Abstract
The invention provides a flexible adhesive for a polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the flexible adhesive comprises powder and liquid, wherein the powder comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight, 25-45 parts of cement, 5-25 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 25-45 parts of quartz powder, 2-10 parts of a water-retaining agent and a thickening agent: 4-12 parts; the liquid material comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 70-100 parts of acrylic emulsion, 5-25 parts of water and 0.5-5 parts of a defoaming agent; the flexible adhesive for the polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material provided by the invention overcomes the defects that the traditional adhesive for the polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material belongs to a rigid material and is easy to crack when being used for bonding lap seams of polyethylene polypropylene, and the waterproof effect of the polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material is influenced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of waterproof building materials, and particularly relates to a flexible adhesive for a polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material develops rapidly after being developed successfully in 1989, the adhesives used for the polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material at present are all cement-based adhesives which belong to rigid materials, and the lap joint edges are bonded by the adhesives, so that when the base layer deforms, the rigid lap joint edge adhesives are easy to crack, the lap joint edge of the polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material is easy to leak, and the whole waterproof engineering fails.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a flexible adhesive for a polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof, so as to overcome the phenomenon that the adhesive for the common polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material is easy to crack, prolong the service life of the adhesive for the polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material and greatly improve the safety of slope roof waterproofing. .

Preferably, the acrylic emulsion comprises 50-50 parts of 400 parts of emulsion and 30-35 parts of 707 emulsion.
Preferably, the cement is 42.5# ordinary portland cement; the coarse whiting is 800 meshes, and the mesh number of the quartz powder is 600 meshes.
Preferably, the water retention agent is polyacrylamide-acrylate copolymer cross-linked powder, and the thickening agent is methylcellulose powder.
Preferably, the defoaming agent is polydimethylsiloxane.

respectively metering acrylic emulsion, water and defoamer, adding the acrylic emulsion, the water and the defoamer into a stirring tank with blades, stirring for 20-30min, adding the defoamer, and continuing stirring; fully stirring to obtain liquid material.
Preferably, the cement, the coarse whiting, the quartz powder, the water-retaining agent and the thickening agent are respectively metered and then added into a stirring tank for mixing and stirring for 40-60 min; and respectively metering the acrylic emulsion, water and the defoaming agent, and then adding the acrylic emulsion, the water and the defoaming agent into a stirring tank with blades to stir for 30-40 min.
The invention also provides the application of the flexible adhesive of the polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material in waterproof buildings.
Compared with the prior art, the flexible adhesive for the polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material and the preparation method have the following advantages:
the flexible adhesive of the polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material provided by the invention has good adhesive property and better extensibility, has better adhesive property, better adaptability to base layer deformation capability and better ductility compared with the existing cement-based adhesive of the polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material, and is particularly suitable for roof and underground waterproof engineering with larger base layer change. Meanwhile, the raw materials are easy to obtain, the preparation process is simple and convenient, the construction is convenient, and the method is safe and reliable, so that the product has low comprehensive cost and is suitable for large-scale industrial production and wide application.
The comprehensive differences of the flexible adhesive of the polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material and the common cement-based adhesive in performance are shown in the following table 1.

The test reagents used in the following examples, unless otherwise specified, are all conventional biochemical reagents; the experimental methods are conventional methods unless otherwise specified.

Example 1
Respectively metering 30 parts of cement, 15 parts of triple superphosphate, 40 parts of quartz powder, 6 parts of water-retaining agent and 9 parts of thickening agent, adding the metered materials into a stirring tank for mixing and stirring, fully mixing for 40-60 min, discharging for later use, respectively metering 50 parts of 400 emulsion, 35 parts of 707 emulsion, 13 parts of water and 2 parts of defoaming agent, adding the metered materials into the stirring tank with blades for stirring for 30-40min, and adding the defoaming agent after stirring for 20-30 min. Fully stirring to obtain liquid material. And uniformly stirring the liquid material and the powder material according to the proportion of 1:3 in a construction site to obtain the flexible adhesive of the polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material.
Example 2
Respectively metering 35 parts of cement, 10 parts of triple superphosphate, 38 parts of quartz powder, 7 parts of water-retaining agent and 10 parts of thickening agent, adding the metered materials into a stirring tank for mixing and stirring, fully mixing for 40-60 min, discharging for later use, respectively metering 55 parts of 400 emulsion, 30 parts of 707 emulsion, 14 parts of water and 1 part of defoaming agent, adding the metered materials into the stirring tank with blades for stirring for 30-40min, and adding the defoaming agent after stirring for 20-30 min. Fully stirring to obtain liquid material. And uniformly stirring the liquid material and the powder material according to the proportion of 1:3 in a construction site to obtain the flexible adhesive of the polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material.
Example 3
Respectively metering 40 parts of cement, 20 parts of coarse whiting, 30 parts of quartz powder, 4 parts of water-retaining agent and 6 parts of thickening agent, adding the metered materials into a stirring tank, mixing and stirring, fully mixing for 40-60 min, discharging for later use, respectively metering 55 parts of 400 emulsion, 30 parts of 707 emulsion, 14 parts of water and 1 part of defoaming agent, adding the 400 emulsion, 707 emulsion and 14 parts of water into the stirring tank with blades, stirring for 30-40min, and adding the defoaming agent after stirring for 20-30 min. Fully stirring to obtain liquid material. And uniformly stirring the liquid material and the powder material according to the proportion of 1:3 in a construction site to obtain the flexible adhesive of the polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material.
Comparative example 1
By adopting the preparation method of the example 1, other components of the flexible adhesive for the polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material are not changed, and the 42.5# cement in the formula is changed into the 32.5# cement, so that the flexible adhesive for the polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material is obtained.
Comparative example 2
The preparation method of the example 1 is adopted, other components are not changed, 707 emulsion in the formula of the flexible adhesive for the polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material is completely changed into 400 emulsion, and the flexible adhesive for the polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material is obtained.
The results of the performance test of the products obtained in the above examples and comparative examples are shown in the following table.

mixing the liquid material and the powder material according to the weight ratio of 1 (1-6);
the emulsion comprises 50-55 parts of 400 emulsion and 30-35 parts of 707 emulsion; wherein the 400 emulsion is an acrylic emulsion; 707 the emulsion is a VAE vinyl acetate emulsion; the water-retaining agent is polyacrylamide-acrylate copolymerization cross-linked powder, and the thickening agent is methylcellulose powder; the defoaming agent is polydimethylsiloxane; the cement is 42.5# ordinary portland cement.
