Abstract
本发明涉及一种远红外贴膏及其制备方法,所述的远红外贴膏由彼此分离的无纺布粉袋和透皮吸收剂组成,所述的无纺布粉袋含有5~30g混合药粉,所述的透皮吸收剂占所述的混合药粉总重的5%‑7%。本发明所述的远红外贴膏,将混合药粉装在无纺布粉袋内,透皮吸收剂采用铝塑袋单独包装,使用时再加入到无纺布粉袋内。本发明所述的远红外贴膏生产工艺简单,质量稳定,使用时贴膏自行发热,使药物发挥高效、速效、长效作用,且载药量大、渗透性好、对皮肤无过敏、无刺激、无铅中毒危险,不污染衣物;用前添加透皮吸收剂,促贴着舒适,对肩周炎、颈椎病或者腰肌劳损有较好的预防、保健和治疗效果。

本发明涉及一种远红外治疗技术领域,尤其是一种远红外贴膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
远红外线有较强的渗透力和辐射力,具有显著的温控效应和共振效应,它易被物体吸收并转化为物体的内能。远红外线被人体吸收后,可使体内水分子产生共振,使水分子活化,增强其分子间的结合力,从而活化蛋白质等生物大分子,使生物体细胞处于最高振动能级。由于生物细胞产生共振效应,可将远红外热能传递到人体皮下较深的部分,以下深层温度上升,产生的温热由内向外散发。这种作用强度,使毛细血管扩张,促进血液循环,强化各组织之间的新陈代谢,增加组织的再生能力,提高机体的免疫能力,调节精神的异常兴奋状态,从而起到医疗保健的作用。
单独使用远红外技术具有保健作用,而将远红外技术与中药治疗结合,可以发挥治疗的效果,例如专利申请CN101040903A公开了一种远红外贴膏,由衬布、胶基质和防粘层组成,胶基质涂在衬布上,胶基质设有防粘层;胶基质主要由1)橡胶或丙烯酸压敏胶、2)远红外陶瓷微粉、3)薄荷油、4)樟脑油或冰片原料制成,这种贴膏作用比较单一,治疗效果差。专利申请CN105641187A公开了一种远红外治疗贴膏,其重量份计的配方包括以下原料:桃仁10~15份、骨碎补10~15份、熟地8~12份、桂枝8~12份、牛膝7~10份、川断7~12份、川乌8~12份、苍术10~15份、海风藤8~12份、细辛7~10份、苏木8~12份、土鳖虫5~10份、白芷9~12份、红花10~15份、穿山甲6~12份、杜仲8~12份、自然铜10~15份、远红外陶瓷微粉10~15份,其贴上后用户体感较差,原因在于配方中的中药粉扩散难度大,扩散慢,使用时的直观感受差,见效慢。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种远红外贴膏及其制备方法,其对肩周炎、颈椎病或者腰肌劳损有较好的预防、保健和治疗效果;本发明采用彼此分离的无纺布粉袋和透皮吸收剂,透皮吸收剂单独用铝塑袋包装,既保证了无纺布粉袋内混合药粉的干燥状态,保护了中药粉的药物效果,又有效延长了产品保质期;使用时,将所述的透皮吸收剂加入所述的无纺布粉袋内,用压敏胶贴在身体不适处即可,使用方便,透皮吸收剂的加入使得贴膏贴着舒适。
本发明所述的远红外贴膏,将混合药粉装在无纺布粉袋内,自动装袋机装袋,装量5~30g,压平后超声波封口机封口,生产工艺简单,质量稳定。无纺布粉袋载药量大,压平后,其厚度在1-5mm,可以使用压敏胶方便地固定于身体不适处。同时,由于无纺布粉袋的保护作用,混合药粉不污染衣物。
本发明所述的远红外贴膏,混合药粉中,沙蒿子胶祛风湿,提脓拔毒。治风湿性关节炎,感冒,咽痛,疮疖痈肿。同时也是高分子吸水树胶,吸水后呈烂泥状;电气石的作用在于:人体通过吸收电气石受热后释放的远红外线、负离子、亚离子、矿物元素等,代谢皮肤有害物质,提高肌肤弹性,促进全身血液循环和新陈代谢;远红外陶瓷粉的作用在于:释放远红外线,达到理疗效果;糊精作为吸水剂、助溶剂和填充剂。
本发明所述的远红外贴膏,混合药粉中,远红外陶瓷粉采用3-10份是为了达到粉袋的法相发射率大于80%,红外辐照度>40mW/cm2的技术效果,超过10份对于提升红外辐照度不明显;由于药粉具有很强的吸湿性和黏附性,加入10-30份沙蒿子胶后,药液吸收膨胀,形成整体,不松散。电气石受热后释放的远红外线、负离子、亚离子、矿物元素等,代谢皮肤有害物质,提高肌肤弹性,促进全身血液循环和新陈代谢。
本发明所述的远红外贴膏,透皮吸收剂中薄荷油疏通筋络,消肿止痛,冬青油促进血液循环,消肿止痛,提高皮肤的热感;透皮吸收剂中薄荷油和冬青油配合使用,能够促进川乌、大黄、白芷的渗透和吸收;樟脑杀菌;丙三醇用于缓和电气石受热后释放的远红外线、负离子、亚离子、矿物元素等对接触部位造成的不适感,同时能有效减缓薄荷油和冬青油的挥发。

肩周炎患者治疗2个月,每天更换一次所制备的远红外贴膏。肩周炎患者症状为:肩周疼痛,以夜间为甚,常因天气变化及劳累而诱发,肩关节活动功能障碍;肩部肌肉萎缩,肩前、后、外侧均有压痛,外展功能受限明显,出现典型的"扛肩"现象。
疗效评定标准:
治愈:肩部疼痛消失,肩关节功能完全恢复;
显效:肩部活动功能改善,肩关节功能基本恢复;
有效:肩部疼痛减轻;
无效:症状无改善。
肩周炎患者总例数35例,男15例,女20例;脱落3例;显效10例;有效18例;无效4例;脱落率8.57%,治愈率0%,显效率28.57%,有效率51.43%,总有效率80.00%。
颈椎病患者治疗2个月,每天更换一次所制备的远红外贴膏。颈椎病患者症状为:颈、肩背疼痛,头痛头晕,颈部板硬,上肢麻木,颈部活动功能受限,病变颈椎棘突,患侧肩胛骨内上角常有压痛,可摸到条索状硬结,可有上肢肌力减弱和肌肉萎缩,臂丛牵拉试验阳性。压头试验阳性。
疗效评定标准:
治愈:原有各型病症消失,肌力正常,颈、肢体功能恢复正常,能参加正常劳动和工作;
显效:原有各型症状基本消失,颈、肢体功能改善;
有效:原有各型症状减轻,颈、肩背疼痛减轻;
无效:症状无改善。
颈椎病患者总例数40例,男20例,女20例;脱落5例;显效15例;有效18例;无效2例;脱落率12.5%,治愈率0%,显效率37.5%,有效率45%,总有效率82.5%。
腰肌劳损患者治疗1个月,每天更换一次所制备的远红外贴膏。腰肌劳损患者症状为:一侧或两侧腰骶部酸痛不适。时轻时重,缠绵不愈。劳累后加重,休息后减轻;一侧或两侧骶棘肌轻度压痛,腰腿活动一般无明显障碍。
疗效评定标准:
治愈:腰痛症状消失,腰部活动自如;
显效:腰部活动功能基本恢复;
有效:腰痛减轻;
无效:症状无改善。
腰肌劳损患者总例数28例,男11例,女17例;脱落1例;显效10例;有效14例;无效3例;脱落率3.57%,治愈率0%,显效率35.71%,有效率50%,总有效率85.71%。
实施例6
一种远红外贴膏,按照以下步骤制备:
准备原料:按照表1和表2称取各原料,将制川乌、大黄、白芷、电气石、远红外陶瓷粉、乳香、龙血竭在85℃烘干箱烘干2小时,混合,粉碎,过60目药典筛网,用于下步;
制备无纺布粉袋:取上述粉碎过筛的粉末,依次加入糊精、沙蒿子胶搅拌2~4小时,自动装袋机装袋,装量10g每袋,压平,超声波封口机封口,超声波功率1000~3000w;
制备透皮吸收剂:将薄荷油、冬青油、樟脑、丙三醇混合,研磨30min,罐装,采用铝塑袋包装。
其中,所述的透皮吸收剂占无纺布粉袋内混合药粉总重的7%。

疗效评定标准:

疗效评定标准:

显效:腰部活动功能基本恢复;
有效:腰痛减轻;
无效:症状无改善。

1.一种远红外贴膏,其特征在于:所述的远红外贴膏由彼此分离的无纺布粉袋和透皮吸收剂组成,所述的无纺布粉袋含有5~30g混合药粉,所述的透皮吸收剂占所述的混合药粉总重的5%-7%,所述的混合药粉按重量份由以下组分组成:

所述远红外贴膏的制备方法包括以下步骤:
准备原料:按照所述的重量份称取各原料,将制川乌、大黄、白芷、电气石、远红外陶瓷粉、乳香、龙血竭在85℃烘干箱烘干2小时,混合,粉碎,过60目药典筛网,用于下步;
制备无纺布粉袋:取上述粉碎过筛的粉末,依次加入糊精、沙蒿子胶搅拌2~4小时,自动装袋机装袋,装量5~30g每袋,压平,超声波封口机封口,超声波功率1000~3000w;
制备透皮吸收剂:将薄荷油、冬青油、樟脑、丙三醇混合,研磨30min,罐装,采用铝塑袋包装。
6.权利要求1-5任一项所述的远红外贴膏在用于制备肩周炎、颈椎病或者腰肌劳损贴膏药中的用途,其特征在于:使用时将所述的透皮吸收剂加入所述的无纺布粉袋内,用压敏胶贴在身体不适处即可。
7.一种权利要求1-5任一项所述的远红外贴膏的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
