Abstract
本发明公开了一种隔热隔音钛合金板,包括:上钛合金板、下钛合金板和隔热硅胶板,所述隔热硅胶板压合在所述上钛合金板与下钛合金板之间,所述隔热硅胶板内开设有若干个空腔,所述空腔内填充有吸音岩棉,并且所述上钛合金板和下钛合金板的外表面上均附着有降温涂料层,所述降温涂料层是由热反射涂料喷涂在所述上钛合金板、下钛合金板的外面上所形成的。通过上述方式,本发明钛合金板具有优异的隔热和隔音性能,可广泛适用于装饰领域中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及钛合金制品领域,特别是涉及一种隔热隔音钛合金板。
背景技术
钛合金板具有质量轻、比强度高、耐腐蚀性好的特点,广泛应用在航天航空业、船舶潜艇制造业、汽车工业等领域中,目前已经逐步应用到家居装饰领域中。但现有的装饰用钛合金板一般不具有隔热性能且隔音效果差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防火隔音钛合金板,具有优异隔热、隔音性能,能解决现有装饰用钛合金板存在的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种隔热隔音钛合金板,包括:上钛合金板、下钛合金板和隔热硅胶板,所述隔热硅胶板压合在所述上钛合金板与下钛合金板之间,所述隔热硅胶板内开设有若干个空腔,所述空腔内填充有吸音岩棉,并且所述上钛合金板和下钛合金板的外表面上均附着有降温涂料层,所述降温涂料层是由热反射涂料喷涂在所述上钛合金板、下钛合金板的外面上所形成的。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热反射涂料包括的原料成分及其质量份数为:丙烯酸45-50份、钛白粉8-12份、重质碳酸钙10-15份、玻璃微珠5-10份、分散剂2-5份、流平剂4-7份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述降温涂料层的厚度为0.1-0.5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述若干个空腔呈腰鼓形。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在上、下钛合金板之间压合有隔热硅胶板、在上、下钛合金板外表面附着降温涂料层,并在隔热硅胶板内填充有吸音岩棉,使其具有优异隔热、隔音性能,可提高其在装饰领域中的使用性能。

本发明实施例包括:
一种隔热隔音钛合金板,包括:上钛合金板、下钛合金板和隔热硅胶板,所述隔热硅胶板压合在所述上钛合金板与下钛合金板之间,所述隔热硅胶板内开设有若干个呈腰鼓形的空腔,所述空腔内填充有吸音岩棉,并且所述上钛合金板和下钛合金板的外表面上均附着有降温涂料层,所述降温涂料层是由热反射涂料喷涂在所述上钛合金板、下钛合金板的外面上所形成的。
其中,所述热反射涂料包括的原料成分及其质量份数为:丙烯酸48份、钛白粉9份、重质碳酸钙12份、玻璃微珠7份、分散剂2.5份、流平剂5.5份。
优选地,所述降温涂料层的厚度为0.1-0.5mm。
本发明揭示了一种隔热隔音钛合金板,在上、下钛合金板之间压合有隔热硅胶板、在上、下钛合金板外表面附着降温涂料层,并在隔热硅胶板内填充有吸音岩棉,使其具有优异隔热、隔音性能,可提高其在装饰领域中的使用性能。

Claims (4)
1.一种隔热隔音钛合金板,其特征在于,包括:上钛合金板、下钛合金板和隔热硅胶板,所述隔热硅胶板压合在所述上钛合金板与下钛合金板之间,所述隔热硅胶板内开设有若干个空腔,所述空腔内填充有吸音岩棉,并且所述上钛合金板和下钛合金板的外表面上均附着有降温涂料层,所述降温涂料层是由热反射涂料喷涂在所述上钛合金板、下钛合金板的外面上所形成的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热隔音钛合金板,其特征在于,所述热反射涂料包括的原料成分及其质量份数为:丙烯酸45-50份、钛白粉8-12份、重质碳酸钙10-15份、玻璃微珠5-10份、分散剂2-5份、流平剂4-7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔热隔音钛合金板,其特征在于,所述降温涂料层的厚度为0.1-0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隔热隔音钛合金板,其特征在于,所述若干个空腔呈腰鼓形。
