本发明公开了一种超细纤维PU合成革的匀染工艺,涉及皮革技术领域,包括如下操作步骤:(1)匀染液配制,(2)合成革预处理,(3)染色固色,(4)高温固着,(5)水洗、烘干。本发明匀染工艺能显著提高染料的上染率以及染色均匀度,460nm下的K/S值大于4,DEcmc值小于0.3;同时增强PU合成革的色牢度,耐干摩擦色牢度达到4‑5级,耐湿摩擦色牢度达到4‑4.5级,从而保证合成革的色彩使用质量。

技术领域:
本发明涉及皮革技术领域,具体涉及一种超细纤维PU合成革的匀染工艺。
背景技术:
合成革,模拟天然革的组成和结构并可作为其代用材料的塑料制品。目前,合成革主要包含PU合成革和PVC合成革两大类。PU合成革,即聚氨酯合成革,利用无纺布或纺织布为底材,经过多重处理织造出品质优良的产品,物性结构与天然皮革接近,且具有许多PVC合成革所不能比拟的优点,是代替天然皮革较为理想的材料。
超细纤维PU合成革是第三代人工皮革,其三维结构网络的无纺布为合成革在基材方面创造了赶超天然皮革的条件。该产品结合新研制的具有开孔结构的PU浆料浸渍、复合面层的加工技术,发挥了超细纤维巨大表面积和强烈的吸水性作用,使得超细纤维PU合成革具有束状超细胶原纤维的天然革所固有的吸湿特性,因而不论从内部微观结构还是外观质感及物理特性和人们穿着舒适性等方面,都能与高级天然皮革相媲美。
染色是皮革加工的重要工序之一,经过染色后皮革表面色彩鲜艳、美观大方,能够提高消费者的喜爱度。然而皮革由于种种原因使得在染色时常常会出现染色不均匀的现象,从而影响皮革的表面整体效果。为了促使皮革染色时均匀一致,一般皮革染色时都需要加入匀染剂。目前市售皮革匀染剂与棉布、羊毛以及真丝类的匀染剂组成大多相同,差异性不明显,但是皮革的密度、厚度、纤维结构等性质与棉布、羊毛以及真丝类物质的性能明显不同,因此使用现有皮革匀染剂仍会造成皮革染色不均匀的现象。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种工艺简单易行、重复性好且匀染效果好、色牢度高的超细纤维PU合成革的匀染工艺。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种超细纤维PU合成革的匀染工艺,包括如下操作步骤:
(1)匀染液配制:将匀染剂溶解于水中,并加热至60-65℃保温搅拌10-15min,即得匀染液;
(2)合成革预处理:将待染色的超细纤维PU合成革于温度50-55℃、相对湿度65-70%环境中静置2-3h,然后通过喷雾方式向合成革表面喷洒匀染液,喷完后于温度75-80℃、相对湿度55-60%环境中静置0.5-1h;
(3)染色固色:将经预处理后的超细纤维PU合成革加入染色机中,同时加入染料和水,调节pH值至7-7.5,并于60-65℃下染色处理10-15min,再升温至85-90℃染色处理15-30min,调节pH值至5-5.5,继续于85-90℃下染色处理15-30min,然后加入固色剂,升温至90-95℃染色处理15-30min;
(4)高温固着:将经染色后的超细纤维PU合成革于110-115℃环境中静置15-30min;
(5)水洗、烘干:水洗染色后的超细纤维PU合成革,直至水洗液pH值呈中性,并于55-60℃下烘干至恒重;
所述染料选自染料黄(I)、染料红(II)、染料黑(III)中的一种或几种任意比例的混合物,染料黄(I)、染料红(II)、染料黑(III)的结构式如下:
所述步骤(1)中匀染剂与水的重量比为1-5:50-100。
所述步骤(1)中匀染剂选自匀染剂DC、匀染剂1227、匀染剂BOF中的一种。
所述步骤(2)中匀染液与超细纤维PU合成革的重量比为5-15:50-100。
所述步骤(3)中固色剂选自三乙酸铝、三甲酸铝中的一种。
所述步骤(3)中超细纤维PU合成革、染料、水的重量比为100-150:5:1000-1500。
所述步骤(1)中匀染剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:
聚乙二醇单甲醚25-35份、聚丙烯酸钠10-15份、氢化蓖麻油酸1-5份、γ-聚谷氨酸1-5份、N-羟乙基丙烯酰胺1-5份、三羟甲基氨基甲烷0.5-3份、聚维酮K300.5-3份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.05-0.5份、钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-WT0.05-0.5份;
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)搅拌下向聚丙烯酸钠中滴加去离子水直至完全溶解,再向所得聚丙烯酸钠水溶液中滴加5wt%稀硫酸使溶液pH值调至4-4.5,继续搅拌并每隔5min测定一次pH值,当溶液pH值高于4.5时补加5wt%稀硫酸,直至溶液pH值在30min内都稳定在4-4.5,然后加入聚乙二醇单甲醚,加热至回流状态保温搅拌2-5h,所得混合液送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得高分子酯化物;
(2)将所制高分子酯化物以5℃/min的加热速度加热至115-120℃保温搅拌5-10min,再加入N-羟乙基丙烯酰胺和三羟甲基氨基甲烷,继续在115-120℃下保温搅拌15-30min,然后以5℃/min的冷却速度冷却至5-10℃保温搅拌10-15min,再次以5℃/min的加热速度加热至115-120℃保温搅拌15-30min,自然冷却至室温,所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得改性高分子酯化物;
(3)向聚维酮K30中加入乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-WT,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理3-5min,间隔2-3min后再次微波处理3-5min,即得助剂;
(4)向改性高分子酯化物中加入氢化蓖麻油酸、γ-聚谷氨酸和助剂,充分混合,向所得混合物中加入等重量去离子水,并加热至回流状态保温搅拌10-15min,所得混合液送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得水性匀染剂。

本发明的有益效果是:
(1)通过所述预处理方法将匀染剂先附着于合成革上,并且采用的喷雾方式优于常规的溶液浸泡方式,提高了匀染剂的利用率,同时更有利于通过匀染剂来增强染料在合成革上的上染率,从而提高染料的利用率;
(2)经分阶升温染色法和高温固着法提高染料在PU合成革上的上染率,同时增强染料在合成革上的附着牢度;并且除匀染剂以外不添加其他染色助剂,降低染色成本的同时减少染色所产生废水的成分种类,从而减轻废水处理难度;
(3)所制匀染剂属于水性匀染剂,易溶于水,避免使用以有机溶剂作为稀释剂的匀染剂所存在的使用安全性低的问题;并且该匀染剂对PU合成革无损伤,不会对人体产生安全隐患,所产生废水处理难度小,经常规染色废水处理后即可达到排放标准;同时该匀染剂能够显著提高染料在合成革上的上染率,降低色差,实现对合成革的均匀染色;
(4)所述匀染工艺能显著提高染料的上染率以及染色均匀度,460nm下的K/S值大于4,DEcmc值小于0.3;同时增强PU合成革的色牢度,耐干摩擦色牢度达到4-5级,耐湿摩擦色牢度达到4-4.5级,从而保证合成革的色彩使用质量。

下述实施例与对照例中所用染料黄(I)、染料红(II)、染料黑(III)的结构式如下:
实施例1
(1)匀染液配制:将2kg匀染剂DC溶解于50kg水中,并加热至60-65℃保温搅拌15min,即得匀染液;
(2)合成革预处理:将待染色的80kg超细纤维PU合成革于温度50-55℃、相对湿度65-70%环境中静置2h,然后通过喷雾方式向合成革表面喷洒10kg匀染液,喷完后于温度75-80℃、相对湿度55-60%环境中静置1h;
(3)染色固色:将经预处理后的100kg超细纤维PU合成革加入染色机中,同时加入5kg染料黄(I)和1000kg水,调节pH值至7-7.5,并于60-65℃下染色处理15min,再升温至85-90℃染色处理30min,调节pH值至5-5.5,继续于85-90℃下染色处理15min,然后加入固色剂三乙酸铝,升温至90-95℃染色处理30min;
(4)高温固着:将经染色后的超细纤维PU合成革于110-115℃环境中静置15min;
(5)水洗、烘干:水洗染色后的超细纤维PU合成革,直至水洗液pH值呈中性,并于55-60℃下烘干至恒重。
实施例2
(1)匀染液配制:将5kg匀染剂1227溶解于100kg水中,并加热至60-65℃保温搅拌15min,即得匀染液;
(2)合成革预处理:将待染色的100kg超细纤维PU合成革于温度50-55℃、相对湿度65-70%环境中静置2h,然后通过喷雾方式向合成革表面喷洒15kg匀染液,喷完后于温度75-80℃、相对湿度55-60%环境中静置1h;
(3)染色固色:将经预处理后的150kg超细纤维PU合成革加入染色机中,同时加入5kg染料红(II)和1500kg水,调节pH值至7-7.5,并于60-65℃下染色处理15min,再升温至85-90℃染色处理30min,调节pH值至5-5.5,继续于85-90℃下染色处理15min,然后加入固色剂三乙酸铝,升温至90-95℃染色处理30min;
(4)高温固着:将经染色后的超细纤维PU合成革于110-115℃环境中静置15min;
(5)水洗、烘干:水洗染色后的超细纤维PU合成革,直至水洗液pH值呈中性,并于55-60℃下烘干至恒重。
实施例3
(1)匀染液配制:将5kg匀染剂BOF溶解于100kg水中,并加热至60-65℃保温搅拌15min,即得匀染液;
(2)合成革预处理:将待染色的100kg超细纤维PU合成革于温度50-55℃、相对湿度65-70%环境中静置2h,然后通过喷雾方式向合成革表面喷洒15kg匀染液,喷完后于温度75-80℃、相对湿度55-60%环境中静置1h;
(3)染色固色:将经预处理后的150kg超细纤维PU合成革加入染色机中,同时加入5kg染料红(II)和1500kg水,调节pH值至7-7.5,并于60-65℃下染色处理15min,再升温至85-90℃染色处理30min,调节pH值至5-5.5,继续于85-90℃下染色处理15min,然后加入固色剂三乙酸铝,升温至90-95℃染色处理30min;

(1)搅拌下向10g聚丙烯酸钠中滴加去离子水直至完全溶解,再向所得聚丙烯酸钠水溶液中滴加5wt%稀硫酸使溶液pH值调至4-4.5,继续搅拌并每隔5min测定一次pH值,当溶液pH值高于4.5时补加5wt%稀硫酸,直至溶液pH值在30min内都稳定在4-4.5,然后加入35g聚乙二醇单甲醚,加热至回流状态保温搅拌3h,所得混合液送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得高分子酯化物;
(2)将所制高分子酯化物以5℃/min的加热速度加热至115-120℃保温搅拌5min,再加入3g N-羟乙基丙烯酰胺和1g三羟甲基氨基甲烷,继续在115-120℃下保温搅拌30min,然后以5℃/min的冷却速度冷却至5-10℃保温搅拌15min,再次以5℃/min的加热速度加热至115-120℃保温搅拌15min,自然冷却至室温,所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得改性高分子酯化物;
(3)向0.5g聚维酮K30中加入0.3g乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和0.05g钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-WT,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,间隔3min后再次微波处理5min,即得助剂;
(4)向改性高分子酯化物中加入3g氢化蓖麻油酸、3gγ-聚谷氨酸和助剂,充分混合,向所得混合物中加入等重量去离子水,并加热至回流状态保温搅拌15min,所得混合液送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得水性匀染剂。
实施例5
(1)匀染液配制:将5kg匀染剂溶解于100kg水中,并加热至60-65℃保温搅拌15min,即得匀染液;
(2)合成革预处理:将待染色的100kg超细纤维PU合成革于温度50-55℃、相对湿度65-70%环境中静置2h,然后通过喷雾方式向合成革表面喷洒15kg匀染液,喷完后于温度75-80℃、相对湿度55-60%环境中静置1h;
(3)染色固色:将经预处理后的150kg超细纤维PU合成革加入染色机中,同时加入5kg染料红(II)和1500kg水,调节pH值至7-7.5,并于60-65℃下染色处理15min,再升温至85-90℃染色处理30min,调节pH值至5-5.5,继续于85-90℃下染色处理15min,然后加入固色剂三乙酸铝,升温至90-95℃染色处理30min;
(4)高温固着:将经染色后的超细纤维PU合成革于110-115℃环境中静置15min;
(5)水洗、烘干:水洗染色后的超细纤维PU合成革,直至水洗液pH值呈中性,并于55-60℃下烘干至恒重。
匀染剂的制备:
(1)搅拌下向15g聚丙烯酸钠中滴加去离子水直至完全溶解,再向所得聚丙烯酸钠水溶液中滴加5wt%稀硫酸使溶液pH值调至4-4.5,继续搅拌并每隔5min测定一次pH值,当溶液pH值高于4.5时补加5wt%稀硫酸,直至溶液pH值在30min内都稳定在4-4.5,然后加入35g聚乙二醇单甲醚,加热至回流状态保温搅拌4h,所得混合液送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得高分子酯化物;
(2)将所制高分子酯化物以5℃/min的加热速度加热至115-120℃保温搅拌5min,再加入3g N-羟乙基丙烯酰胺和2g三羟甲基氨基甲烷,继续在115-120℃下保温搅拌30min,然后以5℃/min的冷却速度冷却至5-10℃保温搅拌15min,再次以5℃/min的加热速度加热至115-120℃保温搅拌15min,自然冷却至室温,所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得改性高分子酯化物;
(3)向1g聚维酮K30中加入0.5g乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和0.1g钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-WT,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,间隔3min后再次微波处理5min,即得助剂;
(4)向改性高分子酯化物中加入5g氢化蓖麻油酸、2gγ-聚谷氨酸和助剂,充分混合,向所得混合物中加入等重量去离子水,并加热至回流状态保温搅拌15min,所得混合液送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得水性匀染剂。
对照例1
(1)匀染液配制:将5kg匀染剂BOF溶解于100kg水中,并加热至60-65℃保温搅拌15min,即得匀染液;
(2)合成革预处理:将待染色的100kg超细纤维PU合成革于温度50-55℃、相对湿度65-70%环境中静置2h,然后通过喷雾方式向合成革表面喷洒15kg匀染液,喷完后于温度75-80℃、相对湿度55-60%环境中静置1h;
(3)染色固色:将经预处理后的150kg超细纤维PU合成革加入染色机中,同时加入5kg染料红(II)和1500kg水,调节pH值至7-7.5,并于60-65℃下染色处理15min,再升温至85-90℃染色处理30min,调节pH值至5-5.5,继续于85-90℃下染色处理15min,然后加入固色剂三乙酸铝,升温至90-95℃染色处理30min;
(4)水洗、烘干:水洗染色后的超细纤维PU合成革,直至水洗液pH值呈中性,并于55-60℃下烘干至恒重。
对照例2
(1)匀染液配制:将5kg匀染剂BOF溶解于100kg水中,并加热至60-65℃保温搅拌15min,即得匀染液;
(2)染色固色:将经预处理后的150kg超细纤维PU合成革加入染色机中,同时加入5kg染料红(II)、22.5kg匀染液和1500kg水,调节pH值至7-7.5,并于60-65℃下染色处理15min,再升温至85-90℃染色处理30min,调节pH值至5-5.5,继续于85-90℃下染色处理15min,然后加入固色剂三乙酸铝,升温至90-95℃染色处理30min;
(3)高温固着:将经染色后的超细纤维PU合成革于110-115℃环境中静置15min;
(4)水洗、烘干:水洗染色后的超细纤维PU合成革,直至水洗液pH值呈中性,并于55-60℃下烘干至恒重。
对照例3
(1)染色固色:将经预处理后的150kg超细纤维PU合成革加入染色机中,同时加入5kg染料红(II)和1500kg水,调节pH值至7-7.5,并于60-65℃下染色处理15min,再升温至85-90℃染色处理30min,调节pH值至5-5.5,继续于85-90℃下染色处理15min,然后加入固色剂三乙酸铝,升温至90-95℃染色处理30min;
(2)高温固着:将经染色后的超细纤维PU合成革于110-115℃环境中静置15min;
(3)水洗、烘干:水洗染色后的超细纤维PU合成革,直至水洗液pH值呈中性,并于55-60℃下烘干至恒重。
对照例4
采用专利CN 103741524A实施例1所述染色工艺,将其他染料替换为染料红(II)。
实施例6
利用实施例1-5、对照例1-4所述匀染工艺对同批超细纤维PU合成革进行染色,并参照GB/T 6688-2008标准利用爱色丽X-rite Color i7测色仪测定染色合成革的平均表观深度值(K/S)和两测试点相距20cm位置下的色差(DEcmc)。

注:K/S值越大,则表示染料与皮革纤维的结合量越多,匀染剂对染料的上染率提高越多;DEcmc值越小,则表示匀染剂的匀染性越好;耐干摩擦色牢度、耐湿摩擦色牢度级数越高,色牢度越强。

Claims (6)

1.一种超细纤维PU合成革的匀染工艺,其特征在于:包括如下操作步骤:
(1)匀染液配制:将匀染剂溶解于水中,并加热至60-65℃保温搅拌10-15min,即得匀染液;
(2)合成革预处理:将待染色的超细纤维PU合成革于温度50-55℃、相对湿度65-70%环境中静置2-3h,然后通过喷雾方式向合成革表面喷洒匀染液,喷完后于温度75-80℃、相对湿度55-60%环境中静置0.5-1h;
(3)染色固色:将经预处理后的超细纤维PU合成革加入染色机中,同时加入染料和水,调节pH值至7-7.5,并于60-65℃下染色处理10-15min,再升温至85-90℃染色处理15-30min,调节pH值至5-5.5,继续于85-90℃下染色处理15-30min,然后加入固色剂,升温至90-95℃染色处理15-30min;
(4)高温固着:将经染色后的超细纤维PU合成革于110-115℃环境中静置15-30min;
(5)水洗、烘干:水洗染色后的超细纤维PU合成革,直至水洗液pH值呈中性,并于55-60℃下烘干至恒重;
所述染料选自染料黄(I)、染料红(II)、染料黑(III)中的一种或几种任意比例的混合物,染料黄(I)、染料红(II)、染料黑(III)的结构式如下:
2.根据权利要求1所述的超细纤维PU合成革的匀染工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中匀染剂与水的重量比为1-5:50-100。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超细纤维PU合成革的匀染工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中匀染剂选自匀染剂DC、匀染剂1227、匀染剂BOF中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超细纤维PU合成革的匀染工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中匀染液与超细纤维PU合成革的重量比为5-15:50-100。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超细纤维PU合成革的匀染工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中固色剂选自三乙酸铝、三甲酸铝中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的超细纤维PU合成革的匀染工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中超细纤维PU合成革、染料、水的重量比为100-150:5:1000-1500。
