本发明公开了一种医用敷料及其制备工艺,医用敷料组分按重量份数包括甘油20‑40份、透明质酸钠10‑20份、卡波姆5‑15份、海藻酸钙纤维3‑9份、纳米银2‑6份、聚氧乙烯1‑6份、烷基苯磺酸4‑12份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚10‑20份、环丝氨酸8‑18份、糜蛋白酶2‑8份以及胶原蛋白粉10‑20份。本发明制备工艺简单,制得的医用敷料抗菌效果好,可有效防止伤口被感染。

本发明涉及医用敷料制备技术领域,具体为一种医用敷料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
皮肤是是人体最大的器官,皮肤覆盖全身,并与外界环境接触,起着保护机体的屏障作用,它使体内各种组织和器官免受物理性、机械性、化学性和病原微生物性的侵袭,例如防止水分、电解质和血浆蛋白的丢失,抵御细菌侵入,防止毒物进入,抵挡机械性损伤,防止紫外线照射对人体的伤害等。此外,皮肤还具有感觉、分泌、排泄和体温调节等生理学功能。因此,皮肤无论是溃疡伤口还是各种烧伤、擦伤等都应尽快得到护理,使皮肤恢复组织和功能,在这方面敷料起着重要作用。现有技术中的敷料制作复杂、抗菌效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医用敷料及其制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种医用敷料,医用敷料组分按重量份数包括甘油20-40份、透明质酸钠10-20份、卡波姆5-15份、海藻酸钙纤维3-9份、纳米银2-6份、聚氧乙烯1-6份、烷基苯磺酸4-12份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份、环丝氨酸8-18份、糜蛋白酶2-8份以及胶原蛋白粉10-20份。
优选的,医用敷料组分优选的成分配比包括甘油30份、透明质酸钠15份、卡波姆10份、海藻酸钙纤维6份、纳米银4份、聚氧乙烯4份、烷基苯磺酸8份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚15份、环丝氨酸13份、糜蛋白酶5份以及胶原蛋白粉15份。
优选的,其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将卡波姆、海藻酸钙纤维、纳米银、聚氧乙烯、烷基苯磺酸、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚混合后加入搅拌釜中低速搅拌,速率为200转/分,时间为10min,得到混合物A;
B、将环丝氨酸、糜蛋白酶、胶原蛋白粉混合后加入混炼机中混炼,混炼过程中加入混合物A,时间为20min,得到混合物B;
C、在混合物B中加入甘油、透明质酸钠,在无菌环境下充分搅拌,静置2h后即得到医用敷料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备工艺简单,制得的医用敷料抗菌效果好,可有效防止伤口被感染;其中,添加的纳米银、聚氧乙烯,能够延长抗菌时间;添加的海藻酸钙纤维和糜蛋白酶能够进一步提高抗菌效果;此外,本发明采用的制备工艺能够确保各材料组分充分混合,防止有效成分流失,经过实验得到,本发明制得的医用敷料抗菌率达到99.9%。

本实施例的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将卡波姆、海藻酸钙纤维、纳米银、聚氧乙烯、烷基苯磺酸、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚混合后加入搅拌釜中低速搅拌,速率为200转/分,时间为10min,得到混合物A;

本实施例的制备工艺包括以下步骤:

1.一种医用敷料,其特征在于:医用敷料组分按重量份数包括甘油20-40份、透明质酸钠10-20份、卡波姆5-15份、海藻酸钙纤维3-9份、纳米银2-6份、聚氧乙烯1-6份、烷基苯磺酸4-12份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份、环丝氨酸8-18份、糜蛋白酶2-8份以及胶原蛋白粉10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用敷料,其特征在于:医用敷料组分优选的成分配比包括甘油30份、透明质酸钠15份、卡波姆10份、海藻酸钙纤维6份、纳米银4份、聚氧乙烯4份、烷基苯磺酸8份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚15份、环丝氨酸13份、糜蛋白酶5份以及胶原蛋白粉15份。
