Background
Safe and lock are one kind of articles for preventing theft and protecting property in daily life. Along with the continuous development of human society, the use of safes and locks is continuously expanded, and the application range is also wider and wider. Early safes were made of cast iron and were made using riveting and mortising techniques, with cast iron ribs (either alone or in combination) incorporated into the chest and door to increase strength, appearance and latch of the safe were apparent, but the lock mechanism was relatively simple.
Along with the development of technology and people's demands, the technology of safes is also changed day by day, and at present, more than 2000 enterprises producing safes (boxes) in China exist. As the living standard of people increases continuously, safes have become fashionable consumer products entering the home. The safe industry has become an industry closely related to socioeconomic performance and mass life. The safe in the market at present has characteristics such as lighter weight, outward appearance more fashion, function more higher, but still has a little improvement room in design detail and humanized operation, and this development direction that is all kinds of novel products in the trade also.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, are merely for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like, are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the automatic reset door latch mechanism of the present invention includes: the door latch comprises a door latch body 2 linked with a handle and a pair of fixing seats 3 arranged on the inner wall of the door body 1, wherein reset pieces are arranged between the fixing seats 3 and the door latch body 2, and in order to enable operation to be stable, the reset pieces are spiral springs 5, the spiral springs 5 are compressed when being subjected to external force, and the automatic reset trend of the door latch mechanism is realized after the external force is withdrawn.
As shown in fig. 1, the two coil springs 5 are symmetrically arranged at the upper and lower parts of the side surface of the latch body 2, which can improve the uniformity of force dispersion and ensure good stability in use. Specifically, the fixing base 3 is mounted on the inner wall of the door body 1 through screws, and two ends of the coil spring 5 are respectively connected to the fixing base 3 and the latch body 2 in a winding manner. For convenience of connection, as shown in the enlarged partial view of fig. 7, a connector link 4 is formed on both the fixing base 3 and the latch body 2 to be engaged with the coil spring 5.
As described above, one of the important points of the present invention is to prevent the door from closing in the extended state of the door latch, and therefore, a fool-proof device 6 is provided at the door latch body 2 near the outer side edge of the door body 1, the structure of which is shown in fig. 5 and 6, and specifically includes: the induction switch plate assembly, the switch pin 64 and the torsion spring 65 penetrating through the switch pin 64, wherein the induction switch plate assembly at least comprises a first induction switch plate 61, the first induction switch plate 61 pivots around the switch pin 64 under the action of the torsion spring 65, the end part of the first induction switch plate 61 is provided with a bending part 611, the bending part 611 is obliquely arranged from a switch plate main body towards the direction close to the inner wall of the door body 1, and an included angle between the switch plate main body and the bending part 611 is an obtuse angle; in the door opening state, the transition part of the bending part 611 and the switch board main body exceeds the position of the side edge of the latch main body 2, so that the latch can be prevented from striking the door frame.
Further, the fool-proof device 6 is formed with a protrusion 66 at one end far from the bending portion 611, the latch body 2 is formed with a groove structure for matching with the protrusion 66, and the upper surface of the protrusion 66 is an arc-shaped bending surface, which is more beneficial to matching and separating the protrusion 66 and the groove structure. In the door-open state, the projection 66 is retained in the groove structure, and the door latch body 2 can be reliably held in the door-open state.
In this embodiment, the inductive switch board assembly further includes a second inductive switch board 62 and a third inductive switch board 63, which are assemblies for implementing intelligent operation of the electronic safe, and are easily understood, and will not be described herein.
For a clearer understanding of the present invention, the operation of the reset latch mechanism is briefly described as follows:
(1) When the door is opened, the handle is turned, and the latch mechanism moves rightward, as shown in fig. 2, and the coil spring 5 is compressed. The first sensing switch plate 61 is rotated about the sensing switch pin 64 by the torsion spring 65 until the body of the first sensing switch plate 61 is rotated to a horizontal position as shown in fig. 4. At this time, the end of the latch body 2 is completely blocked by the first inductive switch plate 61, that is, the transition between the bending part 611 and the first switch plate body exceeds the position of the side edge of the latch body 2, and at the same time, the protrusion 66 of the fool-proof device 6 is completely matched with the groove structure of the latch body 2, so that the whole door body 1 is reliably in the door-opening state.
(2) When the door is closed, the door body 1 is lightly pushed by a hand, once the bending part 611 of the first inductive switch plate 61 is contacted with the door frame, the first inductive switch plate 61 reversely rotates around the inductive switch pin 64 under the action of the torsion spring 65 until the edge of the first inductive switch plate 61 gives up the space for the door latch to operate, as shown in fig. 3, the protrusion 66 of the fool-proof device 6 is separated from the groove structure of the door latch body 2, the whole door latch body 2 is completely in an unstressed state, and meanwhile, the compressed spiral spring 5 automatically resets due to no external acting force, so that the door latch is pushed to move leftwards until the door latch completely extends out, as shown in fig. 1, and finally the safe automatically closes the door.
In conclusion, the fool-proof device 6 with ingenious structure can effectively prevent the situation that the door latch is deformed and the door frame of the safe is damaged due to the fact that the door is closed in the door latch extending state after a user opens the door due to the action of external force or misoperation; when the door is closed, the door latch body 2 can be automatically reset under the action of the reset piece, so that the safe can be automatically closed by only slightly pushing the door body 1 and rotating the bent part 611 around the switch pin 64 under the action of the door frame without rotating a handle.
