Abstract
本发明提供一种透水砖的制备方法,本发明将石子磨去风化层,提高了砖块的抗风化性,防止粉化,提高了强度。将石子磨成苍蝇头状,使得石子之间留有孔隙,使得砖块具有透水性,而且苍蝇头状的石子互相咬合,强度高。进一步的加入碳纤维提高了砖块的强度,将碳纤维表面用亲水性环氧树脂包裹,水沿着碳纤维渗透,提高了砖块的透水性,当树脂老化了,碳纤维仍能保持砖块足够的强度,而且树脂残留的孔隙可以增加透水性。

技术领域
本发明涉及透水砖领域,尤其涉及一种透水砖的制备方法。
背景技术
目前城市广场、商业街、人行道、社区活动地、停车场等的地面主要用花岗岩、大理石、釉面砖、水泥和柏油等不透水的材质铺设,不透水的地面对城市环境的危害非常大。下雨时,不透水地面完全阻止了雨水直接渗透入地,满地积水使人们的出行变得很不方便;宝贵的水资源最后随着排水管道流走,加重了城市排水设施的负担;雨水的大量流失导致地下水位难以回升,直接影响到城市植被的健康,使得城市中的地表植物难以正常生长,加重市政绿化负担;雨水的大量流失进一步加重城市的干旱、缺水问题。
目前,人们逐渐意识到了上述问题的严重性,也研究开发出了一些透水砖。但是,尽管现有的透水砖能够在一定程度上解决排水困难的问题,大量的雨水直接通过透水砖渗透进入道路的地基,容易造成地基的松动,会对道路造成一定程度的破坏。
又要使得雨水透过砖块,又不能水流过急,影响地基,需要研制稳定透水的透水砖。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种透水砖的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种透水砖的制备方法,其特征在于,骤为:
(1)将石子清洗,过滤,去除污泥;
(2)将清洗后的石子进行磨制,磨去石子的风化层,并磨成苍蝇头状;
(2)将磨制好的石子与粘结剂混合均匀,压制成型,固化,即得透水砖。
所述磨成石子的长度为0.5-2.5cm。
所述粘结剂为水泥、硅酸盐和磷酸盐中的一种或多种。
所述粘结剂的含量为15-18wt%。
在原料中加入3-4wt%的碳纤维,碳纤维的长度为5-6cm。
将碳纤维与亲水性环氧树脂按重量比为1:1混合均匀,再加入。
本发明的优点是:本发明将石子磨去风化层,提高了砖块的抗风化性,防止粉化,提高了强度。将石子磨成苍蝇头状,使得石子之间留有孔隙,使得砖块具有透水性,而且苍蝇头状的石子互相咬合,强度高。进一步的加入碳纤维提高了砖块的强度,将碳纤维表面用亲水性环氧树脂包裹,水沿着碳纤维渗透,提高了砖块的透水性,当树脂老化了,碳纤维仍能保持砖块足够的强度,而且树脂残留的孔隙可以增加透水性。
具体实施方式
一种透水砖的制备方法,其特征在于,骤为:
(1)将石子清洗,过滤,去除污泥;
(2)将清洗后的石子进行磨制,磨去石子的风化层,并磨成苍蝇头状;
(2)将磨制好的石子与粘结剂混合均匀,压制成型,固化,即得透水砖。
所述磨成石子的长度为0.5-2.5cm。
所述粘结剂为水泥、硅酸盐和磷酸盐中的一种或多种。
所述粘结剂的含量为16wt%。
在原料中加入3-4wt%的碳纤维,碳纤维的长度为5-6cm。
将碳纤维与亲水性环氧树脂按重量比为1:1混合均匀,再加入。

1.一种透水砖的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
(1)将石子清洗,过滤,去除污泥;
(2)将清洗后的石子进行磨制,磨去石子的风化层,并磨成苍蝇头状;
(2)将磨制好的石子与粘结剂混合均匀,压制成型,固化,即得透水砖。
2.如权利要求1所述透水砖的制备方法,其特征在于,所述磨成石子的长度为0.5-2.5cm。
3.如权利要求1所述透水砖的制备方法,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为水泥、硅酸盐和磷酸盐中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述透水砖的制备方法,其特征在于,所述粘结剂的含量为15-18wt%。
5.如权利要求1所述透水砖的制备方法,其特征在于,在原料中加入3-4wt%的碳纤维,碳纤维的长度为5-6cm。
6.如权利要求5所述透水砖的制备方法,其特征在于,将碳纤维与亲水性环氧树脂按重量比为1:1混合均匀,再加入。
