Abstract
本发明一种建材专用复合防火填料,制备方法如下:重量份数计,将多磷酸铵15‑25份、珍珠砂30‑50份、十六烷基季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯13‑35份进行混合,混合时间为:20‑40min;再加入三聚氰胺6‑25份、双季戊四醇3‑15份、氯化镁15‑33份、聚醚多元醇15‑25份混合,混合时间为30min,混合温度为60度,混合完成后即可。本发明所得的防火填料的防火性能极佳。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建材专用复合防火填料。
背景技术
在电气盘柜、电缆竖井及建筑物的接缝、开口或者孔洞处,往往电线、电缆及各类通讯线缆多而杂。一旦发生火灾,火势就会通过这些地方而迅速蔓延,有毒气体也会随之而快速扩散。因此,利用防火板材对这些地方进行有效的封堵,就能有效的将火灾控制在一定的范围内,减少损失,从而为灭火赢得宝贵的时间。
一般的防火泥、阻火包等封堵材料能够满足易扩容需要,但防火寿命、防火时效、美观性、抗消防水冲压性、烟气气密性等性能均较差;一般硅酸盐封堵材料虽能够美观、抗消防水冲击、烟气气密性等较好性能,但对于电线电缆的二次穿越扩容、防火时效、防火寿命等方面相当欠缺。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种建材专用复合防火填料。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种建材专用复合防火填料,其特征在于,按重量份数组成成分如下:
多磷酸铵15-25份、珍珠砂30-50份、十六烷基季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯13-35份、三聚氰胺6-25份、双季戊四醇3-15份、氯化镁15-33份、聚醚多元醇15-25份。
上述一种建材专用复合防火填料,其特征在于,制备方法如下:重量份数计,将多磷酸铵15-25份、珍珠砂30-50份、十六烷基季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯13-35份进行混合,混合时间为:20-40min;再加入三聚氰胺6-25份、双季戊四醇3-15份、氯化镁15-33份、聚醚多元醇15-25份混合,混合时间为30min,混合温度为60度,混合完成后即可。
本发明所得的防火填料的防火性能极佳。

一种建材专用复合防火填料,其特征在于,制备方法如下:重量份数计,将多磷酸铵15份、珍珠砂30份、十六烷基季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯13份进行混合,混合时间为:20min;再加入三聚氰胺6份、双季戊四醇3份、氯化镁15份、聚醚多元醇15份混合,混合时间为30min,混合温度为60度,混合完成后即可。
实施例2
一种建材专用复合防火填料,其特征在于,制备方法如下:重量份数计,将多磷酸铵25份、珍珠砂50份、十六烷基季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯35份进行混合,混合时间为: 40min;再加入三聚氰胺25份、双季戊四醇15份、氯化镁33份、聚醚多元醇25份混合,混合时间为30min,混合温度为60度,混合完成后即可。

多磷酸铵15-25份、珍珠砂30-50份、十六烷基季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯13-35份、三聚氰胺6-25份、双季戊四醇3-15份、氯化镁15-33份、聚醚多元醇15-25份。
