本发明涉及一种带有透水混凝土柱的透水路面,属于道路建筑技术领域。包括自上至下依次分布的是透水面层、细沙层、基层和路基四部分,基层中设有若干个错位对齐的透水混凝土柱,透水混凝土柱由上至下贯穿基层并向下延伸至路基中,使雨水快速渗入地下;基层上铺设一层细沙,用来降低雨水中含量过高的硝态氮;在细沙与基层之间预埋有若干排水管道,用以排出不能及时渗入地下的雨水。本发明能使雨水迅速渗入地下,维护地下水及土壤的生态平衡,又能避免地基下沉;本透水路面的孔隙率较大,具有吸音作用,可减少环境噪声;且本透水路面大量的空隙能吸附城市污染物(如粉尘),减少扬尘污染;其具有易维护性,只需高压水洗,即可处理孔隙堵塞问题。

[0001] 本发明属于道路建筑技术领域,特别是涉及一种带有透水混凝土柱的透水路面。
背景技术
[0002] “海绵城市”主要指城市能像海绵一样具有吸附能力,在涝时吸水,旱时吐水。在 应对环境变化时具有良好的“弹性”和应对自然灾害等方面具有良好的应变能力。它的核心 是创新城市发展方式,让城市回归自然,建设与自然和谐的生态文明城市。所以建设海绵城 市基本原则是应以保护生态优先,最大程度上提高“海绵体”的规模和质量。
[0003] 首先,建设海绵城市必须有“海绵体”,通过有效地方式保护好原有的“海绵体”。过 去,城市建设盲目的追求高楼大厦以及用地一马平川,往往会填湖平壑。现在,不仅要尊重 城市已有的山水格局,还要最大限度地保护原有的河湖、湿地、池塘、沟渠等“海绵体”使其 不受开发活动的影响,综合运用物理、生物和生态的手段逐步修复已经受到了破坏的“海绵 体”。
[0004] 其次,建设海绵城市就是要将原有的城市基础建筑设施改造成为在涝时吸水,旱 时吐水的“海绵体”。目前绝大多数的城市都是为了突出城市景观,不仅将绿地都建得高出 周围,而且路面、街面铺设采用的都是水泥、沥青和地面砖,透水性极差。在下雨时,往往都 是往路上流,往街上流,而不是往绿地里流,使得绿地不能涵养水份和吸尘,而且得不到最 好的雨水浇灌和肥料滋养。如果采用大量的透水铺装材料使其变成带有透水混凝土柱的透 水路面、透水街面,城市的地下将能储存非常可观的地下水量,以供绿地灌溉。
[0005] 因此,建设海绵城市就应该增设一定规模的“海绵体”。结合城市排水防涝的实际 情况,增强河湖的调蓄能力,使城市能正常排水、蓄水。有目标的开挖河湖沟渠、扩充水域, 促进雨水的调蓄、渗透和净化能力。在街道、广场等地面采用透水铺装,进一步实现海绵城 市。
发明内容
[0006] 为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本发明提供了一种带有透水混凝土柱的透水路 面,能够实现一种透水、排水性能好,结构简单,强度高,且便于施工的带有透水混凝土柱的 透水路面,能够解决海绵城市蓄水、排水及其施工等难题。
[0007] 本发明采用的技术方案如下: 一种带有透水混凝土柱的透水路面,包括路基(1)、基层(2)、透水面层(3)、细沙层(4)、 排水管(5)、透水混凝土柱(6)和排水槽(7),其特征在于:自上至下依次分布的是透水面层 (3)、细沙层(4)、基层(2)、路基(1),所述透水混凝土 (6)柱提前预制,在基层(2)钻孔并安装 进透水混凝土柱(6),透水混凝土柱(6)顶部与基层(2)顶端平齐并贯穿基层、延伸进路基 (1),在基层(2)上面设置排水管(5),之后铺设细沙层(4),最后用透水砖铺设透水面层(3)。
[0008] 进一步地,所述透水面层(3)下铺有细沙层(4),用以降低雨水中含量过高的硝态 氮。

[0013] 本发明的有益效果 本发明的效果和优点是,排水、透水性能好,使雨水迅速渗入地下,还原地下水,维护地 下水及土壤的生态平衡,又能避免因过度开采地下水而引起地基下沉,且透水混凝土柱的 存在加强了路面的抗压强度,满足海绵城市的发展要求。

1. 一种带有透水混凝土柱的透水路面,包括路基(1)、基层(2)、透水面层(3)、细沙层 (4)、排水管(5)、透水混凝土柱(6)和排水槽(7),其特征在于:自上至下依次分布的是透水 面层(3)、细沙层(4)、基层(2)、路基(1),所述透水混凝土 (6)柱提前预制,在基层(2)钻孔并 安装进透水混凝土柱(6),透水混凝土柱(6)顶部与基层(2)顶端平齐并贯穿基层、延伸进路 基(1),在基层(2)上面设置排水管(5),之后铺设细沙层(4),最后用透水砖铺设透水面层 ⑶。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有透水混凝土柱的透水路面,其特征在于:所述透水面层 (3)下铺有细沙层(4),用以降低雨水中含量过高的硝态氮。

4. 根据权利要求1所述的带有透水混凝土柱的透水路面,其特征在于:所述透水'混凝± 柱(6)呈错位对齐排列,且两个柱之间距离为1〜2m。
