Abstract
本发明是一种用于创面治疗的新型生物抗菌敷料,特别是用于人体皮肤烧伤、烫伤和褥疮等创面的治疗。本发明新型生物敷料主要包含紫草提取液、壳聚糖、醋酸氯己定、乳酸和水。本发明技术具有制备工艺简单、成本低和使用方便等优点。本发明的生物抗菌敷料具有良好的消炎抗菌、促进细胞生长、促进伤口愈合等功能,无刺激,无毒副作用,不易产生耐药性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于创面治疗的的新型生物抗菌敷料,特别是用于人体皮肤烧伤、烫伤和褥疮等创面的治疗。
背景技术
皮肤是人体最大的器官,主要承担着保护身体、排汗、感觉冷热和压力等功能;皮肤覆盖全身,是人体的第一层天然屏蔽,它使体内各种组织和器官免受物理性、机械性、化学性和病原微生物性的侵袭。而烧伤、烫烧后,皮肤被破坏,创面非常容易感染,常见引起感染的细菌为金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌杆菌和大肠杆菌等,以及并发的真菌感染,如白色念珠菌。近些年来,烧伤后感染成为严重烧伤的主要死亡原因,因此烧伤感染的防治成为了烧伤治疗的关键。
褥疮也称为压力性溃疡、压疮,是由于局部组织长期受压,而发生持续缺血、缺氧、营养不良的现象,致使皮肤失去正常功能,从而引起组织破损和坏死。褥疮若不及时进行治疗,会引起创面扩大,造成周围组织糜烂,极易引起感染。因此,治疗褥疮必须从抗菌、活血方面着手。
为了控制病菌感染,人类发明并使用抗生素。然而随着抗生素的滥用,很多细菌对抗生素产生了耐药性。因此寻求天然的生物材料,研究安全、有效的生物抗菌敷料是该领域的发展方向和趋势。
本发明由紫草提取液、壳聚糖、醋酸氯己定、乳酸和水组成,对临床常见菌具有良好的杀灭作用,而且本身不易引发耐药性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于创面治疗的新型抗菌敷料,其适用于人体皮肤烧伤、烫伤和褥疮等创面的治疗,具有消炎抗菌、促进细胞生长、促进伤口愈合的作用。
本发明涉及的一种用于创面治疗的以紫草提取液和壳聚糖为主要组成的新型抗菌敷料是通过以下技术方案实现的:
生物抗菌敷料各组分的含量:
a.紫草提取液:0.1%~6.5%
b.壳聚糖:0.1%~4%
c.乳酸:0.05%~1.4%
d.醋酸氯己定:0.05%~1.2%
e.水:86.9%~99.7%。
该新型抗菌敷料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a.向一定量的水中加入一定量的壳聚糖,搅拌使得壳聚糖充分润湿后,缓慢加入一定量的乳酸,搅拌混匀制得溶液A;
b.将一定量的醋酸氯己定溶于一定量的水中,制得溶液B;
c.将紫草提取液、溶液A及溶液B混合搅拌得到均匀混合液C,搅拌混匀并分装在容器中,即制得本发明所述的敷料。
本发明依据:紫草提取液作用中富含紫草素、异紫草素等成分,结构属于萘醌类。紫草素及其衍生物具有很强的抑菌、调节免疫、抗肿瘤和保肝等作用。该提取液能够渗透至皮肤中,具有促进皮肤再生、收敛肌肤、滋润肌肤等功效。
所使用的壳聚糖为甲壳素精制、脱乙酰后的产物,脱乙酰度大于85%。
采用的醋酸氯己定是一种阳离子表面活性剂,具有抗菌谱广、抗菌作用较强的特点,对多数革兰阳性及阴性细菌都有杀灭作用,对真菌也有效。而且起效迅速。作用持久;对组织无刺激性,几乎不被机体吸收,无毒副作用,长期使用也不产生抗药性。
壳聚糖与醋酸氯己定复配时达到协同增效的杀菌目的。
乳酸具有良好的生物相容性,刺激性小,本身也具有一定的抗菌作用,而此处添加的目的主要是用来溶解壳聚糖。
本发明由紫草提取液、壳聚糖、醋酸氯己定、乳酸和水组成,对临床常见菌具有良好的杀灭作用,而且本身不易引发耐药性。

上述实施例的生物抗菌敷料对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和白色念珠菌的杀菌率均大于90%。
Claims (4)
1.用于创面治疗的新型生物抗菌敷料,其特征在于,由以下组分按所述质量百分比组成:
a.紫草提取液:0.1%~6.5%
b.壳聚糖:0.1%~4%
c.乳酸:0.05%~1.4%
d.醋酸氯己定:0.05%~1.2%
e.水:86.9%~99.7%。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于创面治疗的新型生物抗菌敷料,其特征在于所述的壳聚糖的脱乙酰度大于85%。
3.如权利要求1所用于创面治疗的新型生物抗菌敷料,其特征在于所述的水为灭菌注射用水。
4.如权利要求1所述的用面治疗的新型生物抗菌敷料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
a.向一定量的水中加入一定量的壳聚糖,搅拌使得壳聚糖充分润湿后,缓慢加入一定量的乳酸,搅拌混匀制得溶液A;
b.将一定量的醋酸氯己定溶于一定量的水中,制得溶液B;
c.将紫草提取液、溶液A及溶液B混合搅拌得到均匀混合液C,搅拌混匀并分装在容器中,即制得本发明所述的敷料。
