Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing machine door locks, in particular to a washing machine door lock.
Background
When the washing machine works normally, in order to ensure safety, the space for washing the clothes needs to be a closed space to avoid potential safety hazards, and the door lock of the washing machine is a key component for connecting the machine door of the washing machine and the machine body of the washing machine to form the closed space. However, if a user does not open the door of the washing machine and take out the laundry for a long time after the operation of the washing machine in the operation program is finished, the laundry is likely to generate bacteria and odor in a closed environment, and the washing operation has to be performed again. Therefore, the washing machine also needs to be automatically opened, so that the phenomenon that the clothes breed bacteria in the closed space for a long time is avoided, and a user is reminded to take out the clothes in time.
At present, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, chinese patent document CN104204329A discloses a door lock of a washing machine, when all washing procedures of the washing machine are finished, a washing machine main controller controls a first latching part 140 and a second latching part 150 to unlock a door lock slider 131, an iron core 141 is separated from a groove 133 under the action of electromagnetic force, a lock block 153 is slowly withdrawn from a notch 134 along with the recovery of a bimetal reed, the door lock slider 131 is returned to an initial state under the action of a return spring 135, and a washing machine door 0 is automatically bounced open. The end surface of the hook 121 contacting with the door lock sliding block 131 is a smooth curved surface, and in the process of the washing machine door 120 bouncing open by white movement, the hook 121 is pushed by the door lock sliding block 131 to smoothly leave the clamping hole 132, so that the washing machine door bounces open smoothly. In order to make the washing machine door 120 automatically spring open effectively, a torsion spring device is disposed on the rotating shaft 122 of the washing machine door for applying an outward spring force to the washing machine door 120 after the washing machine door 120 is unlocked.
In the door lock of the washing machine disclosed in the above patent document, the door lock operation steps are as follows: when the washing machine door is closed, the first locking part 140 with an electric control structure is triggered, and then the second locking part 150 is activated by the first locking part 140 to lock the washing machine door, so that the washing work is realized; after the washing is completed, the first latching portion 140 and the second latching portion 150 both need electromagnetic coils to generate electromagnetic force, and after the unlocking action is completed under the action of the electromagnetic force, the pushing force towards the door opening direction is applied through the return spring and the torsion spring device arranged on the washing machine door, so that the function of automatically bouncing the washing machine door is realized. Although the structure can realize the locking and automatic opening functions of the washing machine, the locking and automatic opening functions can be realized only by two sets of mutually associated electric control structures, the structure is complex, the two sets of electric control structures are associated and controlled by the main controller, the two sets of electric control structures also have the problems of high production and use cost and easy failure, and the product reliability and market competitiveness are reduced.
In order to solve the problem of high production and use costs of two sets of mutually related electric control structures in the prior art, as shown in fig. 15, chinese patent document CN106436176A in the prior art discloses a door lock of a washing machine, which comprises a door hook mounted on a door of the washing machine; the lock body is arranged on the washing machine body and corresponds to the door hook; a locking component which is matched with the door hook and can move between a locking position and a releasing position, a linkage component which executes an electrifying instruction and is linked to lock the locking component, and a locking transmission mechanism which transmits locking force between the linkage component and the locking component are arranged in the door; an insertion sensing protection mechanism for sensing the insertion state and the extraction state of the door hook is also arranged in the lock body; when the insertion perception protection mechanism works normally, the door hook is pulled out to drive the linkage component. However, the door lock of the washing machine cannot realize the function of automatically opening the door of the washing machine after the operation of the working program of the washing machine is finished, so that the problem that the washings are easy to generate bacteria and odor in a closed environment is caused.

Through the pull rod connected with the linkage component in a transmission mode, emergency unlocking of opening a washing machine door under emergency is achieved, the pull rod contact on the pull rod drives the linkage component to move to the unlocking position, and then the limiting block and the movable insertion piece move to the unlocking position and the disconnection position respectively to achieve the unlocking function.
The linkage process of the washing machine door lock of the embodiment when in specific use is as follows:
1. as shown in fig. 1, 8 and 6, when the door hook 1 is not inserted into the lock body, the limit transmission member 11 is disposed obliquely and attached to the non-rotating locking member 2 but not mutually engaged with the non-rotating locking member 2, and the limit transmission member 11 does not limit the locking member 2; meanwhile, the transmission slide block 12 arranged in the limit transmission member 11 does not have a limit function on the locking component 2.
2. As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, when the washing machine is required to be used for washing clothes, firstly, the washing machine door is closed, at this time, the door hook 1 installed on the washing machine door is inserted into the lock hole of the lock body, the door hook 1 pushes the locking component 2 to rotate to the locking component locking position, and the locking component 2 rotates to enable the first biasing component 9 to be in a power accumulation state; when the door hook 1 is not inserted, the limit transmission piece 11 is obliquely arranged, and the limit transmission piece 11 is matched and connected with the locking component 2 under the pushing action of the locking component 2 and the biasing force of the third biasing piece 16 after the door hook 1 is inserted. The transmission slide block 12 is driven by the limit transmission part 11 to move towards the locking part 2, and the inclined surface on the transmission slide block 12 is meshed with the locking part 2 to limit the locking part 2.
3. As shown in fig. 11, when the door hook 1 is locked by pressing the upper lock key on the washing machine, the trigger unit 19 is energized to drive the linkage member 3 to slide toward the locking member 2, the stopper 10 slidably disposed on the linkage member 3 is pushed by the locking member 2 to move toward the through hole of the transmission slider 12 by the guide action of the guide chute, and the stopper 10 is inserted into the through hole and moves toward the locking position to lock the position of the transmission slider 12, so that the transmission slider 12 fixes the position of the locking member 2, thereby locking the door hook 1.
When the linkage part 3 slides towards one side of the locking part 2, the first clamping piece 6 arranged on the linkage part 3 is connected with the second clamping piece 7 arranged on the limiting transmission part 11 in a clamping mode.
As shown in fig. 3, the interlocking member 3 slides toward the locking member 2, and the movable insertion piece 21 provided in the interlocking member 3 is brought into contact with the stationary insertion piece 22, so that the washing machine can be started.
4. As shown in fig. 12, when the power is turned off after the washing operation is finished, the upper lock key of the washing machine cancels the locking of the door hook 1. The trigger unit 19 is electrified to drive the linkage part 3 to slide towards one side far away from the locking part 2, the limiting block 10 arranged on the linkage part 3 in a sliding mode is pushed by the locking part 2 to move towards the direction far away from the through hole on the transmission slide block 12 under the guiding action of the guide sliding chute, the limiting block 10 leaves the through hole and moves towards the unlocking position, and therefore the position locking of the transmission slide block 12 is cancelled; meanwhile, when the linkage part 3 slides towards the side far away from the locking part 2, the movable inserting piece 21 arranged on the linkage part 3 is separated from the static inserting piece 22, and the washing machine is in a non-starting state.
As shown in fig. 6, while the interlocking member 3 slides toward the side away from the locking member 2, the interlocking member 3 pulls the limit driver 11 away from the locking member 2 by the engaging structure 5, the limit driver 11 and the locking member 2 are disengaged from each other, and the locking member 2 is in a free state. The locking member 2 is rotated toward the door hook 1 by the restoring force of the first biasing member 9. Since the second biasing member 15 provided on the driving slider 12 has a biasing force smaller than that of the first biasing member 9, the locking member 2 can push the driving slider 12 away from the locking member 2 by the biasing force of the first biasing member 9, so that the driving slider 12 cancels the stopper effect of the locking member 2. The locking member 2 rotates to push the door of the washing machine to open.
After the interlocking member 3 pulls the limit actuator 11 away from the locking member 2 by the engaging structure 5 to release the limit action on the locking member 2, because the second engaging member 7 provided on the limit actuator 11 is rotatably connected to the limit actuator 11 by the fourth biasing member 17,
first joint spare 6 is at the in-process of pulling second joint spare 7, and second joint spare 7 receives the limiting displacement of first spacing boss 18 on the electrical apparatus box body and takes place to rotate to make second joint spare 7 take place to rotate and separate with the dropout of first joint spare 6, second joint spare 7 rotates and the butt is used for the restriction on limit transmission spare 11 under the reset force drive of fourth biasing part 17 second spacing boss 24 of second joint spare 7 turned position, second joint spare 7 resets.
5. When the door plate of the washing machine is closed and is not started and the door of the washing machine needs to be opened, the door of the washing machine can be opened by lightly pressing the door of the washing machine. When the door of the washing machine is lightly pressed, the door hook 1 will push against the locking component 2 again, so that the rotating component 2 turns upwards again to rotate towards the door hook 1, at this time, the locking component 2 and the spacing transmission component 11 are not meshed together, and the spacing transmission component 11 continues to move towards the direction of disengaging the locking component 2 and the spacing transmission component 11 under the action of the biasing force of the third biasing component 16 until the initial inclined position is recovered. When the locking element 2 is rotated towards the door hook 1 by the return biasing force of the first biasing member 9, because the biasing force of the second biasing member 15 provided on the driving slider 12 is smaller than the biasing force of the first biasing member 9, the locking element 2 can push the driving slider 12 away from the locking element 2 by the biasing force of the first biasing member 9, so that the driving slider 12 cancels the limiting effect on the locking element 2. The locking member 2 rotates to push the door of the washing machine to open.
6. After the door plate of the washing machine is closed and is not started, the child lock function can be realized, namely the door is an inward opening door: after the washing machine door is closed, the washing machine door can be opened by applying a certain force to the inner drum of the washing machine to push the washing machine door inwards. After the washing machine door is closed, a certain force is pushed inwards from the inside to the washing machine inner drum, the generated thrust force pushes the door hook 1 outwards, the door hook 1 outwards pulls the locking component 2 to rotate towards the door hook 1, at the moment, the buckling structures of the transmission slide block 12 and the locking component 2 are separated, the transmission slide block 12 and the locking component 2 are not meshed together any more, and because the biasing force of the second biasing piece 15 arranged on the transmission slide block 12 is smaller than that of the first biasing piece 9, the locking component 2 can push the transmission slide block 12 to be far away from the locking component 2 through the biasing force of the first biasing piece 9, so that the transmission slide block 12 cancels the limiting effect on the locking component 2. In the process that the transmission sliding block 12 is far away from the locking part 2, the claw 13 of the L-shaped structure on the transmission sliding block 12 is connected with the groove wall of the U-shaped sliding groove 14 arranged on the limit transmission piece 11, so that the limit transmission piece 11 is driven to be separated from the locking part 2, and the limit effect of the limit transmission piece 11 on the locking part 2 is relieved. The locking member 2 rotates to push the door of the washing machine to open.
7. When the washing machine works normally and the door of the washing machine needs to be opened forcibly, as shown in fig. 7, the pull rod 23 on the door lock mounting base can be pulled, the pull rod contact 24 on the pull rod 23 pushes the linkage component 3 to move to the unlocking position, and then the limiting block 10 and the movable insertion sheet 21 respectively move to the unlocking position and the disconnection position. The locking member 2 is rotated by the biasing force of the first biasing member 9 to push the door of the washing machine to open.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
