背景技术
祖国医学认为：胃痛属中医病证名。多由外感寒邪、饮食所伤、情志不畅和脾胃素虚等病因而引发。胃是主要病变脏腑，常与肝脾等脏有密切关系。胃气郁滞、失于和降是胃痛的主要病机。治疗以理气和胃为大法，根据不同证候，采取相应的治疗方式。
那么，就如何找到一种可有效治疗胃脘痛的中药组合物，是本领域技术人员亟待要解决的问题。
发明内容
随着我国中医中药学的不断发展，在治疗胃脘痛上，人们逐渐意识到了中医治疗胃脘痛的优点，且在治疗过程中疗效好、见效快、毒副作用小等优势，针对现有西医治疗胃脘痛的现状，本发明的目的是在于提供一种治疗胃脘痛的内服药物，以解决胃脘痛患者早日恢复健康的问题。该药物是以常见的中药为原料，通过选择合理的药物及质量份比，可有效治疗上述胃脘痛。

黄精100～160g、延胡索80～160g、乳香30～100g、没药30～60g、柴胡30～100g、石菖蒲30～100g、枳实30～120g、积壳30～120g、木香30～120g、香附50～120g、零陵香80～160g、苏合香3～10g、降香90～160g、佛手30～120g、陈皮30～160g、砂仁30～80g、郁金30～120g、厚朴30～120g、高良姜25～80g、小茴香30～80g、吴茱萸15～60g、薤白50～100g、九香虫6～15g、神曲60～160g、白及60～180g、川芎30～120g，辅料：微粉硅胶、微晶纤维素和淀粉适量。

一种治疗胃脘痛的内服药物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及质量份比如下所示：
A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比共粉碎成（30～50目）颗粒状包煎；
B、①将包好的原料中药放入冷开水中浸泡50min，然后再将浸泡好的药物放入砂锅内，加入原料中药重量8～10 倍的冷开水进行第一次武火煎煮，待煎煮到18min时，转文火熬制125min，滤取药液；②药渣中再次加入原料中药重量7～9 倍的冷开水进行第二次武火煎煮，待煎煮到15min时，转文火熬制115min，滤取药液；③将两次药液混合浓缩成相对密度为1.08 的清膏，然后干燥、研末和消毒后备用；
C、①按照传统制备中药胶囊剂的方法，将B中研磨好的细末过筛后，加入适量的微粉硅胶、微晶纤维素和淀粉混合均匀，然后制备成胶囊剂（其胶囊锁合后总长度为23.3mm，药粉容量0.4～0.5g/粒），②继而抛光、消毒，分装密封即可。

延胡索，性味：味辛、苦、性温，具有活血、行气止痛之功效，用于治疗气滞血瘀诸种痛证；
乳香，性味：性温、味辛苦，具有调气活血、定痛、追毒之功效，用于治疗气血凝滞、心腹疼痛、痈疮肿毒、跌打损伤、痛经、产后瘀血刺痛；
没药，性味：味辛、苦、性平，具有散瘀定痛、消肿生肌之功效，用于治疗胸痹心痛、胃脘疼痛、痛经经闭、产后瘀阻、癥瘕腹痛、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤、痈肿疮疡；
柴胡，性味：苦、微寒，具有和解表里、疏肝、升阳之功效，用于治疗感冒发热、寒热往来、胸胁胀痛、月经不调、子官脱垂、脱肛等症；

枳实，性味：苦、辛、酸、微寒，具有破气消积、化痰散痞之功效，用于治疗积滞内停、痞满胀痛、泻痢后重、大便不通、痰滞气阻、胸痹、结胸、脏器下垂；
积壳，性味：味苦、辛、性微寒，具有破气除满、化痰消积之功效，用于治疗食积、胃肠气滞、胸膈痰滞；
木香，性味：辛味辛、苦、性温，具有行气止痛、调中导滞之功效，用于治疗胞胁胀满足、脘腹胀痛、哎吐泄泻、痢疾后重；
香附，性味：味辛、微苦、微甘、性平，具有肝气郁结之胁痛、腹痛、脾胃气滞腹痛之功效，用于治疗肝气犯胃的胃脘疼痛、脾胃气滞的脘腹、胸膈噎塞、噫气吞酸、纳呆等症；
零陵香，性味：辛甘、温，具有祛风寒、辟秽浊之功效，用于治疗伤寒、感冒头痛、胸腹胀满、下利、遗精、鼻塞、牙痛等症；
苏合香，性味：辛、温，具有开窃、辟秽、止痛之功效，用于治疗中风痰厥、猝然昏倒、胸腹冷痛、惊痫等症；
降香，性味：辛、温，具有化瘀止血、理气止痛之功效，用于治疗吐血、衄血、外伤出血、肝郁胁痛、胸痹刺痛、跌扑伤痛、呕吐腹痛；

吴茱萸，性味：辛、苦、热，小毒，具有散寒止痛、疏肝下气、温中燥湿之功效，用于治疗脘腹冷痛、厥阴头痛、疝痛、脚气肿痛、呕吐吞酸、寒湿泄泻；
薤白，性味：辛、苦，具有温中健胃、通阳散结、理气宽胸、消食导滞之功效，用于治疗胸痹、胸闷、心绞痛、胁肋刺痛、饮食不消、脘肚胀满疼痛、腹泻或者痢疾、泻而不畅、咳嗽等症；
九香虫，性味：性温、味辛、咸具有行气止痛、温肾壮阳之功效，属理气药，用于治疗肝胃不和或寒郁中焦所致的胸肋胃脘胀痛以及肾阳不足之腰痛、阳痿等症；
神曲，性味：甘、辛、温，具有健脾和胃、消食化积之功效，用于治疗饮食停滞、消化不良、脘腹胀满、食欲不振、呕吐泻痢；
白及，性味：苦、甘、涩、微寒，具有收敛止血、消肿生肌之功效，用于治疗咳血吐血、外伤出血、疮疡肿毒、皮肤皲裂、肺结核咳血、溃疡病出血；
川芎，性味：味辛、性温，具有活血祛瘀、行气开郁、祛风止痛之功效，用于治疗月经不调、经闭痛经、产后瘀滞腥痛、症瘕肿块、胸胁疼痛、头痛眩晕、风寒湿痹、跌打损伤、痈疽疮疡。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗胃脘痛的原则，从依据胃脘痛的病理机制及药理作用认为：就胃脘痛，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的效果。
具体实施方式
本发明就是针对上述胃脘痛的治疗而提出的一种中药配方，采用该配方制备的药物药效好，见效快，是一个很好的中药组方，特别适合临床使用。下面结合本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述：

一种治疗胃脘痛的内服药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及质量份比如下所示：
黄精120g、延胡索1200g、乳香80g、没药45g、柴胡80g、石菖蒲80g、枳实95g、积壳95g、木香95g、香附95g、零陵香120g、苏合香8g、降香120g、佛手95g、陈皮120g、砂仁60g、郁金95g、厚朴95g、高良姜60g、小茴香60g、吴茱萸45g、薤白80g、九香虫12g、神曲120g、白及140g、川芎95g，辅料：微粉硅胶、微晶纤维素和淀粉适量。
实施例2：
一种治疗胃脘痛的内服药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及质量份比如下所示：
黄精140g、延胡索140g、乳香90g、没药52g、柴胡90g、石菖蒲90g、枳实105g、积壳105g、木香105g、香附105g、零陵香140g、苏合香9g、降香140g、佛手105g、陈皮140g、砂仁70g、郁金105g、厚朴105g、高良姜70g、小茴香70g、吴茱萸52g、薤白90g、九香虫13g、神曲140g、白及160g、川芎105g，辅料：微粉硅胶、微晶纤维素和淀粉适量。
实施例3：
一种治疗胃脘痛的内服药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及质量份比如下所示：
黄精160g、延胡索160g、乳香100g、没药60g、柴胡100g、石菖蒲100g、枳实120g、积壳120g、木香120g、香附120g、零陵香160g、苏合香10g、降香160g、佛手120g、陈皮160g、砂仁80g、郁金120g、厚朴120g、高良姜80g、小茴香80g、吴茱萸60g、薤白100g、九香虫15g、神曲160g、白及180g、川芎120g，辅料：微粉硅胶、微晶纤维素和淀粉适量。典型病例
经临床诊断治疗胃脘痛患者共1450例，年龄为47岁以上的820例，只有630例为47岁以下。1450例患者中痊愈的830例，有效的511例，无效的109例。总有效率达92.5%。

1.一种可有效治疗胃脘痛的丸剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
柴胡30～100g、黄连25～60g、白芍60～160g、木香30～120g、地榆60～180g、白及30～80g、黄精100～160g、鸡内金50～150g、大枣150～300g，辅料：淀粉适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可有效治疗胃脘痛的丸剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
柴胡38～90g、黄连30～52g、白芍70～140g、木香38～105g、地榆70～160g、白及38～70g、黄精115～140g、鸡内金58～130g、大枣180～260g，辅料：淀粉适量。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述的可有效治疗胃脘痛的丸剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
柴胡80g、黄连45g、白芍120g、木香95g、地榆140g、白及60g、黄精120g、鸡内金115g、大枣230g，辅料：淀粉适量。
