Abstract

本发明公开了一种大活络理疗贴及其制备方法，包括背衬层、胶体层和防粘层，胶体层设置在背衬层和防粘层之间，胶体层由高分子凝胶、薄荷、精油和中药提取液制备而成，中药提取液由蛇床子、苍术、艾叶、益母草、龙胆草、元胡、羌活、川牛膝和秦艽制备而成。按配比取中药材，加水煎煮两次，滤液用乙醇提取，得中药提取液，再与高分子凝胶、薄荷和精油进行混合均匀，形成的胶体涂布在背衬层上，压上防粘层，切片密封，保存。本发明活络理疗贴采用冷敷理疗，可以使血管收缩，减轻局部充血，具有减轻疼痛、减轻症状、改善微循环的作用，效果好，适用于腰腿疼、跌打损伤、风湿及类风湿关节炎等各种疼痛，使用方便，对皮肤刺激小，使用舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及药品领域，具体是一种大活络理疗贴及其制备方法。
背景技术
筋骨疼痛、跌打损伤、坐骨神经疼痛是临床常见症状，几乎每个人在生活多都会遇到类似症状，比如运动后的肌肉酸痛，肌肉拉伤，关节扭伤等，这类疾病虽然不会带来生命危险，但却会使人们行动不便，饱受疼痛干扰，严重影响了人们的日常生活质量。
中医认为全身肌肉关节受风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火“六淫”侵袭、或外伤、慢性劳损，透皮入骨致病而形成“六毒”，就是我们平常所说的“骨毒”。“骨毒”长期存在于骨与骨膜之上形成“宿毒”。宿毒使得骨及关节周围软组织反复充血、水肿、粘连、挛缩，从而导致局部血液循环障碍，产生大量酸性物质刺激血管，损害肌肉组织，表现为肌肉筋骨关节酸痛，麻木、肿胀，甚至红肿变形，重者会造成关节骨质的破坏，关节变形，生活不能自理。中医常采用祛风湿、强筋骨、活血化瘀、舒筋活络的手段对其进行治疗。现有的理疗贴使用不方便，对人体的、皮肤刺激大，而且效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种大活络理疗贴及其制备方法，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种大活络理疗贴，包括背衬层、胶体层和防粘层，所述胶体层设置在背衬层和防粘层之间；所述胶体层由以下质量分数的原料制备而成：高分子凝胶70～80％，薄荷10～12％，精油3～5％，中药提取液8～12％；其中，中药提取液由以下重量份的中药制备而成：蛇床子20～24份，苍术12～18份，艾叶21～24份，益母草15～18份，龙胆草16～18份，元胡8～12份，羌活10～14份，川牛膝12～16份，秦艽9～12份。
作为本发明进一步的方案：所述防粘层由硅油纸或聚丙烯膜制成。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述精油为玫瑰精油、桂花精油或尤加利精油。
一种所述的大活络理疗贴的制备方法，具体制备步骤如下：
（1）按配比取中药材，粉碎成粗粉混合，加入药材量7～9倍的水进行煎煮，再加入药材量6～8倍的水进行第二次煎煮，合并滤液，过滤后用85～95％的乙醇进行提取，振动摇晃40～50min，静置2～3h，取上层液，得中药提取液；
（2）按配比将中药提取液与高分子凝胶、薄荷和精油进行混合，快速搅拌30～40min，充分混合均匀，形成胶体；
（3）将得到的胶体涂布在背衬层上，与无菌环境中放置2～3h，压上防粘层，切片后，装入密封袋中保存，即可。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明活络理疗贴采用冷敷理疗，用于闭合性软组织，可以使血管收缩，减轻局部充血，具有物理冷敷理疗、减轻疼痛、减轻症状、改善微循环的作用，效果好，适用于腰腿疼、跌打损伤、颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突出、骨质增生、风湿及类风湿关节炎等各种疼痛，使用方便，对人体进行保健理疗，对皮肤刺激小，使用舒适。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
大活络理疗贴，包括背衬层、胶体层和防粘层，胶体层设置在背衬层和防粘层之间，防粘层由硅油纸制成。
胶体层由以下质量分数的原料制备而成：高分子凝胶75％，薄荷12％，玫瑰精油5％，中药提取液8％。
中药提取液由以下重量份的中药制备而成：蛇床子20份，苍术18份，艾叶21份，益母草18份，龙胆草16份，元胡12份，羌活10份，川牛膝16份，秦艽9份。
实施例2
大活络理疗贴，包括背衬层、胶体层和防粘层，胶体层设置在背衬层和防粘层之间，防粘层由硅油纸制成。
胶体层由以下质量分数的原料制备而成：高分子凝胶75％，薄荷11％，桂花精油4％，中药提取液10％。
中药提取液由以下重量份的中药制备而成：蛇床子22份，苍术15份，艾叶22.5份，益母草16.5份，龙胆草17份，元胡10份，羌活12份，川牛膝14份，秦艽10.5份。
实施例3
大活络理疗贴，包括背衬层、胶体层和防粘层，胶体层设置在背衬层和防粘层之间，防粘层由聚丙烯膜制成。
胶体层由以下质量分数的原料制备而成：高分子凝胶73％，薄荷10％，尤加利精油5％，中药提取液12％。
中药提取液由以下重量份的中药制备而成：蛇床子24份，苍术12份，艾叶24份，益母草15份，龙胆草18份，元胡8份，羌活14份，川牛膝12份，秦艽12份。
上述各实施例中，大活络理疗贴的制备方法，具体制备步骤如下：
（1）按配比取中药材，粉碎成粗粉混合，加入药材量8倍的水进行煎煮，再加入药材量7倍的水进行第二次煎煮，合并滤液，过滤后用90％的乙醇进行提取，振动摇晃45min，静置2.5h，取上层液，得中药提取液；
（2）按配比将中药提取液与高分子凝胶、薄荷和精油进行混合，快速搅拌35min，充分混合均匀，形成胶体；
（3）将得到的胶体涂布在背衬层上，与无菌环境中放置2.5h，压上防粘层，切片后，装入密封袋中保存，即可。
本产品冷敷理疗，用于闭合性软组织，冷敷可以使血管收缩，减轻局部充血，具有物理冷敷理疗、减轻疼痛、减轻症状、改善微循环的作用，适用于腰腿疼、跌打损伤、颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突出、骨质增生、风湿及类风湿关节炎等各种疼痛。
使用时，先擦净患处，拆开理疗贴的包装，把防粘层死开，将本品贴于患处即可，12h更换一次。

1.一种大活络理疗贴，包括背衬层、胶体层和防粘层，其特征在于，所述胶体层设置在背衬层和防粘层之间；所述胶体层由以下质量分数的原料制备而成：高分子凝胶70～80％，薄荷10～12％，精油3～5％，中药提取液8～12％；其中，中药提取液由以下重量份的中药制备而成：蛇床子20～24份，苍术12～18份，艾叶21～24份，益母草15～18份，龙胆草16～18份，元胡8～12份，羌活10～14份，川牛膝12～16份，秦艽9～12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大活络理疗贴，其特征在于，所述防粘层由硅油纸或聚丙烯膜制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大活络理疗贴，其特征在于，所述精油为玫瑰精油、桂花精油或尤加利精油。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的大活络理疗贴的制备方法，其特征在于，具体制备步骤如下：
（1）按配比取中药材，粉碎成粗粉混合，加入药材量7～9倍的水进行煎煮，再加入药材量6～8倍的水进行第二次煎煮，合并滤液，过滤后用85～95％的乙醇进行提取，振动摇晃40～50min，静置2～3h，取上层液，得中药提取液；
（2）按配比将中药提取液与高分子凝胶、薄荷和精油进行混合，快速搅拌30～40min，充分混合均匀，形成胶体；
