本发明公开了一种多滤芯过滤器，它是在一个多滤芯过滤器的顶盖上用支座安装有一台电机，在电机轴上沿滤壳中轴线向滤壳内安装有一根转轴，转轴的下端密封转动通过滤芯安装盘于进液腔中部用三通向下连接有一根随转轴转动的反冲洗管，在三通的旁通上连接一根可与安装盘上任意一个滤芯连接孔用吸盘对接的旁通管，在反冲洗管的下端转动密封配合向下封头外连接有一个排污阀，在下封头上排污阀的另一侧安装有一个手动排污阀，在进液管上方的滤壳外壁上安装有一个控制柜，在出液管上方的滤壳外壁上安装有一个压差传感器，在顶盖上面靠一侧安装有一个与滤壳内连通的排气阀。具有反冲洗功能，可有效提高工作效率，降低维修量和维修成本。

技术领域：
本发明涉及过滤器，特别是一种具有反冲洗功能的多滤芯过滤器。
背景技术：
现有的多滤芯过滤器，是在一个立式滤壳内高于进液管、低于出液管安装有一块滤芯安装盘，在安装盘上沿圆心于周边半径中间均布有至少四个滤芯连接孔，在各滤芯连接孔上面分别安装有一个滤芯，各滤芯的上端分别安装在一块与滤壳顶盖连接的吊板上，在顶盖上安装有一个排气管，在滤壳顶盖连接的吊板上，在顶盖上安装有一个排气管，在滤壳的下封头上引出有一根排污管。这种结构，显然具有过滤面积大，适用范围广的优点。但是存在的主要缺陷是各滤芯的纳污量小没有设置反冲洗装置，易发生堵塞，清洗难度大，维修成本高。
