Abstract
The invention discloses a lamp panel which comprises a coiled flexible lamp panel main body, wherein spiral tool marks are arranged on the flexible lamp panel main body so that the flexible lamp panel main body can be separated into a continuous LED flexible lamp panel, and therefore the separation efficiency of the lamp panel is improved; and a dividing plate winding machine applying the above lamp plate, the dividing plate winding machine comprising: the machine frame is rotatably provided with a roller; the first driver is arranged on the frame and used for driving the roller to rotate; the translation guide mechanism is movably arranged on the frame, is positioned at the rear of the rolling direction of the roller, can reciprocate left and right relative to the roller and is used for guiding the LED flexible lamp panel to move towards the roller; the second driver is arranged on the frame and used for driving the translation guide mechanism to reciprocate left and right; the LED flexible lamp panel can be uniformly wound on the surface of the roller, and the winding efficiency of the automatic equipment is high, and the damage to the electronic element caused by the fact that the lamp panel is easy to bend during manual winding is prevented.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of manufacturing of LED lamp strips, in particular to a lamp panel and a split plate winding machine using the lamp panel.
Background
Referring to fig. 4, when an LED flexible light panel is manufactured, a circuit is generally manufactured on a rectangular light panel, and then a plurality of cuts are machined on the rectangular light panel at equal intervals in the width direction to form a plurality of LED flexible light panels 21, in order to realize continuous production, conventionally, the plurality of LED flexible light panels 21 are manually separated one by one, then the plurality of LED flexible light panels 21 are welded into a continuous LED flexible light panel, and then the continuous LED flexible light panel is manually wound on a roller, so that the efficiency of separating the boards is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a lamp panel capable of improving the production efficiency of the lamp panel, and a split plate winding machine using the lamp panel, wherein the split plate winding machine can realize split plate and winding functions, and winding is uniform, and damage to electronic components caused by bending of the lamp panel can be prevented.

The split plate winding machine further comprises a machine base, wherein the machine base is hinged to the machine base, and a third driver for driving the machine base to swing up and down is arranged on the machine base.
The translation guiding mechanism comprises a sliding seat which is arranged on the frame in a sliding manner, more than two auxiliary rollers are rotatably arranged on the sliding seat, and grooves which are matched with the width of the LED flexible lamp panel in order to allow the LED flexible lamp panel to pass through are formed in the surfaces of the auxiliary rollers.
The sliding seat is hinged with a double-rocker mechanism, the double-rocker mechanism comprises a first rocker, a second rocker and a connecting rod, the first rocker and the second rocker are hinged to the sliding seat, the connecting rod is used for connecting the first rocker and the second rocker, each auxiliary roller is rotatably arranged on the connecting rod at intervals to form a track line for guiding the LED flexible lamp panel, the sliding seat is provided with an arc-shaped groove, and a bolt penetrates through the arc-shaped groove and is fixedly connected with the first rocker or the second rocker to adjust the movement track of the LED flexible lamp panel.
The machine frame is provided with a first propping column which is propped against one end of a rotating shaft of the roller, the machine frame is movably provided with a second propping column which is propped against the other end of the rotating shaft of the roller, and the second propping column is connected with a propping device which is used for driving the second propping column to prop against the rotating shaft of the roller.
The split plate winding machine also comprises a hot air dehumidifying device which is arranged on the frame, and the hot air exhausting direction of the hot air dehumidifying device faces to the circumferential surface of the roller.
The frame is provided with a static eliminator positioned on one side of the LED flexible lamp panel on the translation guide mechanism.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the lamp panel comprises a coiled flexible lamp panel main body, wherein spiral tool marks are arranged on the flexible lamp panel main body so that the flexible lamp panel main body can be separated into a continuous LED flexible lamp panel, and therefore the separation efficiency of the lamp panel is improved; and a divide board rolling machine of lamp plate more than using, this divide board rolling machine drive translation guiding mechanism left and right reciprocating motion when driving the cylinder rolling for LED flexible lamp plate can evenly roll in the surface of cylinder, and through the efficient of automation equipment rolling, prevent easy bending lamp plate and cause electronic component's damage when artifical rolling.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and the detailed description, but it should be understood that the description of the embodiments below is illustrative and not limiting in any way.
Referring to fig. 5, a lamp panel includes a roll-shaped flexible lamp panel body 20, and a spiral-shaped cutter mark is provided on the flexible lamp panel body 20 so that the flexible lamp panel body 20 can be separated into a continuous LED flexible lamp panel.
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the flexible light panel main body 20 is formed by connecting a rectangular light panel in a staggered manner end to end, a plurality of LED flexible light panels 21 are connected to the rectangular light panel side by side through tool marks, and two adjacent LED flexible light panels 21 on the flexible light panel main body 20 are connected end to form a continuous LED flexible light panel. In other embodiments, the flexible light panel body 20 may also be formed with spiral cuts directly in the coiled sheet to form a continuous LED flexible light panel.
Referring to fig. 1to 3, a separator-winder to which the above-described lamp panel is applied includes: the device comprises a frame 1, wherein a roller 2 is rotatably arranged on the frame 1; a first driver 3, which is arranged on the frame 1 and is used for driving the roller 2 to rotate; the translation guide mechanism 4 is movably arranged on the frame 1 and positioned at the rear of the rolling direction of the roller 2, can reciprocate left and right relative to the roller 2, and is used for guiding the LED flexible lamp panel to move towards the roller 2; a second driver 5, which is disposed on the frame 1 and is used for driving the translation guiding mechanism 4 to reciprocate left and right. The translation guiding mechanism 4 includes a sliding seat 41 slidably disposed on the frame 1, more than two auxiliary rollers 42 are rotatably disposed on the sliding seat 41, and grooves adapted to the width of the LED flexible light board to allow the LED flexible light board to pass through are disposed on the surface of the auxiliary rollers 42. In the present embodiment, the first driver 3 includes a first motor and a reduction gear set linked with the first motor, the reduction gear set being connected with the rotation shaft of the drum 2; the second driver 5 includes a second motor and a screw rod linked with the second motor, a nut matched with the screw rod is fixedly arranged on the sliding seat 41, and the screw rod is driven to rotate forward or backward by the second motor so as to drive the sliding seat 41 to reciprocate left and right. In other embodiments, the first driver 3 may also be a rotary cylinder, and the second driver 5 may also be a cylinder, and the cylinder directly drives the sliding seat 41 to reciprocate left and right.
When the plate separating and winding machine works, firstly, one free end of the continuous LED flexible lamp plate is separated and wound and fixed on the surface of the roller 2, and the other free end of the continuous LED flexible lamp plate is fixed on the unreeling device, and when the plate separating and winding machine works, plate separating and winding treatment can be simultaneously carried out, so that the production efficiency is improved.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sliding seat 41 is hinged with a double-rocker mechanism, the double-rocker mechanism includes a first rocker 81 and a second rocker 82 hinged on the sliding seat 41, and a connecting rod 83 for connecting the first rocker 81 and the second rocker 82, each auxiliary roller 42 is rotatably disposed on the connecting rod 83 at intervals to form a track line for guiding the LED flexible light board, in this embodiment, three auxiliary rollers 42 are provided, the LED flexible light board sequentially passes through the grooves of the three auxiliary rollers 42 to form an arc line bending towards the roller 2, which is conducive to smooth transition in the rolling process of the LED flexible light board, an arc slot 411 is formed on the sliding seat 41, and a bolt 43 passes through the arc slot 411 to be connected and fixed with the first rocker 81 or the second rocker 82 to adjust the movement track of the LED flexible light board.
The machine frame 1 is provided with a first jacking column 12 which is abutted against one end of the rotating shaft of the roller 2, the machine frame 1 is movably provided with a second jacking column 13 which is abutted against the other end of the rotating shaft of the roller 2 and can rotate relative to the rotating shaft of the roller 2, and the second jacking column 13 is connected with a jacking device 9 which is used for driving the second jacking column to jack the second jacking column tightly on the rotating shaft of the roller 2. In this embodiment, the tightening device 9 is a screw-nut mechanism, and the screw is rotated to drive the nut to tighten the second tightening post 13, and in other embodiments, the tightening device 9 may be an air cylinder. Further, the split plate winding machine further comprises a machine base 6, the machine frame 1 is hinged to the machine base 6, and a third driver 7 for driving the machine frame 1 to swing up and down is arranged on the machine base 6. The user can adjust the height of cylinder 2 for ground according to the thickness of the flexible lamp plate of LED of rolling as required to make the uninstallation and the installation of cylinder more convenient.
Preferably, the split plate winding machine further comprises a hot air dehumidifying device 10 arranged on the frame 1, wherein the hot air exhausting direction of the hot air dehumidifying device faces to the circumferential surface of the roller 2, so that moisture on the surface of the LED flexible lamp strip can be dried.
The frame 1 is provided with a static eliminator 11 positioned on one side of the LED flexible lamp panel on the translation guide mechanism 4, and the static eliminator 11 can remove static on the lamp panel before winding, so that short circuit of a circuit on the lamp panel caused by accumulation of static is prevented.
The split plate winding machine can be used as a common winding machine, is not limited to winding the lamp panel shown in fig. 4, and can also be used for winding core wires or lamp strip finished products and the like.
