the cylinder 5 drives the bracket 2 to move up and down so as to match wood with different thicknesses, so that the driving wheel 3 is abutted against the upper side of the wood board;
the adjusting mechanism comprises a rotary table 6 which is rotatably arranged on the workbench 1, a second motor 7 and a second air cylinder 8 which are used for driving the rotary table 6 to rotate, a groove which is matched with the rotary table 6 is formed in the workbench 1, the second motor 7 is arranged below the workbench 1 through a supporting plate, the second air cylinder 8 is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the workbench 1, the extending end of the second air cylinder 8 is connected with the supporting plate, and the second air cylinder 8 can push the second motor 7 and the rotary table 6 to synchronously move up and down;
the worktable 1 is also provided with a fixed block 9 for clamping a wood board, the bottom side of the fixed block 9 is fixedly connected with a sliding block 10, and the worktable 1 is provided with a sliding chute 11 matched with the sliding block 10;
a clamping groove 12 is formed in one side of the fixing block 9, an upper pressing block 13 and a lower pressing block 14 are arranged in the clamping groove 12, an adjusting rod 18 is rotatably arranged on the fixing block 9, two sections of external threads with different thread directions are arranged on the adjusting rod 18, the upper pressing block 13 and the lower pressing block 14 are respectively in threaded connection with two sections of different thread parts of the adjusting rod 10, and when the adjusting rod 18 is rotated, the upper pressing block 13 and the lower pressing block 14 simultaneously clamp a wood board inwards or simultaneously loosen the wood board outwards;
oblique cutting angles are often cut in the wood board processing process, oblique cutting is easy to happen when the wood board is pushed manually, the required oblique angle can be rotated through the adjusting mechanism, the oblique edge to be cut is parallel to the cutting blade 15, then the wood board is moved to enable the oblique edge and the cutting blade 15 to be located on the same plane, then the wood board is clamped through the fixing block 9, and the fixing block 9 can only move along the direction of the workbench 1, so that the wood board is guaranteed to move along the direction of the oblique edge to be cut, and oblique cutting is avoided;
the cutting mechanism comprises a cutting blade 15 and a third motor 16 for rotating the cutting blade 15.
The working surface of the workbench 1 is provided with two groups of rollers 17, the two groups of rollers 17 are respectively positioned at two sides of the cutting blade 15, the workbench 1 is provided with a rotating groove matched with the rollers 17, and the rollers 17 are rotatably arranged in the rotating groove;
before the fixed block 9 is used for clamping the wood board, the rotary table 6 is lowered through the second air cylinder 8, so that the upper surface of the rotary table 6 is lower than the highest point of the roller 17, namely the wood board is in contact with the roller 17 and changes sliding into rolling, and the wood board is more conveniently driven to move by the driving wheel 3;
the upper surface of the rotary table 6 is provided with anti-skid stripes, so that the anti-skid effect is improved, and the wood plate is conveniently driven to rotate.
The working principle is as follows: during cutting, start cutting device, place the plank on workstation 1, start second motor 7, second motor 7 drives carousel 6 and rotates the position of adjusting the plank, adjust to required position after, start second cylinder 8 and descend carousel 6, make plank and gyro wheel 17 contact, remove the position of fixed block 9 after that, make partly in draw-in groove 12 of plank, twist and move regulation pole 18, make briquetting 14 and last briquetting 13 fix the plank down, restart first cylinder 5 and fall drive wheel 3, drive wheel 3 presses on the plank, start first motor 4 after that, first motor 4 drives drive wheel 3 and rotates, thereby drive the plank and move toward rotating cutting blade 15, until accomplishing the cutting.
