可至少跨越滤芯的一半轴向长度。
密封管特别是通过中心管与滤芯连接,这时,密封管和中心管适宜做成两个不同的部件,它们以适当的方式例如用卡接相互连接。为了使缓冲环形室密封流体,该密封管最好在一个端面的环形端圆盘对面密封在该滤芯上。该端圆盘例如具有一个卡圈,该卡圈界定一个中心空隙并在轴向内延伸,其中在该卡圈和该密封管的伸入该卡圈的圆周面之间布置了一个密封圈。根据另一种有利的结构,该密封圈放入在密封管的圆周面的一个安装槽中,从而构成密封圈的可靠的不移动的底座。密封圈也可布置在与端圆盘整体构成的卡圈内壁的一个适当的安装槽内。

具体实施方式
附图所示的滤芯1呈环形或空心圆柱形,并用于过滤液体例如用作内燃机的油过滤器。纵轴与重力矢量至少接近叠合的竖立的滤芯1具有过滤介质2,待净化的流体径向由外向内流经该滤芯。滤质2围住一个中心圆柱形内腔3,后者在纵向内通过滤芯1延伸并代表净化侧。净化过的流体在内腔3上方轴向流出滤芯1。
在滤芯1中嵌入一根支撑管或中心管4作内腔3的内衬。中心管4围住一根做成隔离部件的密封管5,后者的外径小于中心管4的内径,从而在其间形成一个缓冲环形室6来收集净化过的流体。
密封管5作成隔离部件,它与中心管4连接。连接是用卡紧元件12来完成的,它们与密封管5整体构成卡接片,后者轴向突出于密封管的上缘8。在卡紧元件12的自由端的范围内成型一些锁紧钩,它们通过中心管4的空心圆柱体13锁紧,这样,密封管5在轴向内和圆周方向内都被锁定在中心管4上。空心圆柱体13通过径向肋片14与中心管4的网格形的壁连接。为了把密封管5安装在中心管4上,锁紧钩穿过空心圆柱体13,直至穿出空心圆柱体13的对应端并在该处锁紧。
密封管5具有一个比滤芯1短的轴向长度并从滤芯下端面的端圆盘7延伸到轴向高度的大约四分之三。具有密封流体管壁的密封管5的上端缘8构成流出口,净化过的流体通过该流出口可从内腔3轴向向下流出。
中心管4在轴向的部分长度上也具有密封流体的管壁,它从下端圆盘7一直延伸到密封管5的上端缘8的上方一点儿,而中心管4则通过这段剩余的轴向长被构成带有流动间隙的网格,待净化的流体可通过流动间隙径向流入内腔3。中心管4的密封流体的管壁的上缘9位于密封管5的上缘8上方一点儿。
缓冲环形室6位于中心管4的径向向外的密封流体的管壁和密封管5的径向向内的密封流体的管壁之间,净化过的流体在过滤过程中流入该缓冲环形室。一旦缓冲环形室6中的流体的液位上升到密封管5的上缘8,净化了的流体就可通过上缘8流入密封管5的内部并轴向通过密封管5向下排出。
为了使缓冲环形室6向下实现流体密封,在密封管5的外套和卡圈10之间布置了一个密封圈11,而该卡圈则与下端圆盘7构成一体。卡圈10呈圆柱形并围住密封管5穿过的端圆盘7内的中心流出口。密封管5超出端圆盘7,密封圈11位于安装槽中,此槽在伸出端圆盘7的区段的范围内引入密封管5的圆周面中。

Claims (11)

1.液体过滤器的空心圆柱形滤芯,待过滤的流体可径向从外向内流经该滤芯,其中,净化过的流体通过滤芯(1)的内腔(3)轴向排出,其中,内腔(3)中嵌入一根直径较小的具有密封流体的壁的密封管(5),该密封管与滤芯(1)连接,净化过的流体通过密封管(5)轴向排出,其中,一根中心管(4)插入滤芯(1)的内腔(3),中心管(4)围住密封管(5),其特征在于,中心管(4)在一轴向部分长度内具有密封流体的壁,所述密封流体的壁从下端圆盘一直延伸到密封管的上端缘的上方一点儿,并且密封管具有密封流体的壁,从而在中心管(4)的内侧和密封管(5)的外侧之间形成一个用于净化过的流体的缓冲环形室(6),所述缓冲环形室不仅径向向外通过该中心管(4)还是径向向内通过该密封管(5)都是对流体密封的,其中,通过滤芯的径向通流,缓冲室内的流体可积聚在滤芯的净化侧,并且其中,缓冲室内的液位轴向上升直至达到密封管的流出口为止。

3.按权利要求1或2的滤芯,其特征为,密封管(5)的密封流体的壁和中心管(4)的密封流体的壁具有至少接近相等的轴向长度。
4.按权利要求1或2的滤芯,其特征为,密封管(5)的密封流体的壁和中心管(4)的密封流体的壁至少延伸滤芯(1)的一半轴向长度。
5.按权利要求1或2的滤芯,其特征为,在滤芯(1)的一个端面上布置了一个环形的端圆盘(7),并且密封管(5)相对于所述端圆盘(7)是密封的。
6.按权利要求5的滤芯,其特征为,在密封管(5)的圆周面和端圆盘(7)的一个界定中心空隙的卡圈(10)之间布置了一个密封圈(11)。
7.按权利要求6的滤芯,其特征为,密封圈(11)放入一个安装槽中,该槽引入密封管(5)的圆周面中。
8.按权利要求1的滤芯,其特征为,所述液体过滤器是内燃机的油过滤器。
9.按权利要求2的滤芯,其特征为,密封管(5)与中心管(4)卡接。
