目前的挂面都是单一颜色主要是面粉和酵母,所带来的问题是口感差,配方种类

本发明的目的是提供一种五彩挂面,以解决现有技术存在的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:将多种原料按照不同的比例进行混
合,形成五彩挂面,其具体组分为:玉米15-23%,小麦面粉25-35%,红豆3-8%,绿豆3-8%,黑豆2-4%,黄豆3-8%,盐1-2%,水30-35%。
采用本发明的积极效果是:将各种原料均匀混合后,结合现有的挂面加工工艺,得到彩色挂面,富含多种原料使挂面营养更加均衡。面粉选用了高级别麦芯粉,可以为桑叶挂面提供更丰富的蛋白质。
