本发明公开了一种防火隔音钛合金板,包括:钛合金板基体、附着在所述钛合金板基体外表面的防火层,所述钛合金板基体内开设有若干个圆形空腔,所述圆形空腔内填充有吸音岩棉,所述防火层是由防火涂料喷涂在所述钛合金板基体表面形成的,所述防火涂料包括的原料成分及其质量份数为:聚磷酸氨15‑20份、丙烯酸树脂22‑28份、氢氧化铝12‑18份、碳酸钙8‑14份、阻燃剂5‑10份、水20‑25份。通过上述方式,本发明钛合金板具有优异的阻燃防火和隔音性能,可广泛适用于装饰领域中。

技术领域
本发明涉及钛合金制品领域,特别是涉及一种防火隔音钛合金板。
背景技术
钛合金板具有质量轻、比强度高、耐腐蚀性好的特点,广泛应用在航天航空业、船舶潜艇制造业、汽车工业等领域中,目前已经逐步应用到家居装饰领域中。但现有的装饰用钛合金板一般都不具有防火及隔音性能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防火隔音钛合金板,具有优异的阻燃防火及隔音性能,能解决现有装饰用钛合金板存在的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防火隔音钛合金板,包括:钛合金板基体、附着在所述钛合金板基体外表面的防火层,所述钛合金板基体内开设有若干个圆形空腔,所述圆形空腔内填充有吸音岩棉,所述防火层是由防火涂料喷涂在所述钛合金板基体表面形成的,所述防火涂料包括的原料成分及其质量份数为:聚磷酸氨15-20份、丙烯酸树脂22-28份、氢氧化铝12-18份、碳酸钙8-14份、阻燃剂5-10份、水20-25份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防火层的厚度为0.5-1.5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述圆形空腔的数量为5-10个/平方米。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述圆形空腔的直径为10-20cm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在钛合金板基体外表面附着有防火层,在钛合金板基体内开设有空腔,在空间内填充有吸音岩棉,使钛合金板具有良好的阻燃防火及吸音性能,可提高其在装饰领域中的使用性能。

其中,所述防火层的厚度为0.5mm。
所述圆形空腔的直径为10cm,数量为10个/平方米。
实施例二:
一种防火隔音钛合金板,包括:钛合金板基体、附着在所述钛合金板基体外表面的防火层,所述钛合金板基体内开设有若干个圆形空腔,所述圆形空腔内填充有吸音岩棉,所述防火层是由防火涂料喷涂在所述钛合金板基体表面形成的,所述防火涂料包括的原料成分及其质量份数为:聚磷酸氨18份、丙烯酸树脂22份、氢氧化铝14份、碳酸钙9份、阻燃剂6份、水22份。
其中,所述防火层的厚度为1mm。
所述圆形空腔的直径为15cm,数量为7个/平方米。
实施例三:
一种防火隔音钛合金板,包括:钛合金板基体、附着在所述钛合金板基体外表面的防火层,所述钛合金板基体内开设有若干个圆形空腔,所述圆形空腔内填充有吸音岩棉,所述防火层是由防火涂料喷涂在所述钛合金板基体表面形成的,所述防火涂料包括的原料成分及其质量份数为:聚磷酸氨20份、丙烯酸树脂27份、氢氧化铝16份、碳酸钙12份、阻燃剂5份、水24份。
其中,所述防火层的厚度为1.5mm。
所述圆形空腔的直径为20cm,数量为5个/平方米。
本发明揭示了一种防火隔音钛合金板,在钛合金板基体外表面附着有防火层,在钛合金板基体内开设有空腔,在空间内填充有吸音岩棉,使钛合金板具有良好的阻燃防火及吸音性能,可提高其在装饰领域中的使用性能。
