Referring to FIG. 1, the present invention proposes an air fryer apparatus 10 comprising: a food preparation chamber 1, the food preparation chamber 1 having an opening 2 for exhausting air from above and an air inlet 3 for allowing air to pass through below; the periphery of the food preparation chamber 1 is provided with a wall, and a heating device 4 is arranged above the food preparation chamber; the outer periphery of the food preparation chamber 1 forms an air channel 9; a fan 6 is arranged above the food making chamber 1 and is used for moving hot air, so that the hot air sequentially passes through the exhaust port 2, passes through the air channel 9, upwards passes through the air inlet 3 along the direction of the air guide structure 7 below the air channel 9 and enters the food making chamber 1 to heat food, then returns to the fan 6 through the opening 2 above the food making chamber 1, and moisture can be discharged out of the equipment 10 from the exhaust port 8 through the driving force of the fan 6.

Referring to the arrows in fig. 1, the process of circulating hot air around the food preparation chamber 1 generally comprises: at the opening 2, heating air by a heating device 4 to form hot air; then, the hot air flows downwards along the periphery of the pan 5 from the opening 2 under the action of the fan 6; then, the hot air flows upwards under the pan 5 guided by the air guiding structure 7; the hot air may then follow the air inlet 3 further up into the food preparation chamber 1, providing heating to the food therein; finally, the hot air mixed with the water vapor emitted by the food continues to reach the opening 2 upwards to achieve a cycle; and, by means of the fan 6, moisture can be discharged from the exhaust port 8.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 is a perspective view of the air fryer assembly of the invention. Fig. 3 is a side view of the pan of the present invention. The present invention proposes a pan 5 of an apparatus for air-circulated making of food products, comprising: a pan bottom 51 and a cylindrical pan body 52. Wherein the bottom 51 is breathable, and hot air can pass through the bottom 51 and enter the body 52 (i.e. the food preparation chamber 1). The pot body 52 is provided with a plurality of air guide parts 53 which are used for destroying the rotation of wind according to a regular movement track, so as to achieve the purpose of entering the food preparation chamber 1 quickly, and the hot air can be driven more upwards in the food preparation chamber 1, so that the moisture can be discharged out of the air fryer device 10 more easily.
In this embodiment, four air guiding portions 53 are uniformly provided on the pot body 52. The air guide 53 protrudes inward of the pot body 52. The bottom of the air guide 53 protrudes more inward and less inward as it goes upward. Each of the air guide portions 53 further includes: two intersecting air guiding surfaces 531, 532 have a ridge 533 formed at the intersection. Specifically, each of the air guiding surfaces 531, 532 is narrow at the bottom and extends upward from the bottom side of the pan body 52.
The air guiding surface 531 is substantially triangular and has two oblique sides, one of which 535 is an arc-shaped side formed at the junction with the pot body 52, and the other of which is a ridge 533, and the ridge 533 is also an arc-shaped side. Similarly, the air guiding surface 532 is generally triangular and has two beveled edges, one 536 being an arcuate edge formed at the intersection with the body 52 and the other being a ridge 533. The apex 539 of the ridge 533, i.e. the highest position of the wind deflector 53, is approximately two-thirds to three-quarters of the maximum height of the pan body 52.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can guide the airflow in the pot body 52 to accelerate the flow by forming the plurality of air guide parts 53 on the pot body 52 of the pot 5, and can accelerate the flow of hot air and the removal of moisture, thereby improving the efficiency of food making and well making food.
