Abstract
本发明公开了一种特殊的交警站岗棚,包括站台、顶板和挡棚,站台的四周均匀嵌接有若干灯条,站台底部的四角均开设有开槽,开槽内部的顶端固定安装有电动推杆,电动推杆的底部安装有轮子,站台内部的中心处开设有蓄电池槽,蓄电池槽内部设有蓄电池,站台顶端的一侧与伸缩杆的底端固定连接,伸缩杆的顶端固定设有顶板。本发明设有的挡棚可以遮阳挡雨,挡棚顶部设有的抽风机通过与过滤框的配合,可以将空气中的尾气等有害物质进行过滤,再吹向交警,减少了尾气吸入的伤害;灯管的设计,可以在光线条件较差时,对交警进行照射,使得车辆驾驶员可以清晰观察到交警的指令动作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种站岗棚,具体为一种特殊的交警站岗棚。
背景技术
交警在执勤中常常会遇到恶劣的天气,比如暴雨或者艳阳,所以就需要借助站岗棚来减少恶劣天气对身体的影响,传统的站岗棚仅仅能够遮阳和挡雨,在光线条件较差时,交警如果站在棚子下,就会导致驾驶员看不清交警的指令动作导致犯规,并且交警通常是在马路上工作,长期吸入尾气不仅会感到不适也会给身体带来严重的影响;传统的站岗棚移动比较困难,在车况较为复杂的路段使用就比较麻烦,因此我们对此做出改进,提出一种特殊的交警站岗棚。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的站岗棚功能单一、难以移动和易影响交警作出指令的缺陷,本发明提供一种特殊的交警站岗棚。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:一种特殊的交警站岗棚,包括站台、顶板和挡棚,所述站台的四周均匀嵌接有若干灯条,所述站台底部的四角均开设有开槽,所述开槽内部的顶端固定安装有电动推杆,所述电动推杆的底部安装有轮子,所述站台内部的中心处开设有蓄电池槽,所述蓄电池槽内部设有蓄电池,所述站台顶端的一侧与伸缩杆的底端固定连接,所述伸缩杆的顶端固定设有顶板,所述顶板顶端的中心处安装有抽风机,所述抽风机的出风口与三通管的一个端口连接,所述三通管的另外两个端口分别通过风管与过滤框的顶部连接,所述顶板底端的一侧安装有灯盒,所述灯盒的内部安装有灯管,所述顶板的边侧固定设有挡棚,所述挡棚的内壁上对称安装有两个加热管,所述挡棚的外壁上安装有软性太阳能板,所述软性太阳能板与蓄电池电性连接,所述伸缩杆顶部的一侧安装有开关面板,所述开关面板上设有抽风机开关、灯管开关、加热管开关、电动推杆开关和灯条开关,所述抽风机通过抽风机开关、灯管通过灯管开关、加热管通过加热管开关、电动推杆通过电动推杆开关和灯条通过灯条开关均与蓄电池电性连接。
其中,两个所述过滤框对称卡合在顶板底端的另一侧,两个所述风管的一端分别贯穿顶板与两个过滤框的顶部连接,所述过滤框的内部填充有活性炭包。
其中,所述蓄电池槽的底端铰接有维修门。
其中,所述电动推杆的底部安装有轮子。
优选的,所述挡棚为高温布材质制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明设有的挡棚可以遮阳挡雨,挡棚顶部设有的抽风机通过与过滤框的配合,可以将空气中的尾气等有害物质进行过滤,再吹向交警,减少了尾气吸入的伤害;灯管的设计,可以在光线条件较差时,对交警进行照射,使得车辆驾驶员可以清晰观察到交警的指令动作;设有的加热管可以在冬季温度较低时,提高站岗棚附近的温度,让交警执勤时更加舒适;电动推杆和轮子的配合,可以方便站岗棚的移动;站台四周嵌接的灯条,可以在夜间提示驾驶员注意站台的位置,避免发生危险;软性太阳能板和蓄电池的配合设计,实现了节能环保。

如图1-3所示,一种特殊的交警站岗棚,包括站台1、顶板4和挡棚5,站台1的四周均匀嵌接有若干灯条2,站台1底部的四角均开设有开槽11,开槽11内部的顶端固定安装有电动推杆12,电动推杆12的底部安装有轮子13,站台1内部的中心处开设有蓄电池槽,蓄电池槽内部设有蓄电池10,站台1顶端的一侧与伸缩杆3的底端固定连接,伸缩杆3的顶端固定设有顶板4,顶板4顶端的中心处安装有抽风机7,抽风机7的出风口与三通管8的一个端口连接,三通管8的另外两个端口分别通过风管9与过滤框14的顶部连接,顶板4底端的一侧安装有灯盒18,灯盒18的内部安装有灯管17,顶板4的边侧固定设有挡棚5,挡棚5的内壁上对称安装有两个加热管15,挡棚5的外壁上安装有软性太阳能板6,软性太阳能板6与蓄电池10电性连接,伸缩杆3顶部的一侧安装有开关面板16,开关面板16上设有抽风机开关、灯管开关、加热管开关、电动推杆开关和灯条开关,抽风机7通过抽风机开关、灯管17通过灯管开关、加热管15通过加热管开关、电动推杆12通过电动推杆开关和灯条2通过灯条开关均与蓄电池10电性连接。
两个过滤框14对称卡合在顶板4底端的另一侧,两个风管9的一端分别贯穿顶板4与两个过滤框14的顶部连接,过滤框14的内部填充有活性炭包,可以对抽风机7抽入的空气进行过滤,减少尾气中害物质对交警身体的伤害。
所述蓄电池槽的底端铰接有维修门,方便蓄电池10的更换和维修。
所述电动推杆12的底部安装有轮子13,方便站岗棚的移动。
本实施例中,挡棚5为高温布材质制成,避免加热管15产生的高温导致挡棚5起火。
本发明为一种特殊的交警站岗棚,具体操作时,交警可以根据身高的不同,调节伸缩杆3上的调节螺母,将顶板4的高度调节到合适的高度,然后交警可以站在站台1上执勤,挡棚5可以为使用者遮阳挡雨;当车辆较多时,使用者可以打开抽风机开关,抽风机7可以将空气通过风管9抽入,经由过滤框14内部的活性炭包吸附掉汽车尾气等有害物质后,吹向站在站台1上的的交警,这样交警就可以呼吸较为清新的空气,减少尾气吸收的伤害(可以通过将卡合连接的过滤框14拆卸,将内部的活性炭包进行更换,保持过滤效果);当光线较差时,车辆驾驶员会难以观察到交警的手势动作,所以可以打开灯管开关,这样灯管17会对交警照射,让车辆驾驶员能够清晰观察到指令动作;夜间时,可以打开灯条开关,这样灯条2会发出光亮,提示车辆注意站台1的位置,避免发生危险;当冬季气温较低时,可以打开加热管开关,这样加热管15会升高挡棚5底下的温度,使得交警站在挡棚5下面更加舒适;当需要对站岗棚进行转移时,可以打开电动推杆开关,这样电动推杆12将轮子13推出开槽11,借助轮子13可以对站岗棚进行轻松转移。

1.一种特殊的交警站岗棚,包括站台(1)、顶板(4)和挡棚(5),其特征在于,所述站台(1)的四周均匀嵌接有若干灯条(2),所述站台(1)底部的四角均开设有开槽(11),所述开槽(11)内部的顶端固定安装有电动推杆(12),所述站台(1)内部的中心处开设有蓄电池槽,所述蓄电池槽内部设有蓄电池(10),所述站台(1)顶端的一侧与伸缩杆(3)的底端固定连接,所述伸缩杆(3)的顶端固定设有顶板(4),所述顶板(4)顶端的中心处安装有抽风机(7),所述抽风机(7)的出风口与三通管(8)的一个端口连接,所述三通管(8)的另外两个端口分别通过风管(9)与过滤框(14)的顶部连接,所述顶板(4)底端的一侧安装有灯盒(18),所述灯盒(18)的内部安装有灯管(17),所述顶板(4)的边侧固定设有挡棚(5),所述挡棚(5)的内壁上对称安装有两个加热管(15),所述挡棚(5)的外壁上安装有软性太阳能板(6),所述软性太阳能板(6)与蓄电池(10)电性连接,所述伸缩杆(3)顶部的一侧安装有开关面板(16),所述开关面板(16)上设有抽风机开关、灯管开关、加热管开关、电动推杆开关和灯条开关,所述抽风机(7)通过抽风机开关、灯管(17)通过灯管开关、加热管(15)通过加热管开关、电动推杆(12)通过电动推杆开关和灯条(2)通过灯条开关均与蓄电池(10)电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的交警站岗棚,其特征在于,两个所述过滤框(14)对称卡合在顶板(4)底端的另一侧,两个所述风管(9)的一端分别贯穿顶板(4)与两个过滤框(14)的顶部连接,所述过滤框(14)的内部填充有活性炭包。
3.根据权利要求1所述的交警站岗棚,其特征在于,所述蓄电池槽的底端铰接有维修门。
