本发明提供一种抗氧化塑料制品制作方法,塑料制品的按以下方法制得:a.将碳酸钙13份放进沸水中,酸钙∶沸水为2∶7,搅拌均匀形成稳定的混悬液,在搅拌的同时加入二辛酯9份、含聚苯硫醚8份,得到混合液;b.将除菌剂0.5‑1份、阻燃增塑剂0.5份、粘合剂3份混合在一起,研磨成粉末,除菌剂各组分按重量份计算为:香精1‑2份、润湿分散剂1‑2;c.向步骤a搅拌器中的混合液加入聚氯乙烯树脂25份、塑料用抗紫外线母料5份和步骤b中的粉末混合料混合均匀,然后送入成型机经熔融挤出,冷却后制得塑料制品。本发明由于添加有除菌剂,避免塑料制品被细菌污染,添加塑料用抗紫外线母料,抗紫外线损伤。

背景技术
现有的塑料制品,被各行业大量使用,但由于树脂本身性能决定,易被各种有害细菌污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足之处,提供一种韧性好、除细菌的抗氧化塑料制品制作方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种抗氧化塑料制品制作方法,塑料制品的按以下方法制得:
a.将碳酸钙13份放进沸水中,酸钙∶沸水为2∶7,搅拌均匀形成稳定的混悬液,然后将混悬液置于搅拌器中,继续搅拌50分钟,保持温度在100℃,在搅拌的同时加入二辛酯9份、含聚苯硫醚8份,得到混合液;
b.将除菌剂0.5-1份、阻燃增塑剂0.5份、粘合剂3份混合在一起,研磨成粉末,得到粉末混合料;所述除菌剂各组分按重量份计算为:香精1-2份、润湿分散剂1-2;
c.向步骤a搅拌器中的混合液加入聚氯乙烯树脂25份、塑料用抗紫外线母料5份和步骤b中的粉末混合料混合均匀,然后送入成型机经熔融挤出,冷却后制得塑料制品。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明由于添加有除菌剂,避免塑料制品被细菌污染,添加塑料用抗紫外线母料,抗紫外线损伤。

b.将除菌剂0.5-1份、阻燃增塑剂0.5份、粘合剂3份混合在一起,研磨成粉末,得到粉末混合料;所述除菌剂各组分按重量份计算为:香精1-2份、润湿分散剂1-2;
c.向步骤a搅拌器中的混合液加入聚氯乙烯树脂25份、塑料用抗紫外线母料5份和步骤b中的粉末混合料混合均匀,然后送入成型机经熔融挤出,冷却后制得塑料制品。
