本实用新型涉及一种水处理过滤装置。
背景技术
目前在水处理领域中，对水过滤主要采用罐体压力过滤和填料无压重力过滤，其滤料大部分呈水平分布，其主要缺点：水中悬浮物很快沉淀在滤料的表面，从而使过流面积减少，堵塞流水通道，必须要停机进行反冲洗，需要建设大型的鼓风机房，以及反冲洗泵房，并且一段时间就要更换滤料，运行能耗高，操作强度大，占地面积很大，土建费用高，单位吨水成本较高。在水处理技术领域中转盘式过滤装置的应用越来越广泛，具有处理效果好，水质水量稳定，运行维护简单方便等优点。需要一种自动化程度高，占地面积较小的高效水处理过滤装置。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有自动化程度高，设备的运行维护更方便，占地面积较小的水处理过滤装置。
本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案实现：
一种水处理过滤装置，由过滤装置外壳、过滤系统和清洗系统组成，其特征在于：所述的过滤系统由转盘滤网、中心转筒和驱动电机构成，所述的清洗系统由依次用管道连接的清洗泵、清洗管和清洗喷头构成。
所述过滤装置外壳底部安装有排空管。
所述排污槽连接排污管。
进水管连接排污槽，排污槽与中心转筒相通，转盘滤网内部与中心转筒相通。进水管进入原水后，由于转盘滤网内外的压力差，使水通过滤网，悬浮物被截留在中心转筒内，完成对污水的过滤；当中心转筒内悬浮物截留多以后，启动清洗泵，通过清洗喷头对转盘滤网进行清洗，排污槽水位上升，悬浮物通过排污管溢流出，完成清洗进入过滤状态。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下的优点和有益效果：本实用新型一种水处理过滤装置，由于转盘滤网较薄，非常容易冲洗干净，总体的清洗水量也较少；过滤装置的转盘滤网清洗时可连续过滤，省去许多传统滤池需要的反冲洗水池、水塔等，设备简单紧凑，附属设备少。

实施例：如图1、图2所示，本实用新型由过滤装置外壳（1）、过滤系统和清洗系统组成，所述的过滤系统由转盘滤网（2）、中心转筒（12）和驱动电机（5）构成，所述的清洗系统由依次用管道连接的清洗泵（4）、清洗管（6）和清洗喷头（7）构成。
所述过滤装置外壳（1）底部安装有排空管（8）。
所述排污槽（10）连接排污管（9）。
本实用新型装置运行时：原水通过进水管（11）进入过滤装置，由于进水管（11）连接排污槽（10），排污槽（10）与中心转筒（12）相通，转盘滤网（2）内部与中心转筒（12）相通，进水管（11）进入原水后，由于转盘滤网（2）内外的压力差，使水通过滤网，悬浮物被截留在中心转筒（12）内，完成对污水的过滤；当中心转筒（12）内悬浮物截留多以后，启动清洗泵（4），通过清洗喷头（7）对转盘滤网（2）进行清洗，排污槽（10）水位上升，悬浮物通过排污管（9）溢流出，完成清洗进入过滤状态。
