本发明公开了一种储存输送装置,涉及输送设备技术领域,本发明包括储存罐,储存罐顶部设置有进料口,储存罐底部设置有出料口,出料口连接有输送搅拌机构,储存罐内设置有横向搅拌组件,横向搅拌组件包括横向搅拌轴,横向搅拌轴一端延伸出储存罐连接有搅拌电机,存罐内的横向搅拌轴上设置有横向搅拌组件A和横向搅拌组件B,横向搅拌组件A包括堆成设置在横向搅拌轴的竖直杆,竖直杆上设置有多个搅拌片,储存罐内壁上螺旋缠绕有加热电阻丝,储存罐下端靠近出料口处设置有多个辅助下料机构,本发明具有结构简单、搅拌效果好、混合均匀及防堵塞的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及二极管技术领域,更具体的是涉及一种储存输送装置。
背景技术
有机肥主要来源于植物和或动物,施于土壤以提供植物营养为其主要功能的含碳物料。经生物物质、动植物废弃物、植物残体加工而来,消除了其中的有毒有害物质,富含大量有益物质,包括:多种有机酸、肽类以及包括氮、磷、钾在内的丰富的营养元素。不仅能为农作物提供全面营养,而且肥效长,可增加和更新土壤有机质,促进微生物繁殖,改善土壤的理化性质和生物活性,是绿色食品生产的主要养分。
有机肥在生产过程中需要用到成套的有机肥生产线设备,其中就需要用到输送机,但是现有的输送机只起到单纯的输送作用,不能对物料进行搅拌混合均匀,故需要设计一个集料斗用于收集物料,进而方便搅拌均匀,但是在集料斗物料存在结块或板结的现象,影响物料从收集斗中正常输出。
如何解决上述技术问题成了本领域技术人员的努力方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种储存输送装置。
本发明为了实现上述目,具体采用以下技术方案:
一种储存输送装置,包括储存罐,储存罐顶部设置有进料口,储存罐底部设置有出料口,出料口连接有输送搅拌机构,储存罐内设置有横向搅拌组件,横向搅拌组件包括横向搅拌轴,横向搅拌轴一端延伸出储存罐连接有搅拌电机,存罐内的横向搅拌轴上设置有横向搅拌组件A和横向搅拌组件B,横向搅拌组件A包括堆成设置在横向搅拌轴的竖直杆,竖直杆上设置有多个搅拌片,储存罐内壁上螺旋缠绕有加热电阻丝,储存罐下端靠近出料口处设置有多个辅助下料机构。
进一步地,横向搅拌组件B设置在横向搅拌轴的末端,横向搅拌组件B包括多个设置有镂空孔的搅拌叶。
进一步地,每个辅助下料机构均包括安装座及振动板,所述的安装座设置在壳体外壁上,安装座通过多根复位弹簧连接有振动底座,振动底座上安装有振动电机,所述的振动板设置在壳体内壁上,振动板上水平设置有连接杆,所述的连接杆穿过壳体壁和安装座与振动底座连接。
进一步地,所述的输送搅拌机构包括水平设置的搅拌输送筒体,搅拌输送筒体上端设置有与出料口连通的进料口A、搅拌输送筒体下端设置有出料口A。
进一步地,搅拌输送筒体内设置有搅拌输送轴,搅拌输送轴一端延伸出搅拌输送筒体与搅拌电机连接,搅拌轴包括搅拌轴和推进轴,搅拌轴和推进轴通过联轴器连接,搅拌轴上设置有多个异形搅拌片,推进轴上设置有螺旋推进叶片。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明结构简单,在工作时,震动源和储存罐不直接连接,由振动板和储存罐内物料直接接触,动力消耗少,因此运行成本低,对于粘性大、板结严重的物料防拱效果好,开启辅助下料机构在卸料时所有物料均向卸料口流动,不存在“死区”,料位均匀下降,卸料流动稳定均匀。成理想的料流形态应整体流动,这样保证了物料以先进先出的顺序均匀卸出,而且具有卸料速率稳定,卸料密度均匀。
2、横向搅拌组件A和横向搅拌组件B的配合增加了搅拌效率。
3、横向搅拌组件B包括多个设置有镂空孔的搅拌叶,镂空孔的设置在搅拌时减小了阻力,同时起到缓冲、减压的作用,有利于干混砂浆的均匀混合,多重防离析,提高干混砂浆的质量。
4、输送搅拌机构内搅拌轴分成两段,一端为输送搅拌轴,另一端为搅拌叶片,这种结构的设计有效的增加了待输送物料的输送和搅拌均匀,这种两段式的轴结构方便拆卸,在其中一端损坏后可以重新部分替换,不用整体替换,节约成本。

如图1到4所示,本实施例提供一种储存输送装置,包括储存罐4,其特征在于,储存罐4顶部设置有进料口1,储存罐4底部设置有出料口3,出料口3连接有输送搅拌机构5,储存罐4内设置有横向搅拌组件7,横向搅拌组件7包括横向搅拌轴7-1,横向搅拌轴7-1一端延伸出储存罐4连接有搅拌电机6,存罐4内的横向搅拌轴7-1上设置有横向搅拌组件A7-3和横向搅拌组件B7-2,横向搅拌组件A7-3包括堆成设置在横向搅拌轴7-1的竖直杆7-3.1,竖直杆7-3.1上设置有多个搅拌片7-3.2,储存罐4内壁上螺旋缠绕有加热电阻丝8,储存罐4下端靠近出料口3处设置有多个辅助下料机构2。
横向搅拌组件B7-2设置在横向搅拌轴7-1的末端,横向搅拌组件B7-2包括多个设置有镂空孔的搅拌叶7-2.1。
实施例2
本实施例是在实施1的基础上做了进一步优化,具体是:
每个辅助下料机构2均包括安装座2-4及振动板2-5,所述的安装座2-4设置在壳体4外壁上,安装座2-4通过多根复位弹簧2-2连接有振动底座2-1.1,振动底座2-1.1上安装有振动电机2-1,所述的振动板2-5设置在壳体4内壁上,振动板2-5上水平设置有连接杆2-3,所述的连接杆2-3穿过壳体4壁和安装座2-4与振动底座2-1.1连接。
所述的输送搅拌机构5包括水平设置的搅拌输送筒体5-3,搅拌输送筒体5-3上端设置有与出料口3连通的进料口A5-1、搅拌输送筒体5-3下端设置有出料口A5-4。
实施例3
本实施例是在实施例1或2的基础上做了进一步优化,具体是:
搅拌输送筒体5-3内设置有搅拌输送轴5-2,搅拌输送轴5-2一端延伸出搅拌输送筒体5-3与搅拌电机5-8连接,搅拌轴5-2包括搅拌轴5-2.1和推进轴5-2.2,搅拌轴5-2.1和推进轴5-2.2通过联轴器5-6连接,搅拌轴5-2.1上设置有多个异形搅拌片5-5,推进轴5-2.2上设置有螺旋推进叶片5-7。

2.根据权利要求1所述的储存输送装置,特征在于,横向搅拌组件B(7-2)设置在横向搅拌轴(7-1)的末端,横向搅拌组件B(7-2)包括多个设置有镂空孔的搅拌叶(7-2.1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的储存输送装置,特征在于,每个辅助下料机构(2)均包括安装座(2-4)及振动板(2-5),所述的安装座(2-4)设置在壳体(4)外壁上,安装座(2-4)通过多根复位弹簧(2-2)连接有振动底座(2-1.1),振动底座(2-1.1)上安装有振动电机(2-1),所述的振动板(2-5)设置在壳体(4)内壁上,振动板(2-5)上水平设置有连接杆(2-3),所述的连接杆(2-3)穿过壳体(4)壁和安装座(2-4)与振动底座(2-1.1)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的储存输送装置,其特征在于,所述的输送搅拌机构(5)包括水平设置的搅拌输送筒体(5-3),搅拌输送筒体(5-3)上端设置有与出料口(3)连通的进料口A(5-1)、搅拌输送筒体(5-3)下端设置有出料口A(5-4)。
