本发明公开了一种中药材脱硫方法，包括以下步骤：(1)在45～55℃条件下，将熏蒸过硫磺的中药材浸泡于水中，所述中药材和水的质量比为1:4；(2)85～95min后，将浸泡后的中药材取出烘干，干燥温度不超过80℃。本发明利用二氧化硫水溶性的特性，采用水来浸泡中药材，严格控制用水量、浸润时间和浸润温度，能够有效去除中药材中残留的二氧化硫，脱硫率可达85.4%。另外，采用水来浸泡中药材，无毒无害，不会引人其他杂质，又能避免中药材中的有效成分流失。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药材加工技术领域，具体地说是一种中药材脱硫方法。
背景技术
不少中药材在加工时，都会用硫磺熏蒸来漂白药材和杀菌防腐，导致中药材中二氧化硫残留量过高，严重影响中药材的质量，而且被人体吸收进入血液后易对人体产生毒性作用，破坏酶的活力，影响人体新陈代谢，对肝脏造成损害。因此，采取一定的手段将中药材中的二氧化硫含量控制在一定标准以下具有十分显著的意义。另外，中药材属于固体产品，其脱硫技术具有特殊性，必须考虑脱硫过程各因素对产品的影响，保证产品质量不受影响。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的不足，本发明采取的技术方案是：一种中药材脱硫方法，包括以下步骤：(1)在45～55℃条件下，将熏蒸过硫磺的中药材浸泡于水中，所述中药材和水的质量比为1:4；(2)85～95min后，将浸泡后的中药材取出烘干，干燥温度不超过80℃。
本发明的有益效果是：利用二氧化硫水溶性的特性，采用水来浸泡中药材，控制浸润温度为45～55℃，浸润时间为85～95min，能够有效去除中药材中残留的二氧化硫，脱硫率可达85.4%。采用水来浸泡中药材，无毒无害，不会引人其他杂质，又能避免中药材中的有效成分流失。
