The unlocking part 11 is slidably connected to the operating slider 6 through a fourth elastic part 13, and the unlocking part 11 maintains a drive preparation position capable of driving the unlocking slider 12 on the operating slider 6 under the drive of the fourth elastic part 13.
After the unlocking member 11 is slid on the operation slider 6 against the biasing force of the fourth elastic member 13, the unlocking member 11 can be moved to a driving end position where the unlocking slider 12 cannot be driven.
Principle of operation
The unlocking assembly is used for automatically popping the door lock open through the driving of electromagnetic force after the washing machine finishes working, wherein the unlocking piece 11 moves under the action of the electromagnetic force along with the operation sliding block 6, the unlocking sliding block 12 is matched with the unlocking piece 11, the unlocking piece 11 drives the unlocking sliding block 12 to move, the other end of the unlocking sliding block 12 is connected with the lock catch 4, the unlocking sliding block 12 drives the lock catch 4 to be separated from locking the cam structural part 3, and therefore the cam structural part 3 pops out the door hook 1.
As a modified embodiment, the unlocking slider 12 has a sliding structure which is matched with the first inclined surface 111 of the unlocking member 11, and when the first inclined surface 111 slides to the end along the sliding structure, the sliding structure can drive the unlocking member 11 from the driving preparation position to the driving end position.
Specifically, the sliding structure includes a second inclined surface 121, an arc-shaped surface 122, and a third inclined surface 123. The second inclined surface 121 is opposite to the first inclined surface 111, and the unlocking slider 12 can be driven to slide toward the direction of the lock catch 4 by sliding relative to the first inclined surface 111.
The arc-shaped surface 122 is connected to the end of the second inclined surface 121, so that the top end of the first inclined surface 111 contacts with the arc-shaped surface 122 after the first inclined surface 111 slides out of the second inclined surface 121.
The third inclined surface 123 is connected to the end of the arc-shaped surface 122, is opposite to the first inclined surface 111, and can drive the unlocking member 11 to slide toward the driving end position by sliding relative to the first inclined surface 111.
Principle of operation
In the process that the unlocking piece 11 drives the unlocking slider 12, the first inclined surface 111 on the unlocking piece 11 firstly slides along the second inclined surface 121 on the unlocking slider 12, so that the unlocking slider 12 is driven to move towards the direction of the lock catch 4, when the first inclined surface 111 slides to the tail end of the second inclined surface 121, the top end of the first inclined surface 111 contacts with the arc-shaped surface 122, the unlocking piece 11 continuously moves so that the first inclined surface 111 contacts with the third inclined surface 123 on the unlocking slider 12, and under the common guide of the third inclined surface 123 and the arc-shaped surface 122, the unlocking piece 11 moves on the operating slider 6 to enter the driving end position; when the unlocking member 11 moves back along with the operating slider 6, the unlocking member 11 is located at the bottom of the unlocking slider 12, and does not drive the unlocking slider 12 until the unlocking member 11 reenters the starting end of the second inclined surface 121 on the unlocking slider 12, and the unlocking member 11 moves on the operating slider 6 to return to the drive preparation position under the biasing force of the fourth elastic member 13.

Claims (12)

1. A door lock for a washing machine, comprising,
a door hook (1) adapted to be mounted on a washing machine door;
a lock case (2) adapted to be mounted on a washing machine body, having a lock hole (021) into which the door hook (1) is inserted;
after the door hook (1) is inserted into the lock hole (021) towards the lock shell (2), the door hook (1) is locked in the lock shell (2), and after the door hook (1) is pushed towards the insertion direction of the lock hole (021) again, the lock shell (2) releases the locking of the door hook (1);
characterized in that, include in the lock shell (2):
the cam structure part (3) is rotatably arranged in the lock shell (2) and is used for being matched with the door hook (1), and the cam structure part has a cam locking position for locking the door hook (1) through rotation and a cam resetting position for releasing the locking of the door hook (1);
the lock catch (4) is rotatably connected in the lock shell (2), is used for being matched with the cam structural part (3), and has a lock catch locking position for locking the cam structural part (3) in the cam locking position through rotation and a lock catch resetting position for releasing the locking of the cam structural part (3);
a first resilient member (5) connected to the shackle (4) and the lock housing (2) for providing a biasing force for moving the shackle (4) from the shackle locking position to the shackle resetting position;
and the operating slider (6) is slidably connected in the lock shell (2) and is provided with a blocking structure (061), and the blocking structure (061) is used for blocking a path of the lock catch (4) moving towards the lock catch reset position under the action of the first elastic piece (5), so that the lock catch (4) is kept at the lock catch locking position.
2. Door lock according to claim 1, characterized in that the lock housing (2) further comprises,
a second spring element (7) connected to the shackle (4) and the lock housing (2) for providing a biasing force for pressing the shackle (4) towards the cam structure (3).
3. A door lock according to claim 2, characterized in that the second spring element (7) is compressed between the catch (4) and the lock housing (2) at the end of the catch (4) remote from the cam formation (3).
4. Door lock according to claim 1, characterized in that the lock housing (2) further comprises,
the circuit on-off actuating lever (8) is rotatably connected in the lock shell (2) and is provided with an actuating lever actuating position for driving the circuit of the door lock to be communicated through rotation and an actuating lever resetting position for releasing the circuit of the door lock from being communicated;
one end of the circuit on-off actuating rod (8) is used for being matched with the cam structural part (3), the other end of the circuit on-off actuating rod is used for being matched with a contact piece of the door lock circuit, when the cam structural part (3) rotates to the cam locking position from the cam resetting position, one end of the circuit on-off actuating rod (8) is driven by the cam structural part (3), the circuit on-off actuating rod (8) rotates, the actuating rod is changed to the actuating rod actuating position from the actuating rod resetting position, and therefore the other end of the circuit on-off actuating rod (8) drives the contact piece of the door lock circuit to move, and the circuit of the door lock is communicated.
5. Door lock according to claim 4, characterized in that the lock housing (2) further comprises,
a third resilient member (9) connected to said circuit on/off actuating lever (8) and said lock housing (2) for providing a biasing force for moving said circuit on/off actuating lever (8) from said actuating lever actuating position to said actuating lever reset position.
6. Door lock according to claim 5, characterized in that the lock housing (2) further comprises,
and the limiting block (10) is connected in the lock shell (2) in a sliding manner, is positioned on one side of the circuit on-off executing rod (8), and is provided with a limiting locking position for locking the circuit on-off executing rod (8) at the executing position of the executing rod and a limiting releasing position for releasing the locking of the circuit on-off executing rod (8).

Door lock according to claim 6, characterized in that the end of the on/off circuit actuating lever (8) that cooperates with the cam formation (3) has an inclined surface (081) for blocking the cam formation (3), said inclined surface (081) being able to indirectly prevent the door hook (1) from being pulled out of the cam formation (3) when the on/off circuit actuating lever (8) is constrained in the actuating lever actuating position.
8. Door lock according to claim 1, characterized in that the lock housing (2) further comprises,
and the unlocking assembly is connected to the operating slide block (6) and is used for driving the lock catch (4) to move so as to release the lock of the lock catch (4) on the cam structural part (3).

A door lock according to claim 10, characterized in that the unlocking slider (12) has a sliding structure thereon which cooperates with the first inclined surface (111) of the unlocking member (11), the sliding structure being capable of driving the unlocking member (11) from the drive-ready position into the drive-end position when the first inclined surface (111) slides to the end along the sliding structure.
12. The door lock of claim 11, wherein the sliding structure comprises,
the second inclined surface (121) is opposite to the first inclined surface (111), and the unlocking slide block (12) can be driven to slide towards the direction of the lock catch (4) through relative sliding with the first inclined surface (111);
the arc-shaped surface (122) is connected to the tail end of the second inclined surface (121), so that after the first inclined surface (111) slides out of the second inclined surface (121), the top end of the first inclined surface (111) is in contact with the arc-shaped surface (122);
and the third inclined surface (123) is connected to the tail end of the arc-shaped surface (122), is opposite to the first inclined surface (111), and can drive the unlocking piece (11) to slide towards the driving end position through relative sliding with the first inclined surface (111).
