本发明公开一种PETG薄膜表面处理工艺,以厚度为0.5‑1mmPETG薄膜为基板,首先将厚度为0.5‑1mmPETG薄膜的基板两面撕去保护膜层并进行除静电工艺,再悬挂并用快干清洗剂进行除尘处理;第二,淋涂:从上到下进行淋涂并进行紫外线光固化涂料;第三,烘干处理工艺:在温度30‑50摄氏度环境下经过5‑10分钟烘干处理;第四,最后经过波长395微米LED灯低温处理成型。本发明PETG薄膜表面处理工艺后的PETG薄膜表面硬度大大提高到4H‑8H(硬度单位),从而克服了目前普通PETG薄膜表面由于硬度不够而容易被划伤、划痕的缺点,通过本发明处理后的PETG薄膜表面处理可以用于家具表面的装饰,从而大大提高了PETG薄膜的使用范围。

PETG薄膜表面处理工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造板制作工艺,尤其涉及一种超亚光人造板制作工艺。
背景技术
PETG 热收缩膜是一种高性能收缩膜,有大于75%的最终收缩率,可制成复杂外形容器的包装,具有高吸塑力,高透明度,高光泽,低雾度,易于印刷,不易脱落,存储时自然收缩率低的优点,应用于饮料瓶、食品和化装品的收缩包装及电子产品等的收缩标签。其中双向拉伸的PETG 膜适用于高档包装、印刷、电子电器、电缆包扎、绝缘材料以及各种工业领域的优质基材。单向拉伸PETG 热收缩薄膜适用于各种罐装、聚酯瓶、各种容器等外用标签。与PVC 收缩膜相比,PETG 收缩膜还具有环保的优点。其制品高度透明,抗冲击性能优异,加工成型性能极佳,能够按照设计者的意图进行任意形状的设计,可采用传统的挤出、注塑、吹塑及吸塑等成型方法,可以广泛用于板材、片材、高性能收缩膜、瓶用及异型材等市场。但是目前生产出来的普通的PETG 热收缩膜表面硬度不够,容易划伤,并留下划痕,影响产品的装饰性,因此目前PETG热收缩膜不能用于家具的表面装饰。
因此,有必要提供一种将现有的PETG薄膜进行处理的工艺,以克服现有技术的缺点与不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种PETG薄膜表面处理工艺,本发明使得目前普通的PETG薄膜表面硬度大大提高,使得PETG薄膜表面显著提高抗划伤能力,从而可以使用本发明产品可以用于家具表面的装饰。
为实现该目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种PETG薄膜表面处理工艺,以厚度为0.5-1mmPETG薄膜为基板,首先将厚度为0.5-1mmPETG薄膜的基板两面撕去保护膜层并进行除静电工艺,再悬挂并用快干清洗剂进行除尘处理;
第二,淋涂:从上到下进行淋涂并进行紫外线光固化涂料;
第三,烘干处理工艺:在温度30-50摄氏度环境下经过5-10分钟烘干处理;
第四,最后经过波长395微米LED灯低温处理成型。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备如下优点:
本发明PETG薄膜表面处理工艺后的PETG薄膜表面硬度大大提高到4H-8H(硬度单位),从而克服了目前普通PETG薄膜表面由于硬度不够而容易被划伤、划痕的缺点,通过本发明处理后的PETG薄膜表面处理可以用于家具表面的装饰,从而大大提高了PETG薄膜的使用范围。

首先将厚度为0.5-1mmPETG薄膜的基板两面撕去保护膜层并进行除静电工艺,再悬挂并用快干清洗剂进行除尘处理;
第二,淋涂:从上到下进行淋涂并进行紫外线光固化涂料;
第三,烘干处理工艺:在温度30-50摄氏度环境下经过5-10分钟烘干处理;
第四,最后经过波长395微米LED灯低温处理成型。
