技术领域
本发明涉及烷氧基化多芳基苯酚与脂质酯酶在洗涤剂制剂中的用途。
背景技术
脂质酯酶(lipid esterase)是水解脂质中的酯键的酶。它们可以由大量的活细胞例如细菌、酵母和真菌产生。在洗衣的情况下,清洁性脂质酯酶是众所周知的,其增强对织物的清洁。清洁性脂质酯酶的实例包括第一洗涤脂肪酶(first wash lipase)。
脂质酯酶在Jan H.Van Ee,Onno Misset和Erik J.Baas编辑的Enzymes inDetergency(1997Marcel Dekker,New York)中论述。

发明内容
我们已经发现脂质酯酶与烷氧基化多芳基苯酚的组合给出增强的清洁。
在一个方面,本发明提供洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
(i)0.5至20重量%,优选2至14重量%,最优选3至9重量%的具有平均5至70个烷氧基的烷氧基化多芳基苯酚;
(ii)4至50重量%的除所述烷氧基化多芳基苯酚以外的阴离子表面活性剂,优选地阴离子表面活性剂的水平为6至30重量%,更优选8至20重量%;和

烷氧基化多芳基苯酚分散剂
烷氧基化多芳基苯酚分散剂是芳基与其共价连接的苯酚,并且该分子优选被乙氧基烷氧基化。烷氧基化多芳基苯酚可以带电荷或不带电荷,优选带负电荷或不带电荷,最优选不带电荷(中性的)。
优选地,烷氧基化多芳基苯酚是烷氧基化三苯乙烯基苯酚。
烷氧基化多芳基苯酚含有平均5至70个烷氧基,优选10至30个烷氧基。优选地,烷氧基化是乙氧基化。

脂质酯酶
清洁性脂质酯酶在Jan H.Van Ee,Onno Misset和Erik J.Baas编辑的Enzymes inDetergency(1997Marcel Dekker,New York)中论述。
清洁性脂质酯酶优选在7至11范围内的碱性pH下具有活性,最优选它们在8至10.5的pH范围内具有最大活性。
脂质酯酶选自E.C.类别3.1或3.2或其组合的脂肪酶。
清洁性脂质酯酶选自:
(1)三酰基甘油脂肪酶(E.C.3.1.1.3),
(2)羧酸酯水解酶(E.C.3.1.1.1),
(3)角质酶(E.C.3.1.1.74),
(4)甾醇酯酶(E.C.3.1.1.13),

适合的三酰基甘油脂肪酶可以选自绵毛状腐质霉(Humicola lanuginosa)(疏棉状嗜热丝孢菌(Thermomyces lanuginosus)脂肪酶的变体。其它适合的三酰基甘油脂肪酶可以选自假单胞菌脂肪酶的变体,例如来自产碱假单胞菌(P.alcaligenes)或假产碱假单胞菌(P.pseudoalcaligenes)(EP218272)、洋葱假单胞菌(P.cepacia)(EP331376)、施氏假单胞菌(P.stutzeri)(GB1,372,034)、荧光假单胞菌(P.fluorescens)、假单胞菌菌株SD705(WO95/06720和WO96/27002)、威州假单胞菌(P.wisconsinensis)(WO96/12012);芽孢杆菌脂肪酶的变体,例如来自枯草芽孢杆菌(B.subtilis)(Dartois等(1993),Biochemica etBiophysica Acta,1131,253-360)、嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌(B.stearothermophilus)(JP64/744992)或短小芽孢杆菌(B.pumilus)(WO91/16422)。
适合的羧酸酯水解酶可以选自对唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德菌(B.gladioli),荧光假单胞菌,恶臭假单胞菌,酸热芽孢杆菌(B.acidocaldarius),枯草芽孢杆菌,嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌,金羊毛链霉菌(Streptomyces chrysomallus),淀粉酶产色链霉菌(S.diastatochromogenes)和酿酒酵母为内源性的羧酸酯水解酶的野生型或变体。

在一个优选实施方式中,角质酶选自WO2003/076580(Genencor)中描述的门多萨假单胞菌角质酶的变体,例如具有I178M、F180V和S205G的三个置换的变体。
在另一个优选实施方式中,角质酶是H.Kontkanen等,App.Environ.Microbiology,2009,第2148-2157页描述的灰盖鬼伞内源性的六种角质酶的野生型或变体。
在另一个优选实施方式中,角质酶是WO2009007510(VTT)中描述的里氏木霉内源性的两种角质酶的野生型或变体。
在最优选的实施方式中,角质酶源生自特异腐质霉的菌株,特别是特异腐质霉菌株DSM 1800。特异腐质霉角质酶在WO96/13580中描述,其通过引用并入本文。角质酶可以是变体,例如WO00/34450和WO01/92502中公开的变体之一。优选的角质酶变体包括WO01/92502的实施例2中列出的变体。优选的商业角质酶包括Novozym 51032(可获自Novozymes,Bagsvaerd,丹麦)。

适合的蜡-酯水解酶可以源自加州希蒙得木(Simmondsia chinensis)。
脂质酯酶最优选选自三酰基甘油脂肪酶(E.C.3.1.1.3)。

表面活性剂
洗衣组合物包含阴离子带电表面活性剂(其包括阴离子带电表面活性剂的混合物)。
优选地,非离子表面活性剂/阴离子表面活性剂的重量分数为0至0.3,优选0至0.1。
可以使用的适合的阴离子洗涤剂化合物通常是具有含约8至约22个碳原子的烷基的有机硫酸和磺酸的水溶性碱金属盐,术语烷基用于包括较高级烷基基团的烷基部分。
适合的合成阴离子洗涤剂化合物的实例是烷基硫酸钠和烷基硫酸钾,特别是通过使例如由牛油或椰油制得的较高级C8至C18醇硫酸化而获得的那些;烷基C9至C20苯磺酸钠和钾,特别是直链仲烷基C10至C15苯磺酸钠;以及烷基甘油醚硫酸钠,特别是衍生自牛油或椰油的较高级醇和衍生自石油的合成醇的那些醚。
阴离子表面活性剂优选选自:直链烷基苯磺酸盐;烷基硫酸盐;烷基醚硫酸盐;皂;烷基(优选甲基)酯磺酸盐及其混合物。
最优选的阴离子表面活性剂选自:直链烷基苯磺酸盐;烷基硫酸盐;烷基醚硫酸盐及其混合物。优选地,烷基醚硫酸盐是具有平均1至3个EO(乙氧基)单元的C12-C14正烷基醚硫酸盐。月桂基醚硫酸钠(SLES)是特别优选的。优选地,直链烷基苯磺酸盐是C11至C15烷基苯磺酸钠。优选地,烷基硫酸盐是直链或支链C12至C18烷基硫酸钠。十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS,也称为伯烷基硫酸盐)是特别优选的。
在液体制剂中,优选地存在两种或更多种阴离子表面活性剂,例如直链烷基苯磺酸盐与烷基醚硫酸盐一起。
可以使用的适合的非离子洗涤剂化合物包括,特别地,具有脂肪族疏水基团和反应性氢原子的化合物(例如脂族醇、酸或酰胺)与尤其是环氧乙烷(单独地或与环氧丙烷一起)的反应产物。具体的非离子洗涤剂化合物是脂肪族C8至C18直链或支链伯或仲醇与环氧乙烷的缩合产物。
优选地,烷基乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂是具有7EO至9EO单元的平均乙氧基化的C8至C18伯醇。

还可应用的是例如EP-A-328177(Unilever)中描述的那些的表面活性剂(其显示对盐析的抗性),EP-A-070074中描述的烷基多糖苷表面活性剂,以及烷基单糖苷。
然而,基于阴离子或阴离子/非离子表面活性剂的洗涤剂组合物是更优选的实施方式。
助洗剂或络合剂
助洗剂材料可以选自1)钙螯合剂材料,2)沉淀材料,3)钙离子交换材料及4)其混合物。
钙螯合剂助洗剂材料的实例包括碱金属多磷酸盐,例如三聚磷酸钠,和有机螯合剂,例如乙二胺四乙酸。
沉淀助洗剂材料的实例包括正磷酸钠和碳酸钠。
钙离子交换助洗剂材料的实例包括各种类型的水不溶性晶体或无定形铝硅酸盐,其中沸石是众所周知的代表,例如沸石A、沸石B(也称为沸石P)、沸石C、沸石X、沸石Y以及如EP-A-0,384,070中所述的P型沸石。
组合物还可以含有0-65%的助洗剂或络合剂,例如乙二胺四乙酸、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸、烷基或烯基琥珀酸、次氮基三乙酸或下文提及的其他助洗剂。许多助洗剂借助其络合金属离子的能力同样是漂白稳定剂。
沸石和碳酸盐(碳酸盐(包括碳酸氢盐和倍半碳酸盐))是优选的助洗剂,碳酸盐是特别优选的。
组合物可以含有作为助洗剂的晶体铝硅酸盐,优选碱金属铝硅酸盐,更优选铝硅酸钠。这通常是以小于15重量%的水平存在。铝硅酸盐是具有以下通式的材料:
0.8-1.5M2O.Al2O3.0.8-6SiO2
其中M是一价阳离子,优选为钠。这些材料含有一些结合水并且需要具有至少50mgCaO/g的钙离子交换能力。优选的铝硅酸钠在上式中含有1.5-3.5个SiO2单元。它们可以通过硅酸钠与铝酸钠之间的反应而容易地制备,如文献中充分描述的。表面活性剂与铝硅酸盐(当存在时)的比率优选大于5:2,更优选大于3:1。
可选地或在铝硅酸盐助洗剂之外,可以使用磷酸盐助洗剂。在本领域中,术语“磷酸盐”包括二磷酸盐、三磷酸盐和膦酸盐物质。其他形式的助洗剂包括硅酸盐,例如可溶性硅酸盐、偏硅酸盐、层状硅酸盐(例如来自Hoechst的SKS-6)。
最优选地,洗衣洗涤剂制剂是非磷酸盐协助的粉末洗衣洗涤剂制剂,即含有小于1重量%的磷酸盐。优选地,粉末洗衣洗涤剂制剂主要是碳酸盐协助的。粉末在使用中应优选给出9.5-11的pH。优选地,粉末洗衣洗涤剂具有大于存在的总阴离子表面活性剂的80重量%的水平的直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂。
在水性液体洗衣洗涤剂中,优选的是单丙二醇以1至30重量%,最优选2至18重量%的水平存在,以对制剂提供适宜的、可倾倒的粘度。
荧光剂
组合物优选包含荧光剂(光亮剂)。荧光剂是众所周知的,并且许多这样的荧光剂是可商购的。通常,这些荧光剂以其碱金属盐,例如钠盐的形式提供和使用。
组合物中使用的一种或多种荧光剂的总量通常为0.0001至0.5重量%,优选0.005至2重量%,更优选0.01至0.1重量%。
荧光剂的优选类别是:二苯乙烯基联苯化合物,如Tinopal(商标)CBS-X,二胺芪二磺酸化合物,如Tinopal DMS pure Xtra和Blankophor(商标)HRH,以及吡唑啉化合物,如Blankophor SN。
优选的荧光剂是CAS-No 3426-43-5;CAS-No 35632-99-6;CAS-No 24565-13-7;CAS-No 12224-16-7;CAS-No 13863-31-5;CAS-No 4193-55-9;CAS-No 16090-02-1;CAS-No133-66-4;CAS-No 68444-86-0;CAS-No 27344-41-8的荧光剂。
最优选的荧光剂是:2-(4-苯乙烯基-3-磺基苯基)-2H-萘并(napthol)[1,2-d]三唑钠、4,4'-双{[(4-苯胺基-6-(N-甲基-N-2-羟基乙基)氨基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)]氨基}芪-2-2'-二磺酸二钠、4,4'-双{[(4-苯胺基-6-吗啉基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)]氨基}芪-2-2'-二磺酸二钠以及4,4'-双(2-磺基苯乙烯基)联苯二钠。
方法中使用的水性溶液具有荧光剂存在。荧光剂存在于方法中使用的水性溶液中,优选以0.0001g/L至0.1g/L,更优选0.001至0.02g/L的范围存在。
制剂清洁、增白和增亮织物。
香料
组合物优选包含香料。在由CFTA Publications出版的CTFA(Cosmetic,Toiletryand Fragrance Association)1992International Buyers Guide和由SchnellPublishing Co.出版的OPD 1993Chemicals Buyers Directory 80th Annual Edition中提供了香料的许多适合实例。

香料头香可用于提示本发明的白度和亮度益处。

本发明可以应用的另一组香料是所谓的“芳香疗法”材料。这些包括也用于香水中的许多组分,包括精油(如鼠尾草、桉树、天竺葵、薰衣草、肉豆蔻干皮(Mace)提取物、橙花油、肉豆蔻、留兰香、甜紫罗兰叶和缬草)的组分。
优选的是洗衣处理组合物不含过氧漂白剂,例如过碳酸钠,过硼酸钠和过酸。
聚合物
组合物可包含一种或多种另外的聚合物。实例为羧甲基纤维素、聚(乙二醇)、聚(乙烯醇)、聚羧酸酯如聚丙烯酸酯、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物和甲基丙烯酸月桂酯/丙烯酸共聚物。
在烷基足够长以形成支链或环状链的情况下,烷基包括支链、环状和直链烷基链。烷基优选是直链或支链的,最优选是直链的。
除非另有规定,否则本文所用不定冠词“一个/种(‘a’或‘an’)”及其相应的定冠词“所述/该(the)”是指至少一个/种,或一个/种或多个/种。
除非另有说明,否则染料重量是指钠盐或氯化物盐。
实验实施例
制备具有以下配方的粉末洗衣洗涤剂:
该制剂用于在设定为200rpm的洗涤测试仪(Tergotometer)中洗涤8个5×5cm的EMPA 117污渍监测物(聚酯棉上的血液/牛奶/油墨污渍)。用1.5g/L制剂在35℃下在800ml26°法国硬度水中进行60分钟洗涤。为了模拟油性污垢,将7.4g的SBL2004污垢条(来自Warwick Equest)加入洗涤液。
一旦洗涤已经完成,将棉监测物在400ml清水中漂洗一次,取出干燥,在反射计上测量颜色并表示为CIE L*a*b*值。污渍去除被计算为ΔL*值。
ΔL*=L*(处理)-L*(没有酶或烷氧基化多芳基苯酚的对照)
更高的ΔL*值等于更好的清洁。
测试了等同但加入13.3重量%烷氧基化多芳基苯酚(其是聚乙二醇单(2,4,6-三(1-苯基乙基)苯基)醚(CAS-No:70559-25-0),具有平均10、16和54个环氧乙烷基团)的制剂。
还从8个监测物的测量值的标准偏差计算以给出95%置信限。
将脂肪酶与具有10、15和54EO的烷氧基化多芳基苯酚的组合包含到制剂中与参比对照值相比增加了污渍去除,如通过更高的ΔL*值所看到的。脂肪酶与具有10EO和16EO的烷氧基化多芳基苯酚的组合给出比从单一组分的效果的组合预期的更大的污渍去除增加。对于10EO/脂肪酶,预期ΔL*值为0.73+3.45=4.18,而获得7.15。对于16EO/脂肪酶,预期值为0.29+3.45=3.74,而获得8.25。
